I recently purchased a car from Faulkner. I would say that I had a good, but not quite great experience. There were some issues that came up surrounding the delivery that were satisfactorily addressed.

On delivery day, due to scheduling issues associated with the aforementioned problem, I found the experience to be a bit of a mess.

The gentleman in the finance office was a bit pushy, which I suppose should be expected, but nevertheless I found annoying.

To end on a positive note, the sales manager and my salesman Rob were great to deal with, and at the end of the day, I would buy here again.

My Salesman, Bret, did a wonderful job setting everything up for me and going over all the fine details about the car. When I arrived to pick up the car it was displayed in the showroom; it looked GREAT! Driving the X3 is a pleasure!! I look forward to many years of a luxury driving experience!

When I sent my car for service this time, technician first called me and said that whether I know or not that I have to pay for oil change n all as it's out of 4 years now and then told me I have to pay 350$ for oil change and inspection and emission, Obviously I know that I have to pay and then I said go ahead.....They again called me after an hour and said need to change 3 tires to pass inspection and told me to pay 1300$, I was surprised and asked why didn't you tell me earlier that tires are no longer good and need to be replaced.....I could have told him that no need to do service and return the car, I will go to other BMW dealer, but lastly changed 2 tires.....I didn't like the way they called me 2 times and giving me information part by part...servicing was a expensive affair this time

Faulkner BMW continues to offer the best service experiences I have ever had. In the last two weeks, they have stepped up and executed PA inspections for me on a Tesla and an Alfa Romeo. In each instance, they took on the challenge and took great care with vehicles that they do not see every day. I am VERY picky and they always meet my high expectations. My Service Advisor is simply amazing, as is the entire staff. When I wait on my cars, the atmosphere is quite pleasant and I am able to work effectively from the dealership. Brought my 750Xi in for service, Service Advisor Jedd was amazing to deal with. Very professional and easy to deal with. Made me regret not buying my car from Faulkner, but none the less ensured I left the dealer happier then when I arrived. Which isn't easy when dealing with a car dealer, in all honesty. Picked my new car this May. For this new lease Greg worked with me from this January. He helped me understand all my options and offered best deal for my interest. My wife and I had an absolutely horrible experience with Faulkner BMW. The word that comes to mind is slimey. I would never go back to this or any other Faulkner dealership based on the way we were treated. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

A great car buying experience at Faulkner BMW of Lancaster. Devin Hogan was just the right level of information and helpfulness, not pushy but offering some ideas that helped me get the right car for my circumstances. They accommodated my change of plans in pick up times at the last minute. The Finance guy (Tommy Black) was pleasant even while doing his best to convince me to buy extended warranties and service plans- again without high pressure. I can't remember if Tyler or Tanner helped acclimate me with the 440i, but he did a good job setting up the most used features for me.

On top of it all, I got a very good deal with my BMW loyalty rebate. I would recommend BMW of Lancaster to anyone considering a BMW. I made the drive from Wyomissing to get the right car at the right price.

Took my BMW in to this site for two recalls that we received a letter about. At first they seemed very accommodating. They were flexible with when we came in. They even squeezed us in after a misunderstanding of the scheduled time. However, we were sorely disappointed with the service we received. They did an inspection of the car throughly and then it all became a money game. Fortunately we have our own mechanic that we were able to verify things with. They claimed that they couldn t finish the recall parts until they fixed a very expensive part. The two issues weren t connected. They simply took advantage of our lack of knowledge in car mechanics. Our mechanic talked to them and worked things out so that they finished the job we took the car in for in the first place. We were also disappointed that check engine lights and problems suddenly accured afterwards for different issues that we hadn t had before taking the car in. Seems like there inspection caused issues that we wouldn t have had to have delt with otherwise. Use caution when taking your car here.

First. I lost the key fob on my 128. I was sure it was in the pocket of a suit coat, but just couldn't figure out which one. We had my wife's key, so it was not a crisis. Flash forward six months. I am out working in the garden. I see something glint between two pavers. Lo and behold it is my key. I picked it up, wiped off the mud stuck it in the car and it started. Yeah, German engineering. It survived snow, ice and rain, and kept working.

Next, my service rep is Caitlin and, as I have told her boss, she is the best advertisement for BMW brand values. Aware, concerned and supremely competent, she always goes the extra mile. I think she is the only service rep in any business I have ever asked for by name. Bravo Caitlin.

From the first time I walked thru the door, to my first experience with the service dept I have been treated with the upmost respect and exceptional professionalism. First thing I want to say is that if there were 10 stars, I would give them a 10 for the experience I had buying a vehicle from Lancaster BMW. I did not meet one person that had an attitude or acted like I was bothering them. I did have that at my local BMW dealership so I drove 40 miles to buy from this garage and I'm sure glad I did.

I started out over the internet and worked with Tyler Witman. There was no pressure and he was fantastic to deal with. Then I drove my trade in over to more finalize the deal. Tyler met me at the front door then introduced me to Johathan Hoxworth a salesman who made me feel very welcome and treated me like we as customers love to be treated.

I ended up buying my new X-3 which I love. The last thing was a young man who's name was Brett Sassaman who went over features of my new vehicle.

I left there thinking to my self "This is the way it should be when buying a new car"

Picked up car after recall repair and noticed windshield was cracked. Not there when it was dropped off and definitely not happy! But....service manager called and rectified the situation promptly and professionally and I am happy to say windshield is replaced. Courtesy car 2 series wasn't bad either

I have had two experiences and both were extremely positive.

First experience was with Greg when I was looking to trade in and purchase a vehicle, he was upfront and straightforward during the test drive and when discussing the trade in/purchase. We ended up not making a deal but throughout the process I was impressed with his professionalism and honesty.

My second visit was with Emily and Jedd in the service department when taking in a used 2013 328i xDrive to have the service brought up to date. They actually stopped me while I was waiting for my ride and walked me out to my vehicle with a mechanic to assure me everything was up to date, sounded normal, and I would not need any work done for the time being.

Both visits and all of the employees I have met with were great even though I haven't actually purchased anything. You guys have my business in the future.

Robert from sales and Vivek from finance are very experienced and customer satisfaction is the utmost priority for them.

That says more than anything, I believe you can only find out how customer service oriented a business is once a problem arises. They proved they are very customer service oriented.

Had my bmw at another shop and they couldn t figure out the issue. Took it to Faulkner and they got it fixed. Even though it took awhile they always kept me informed of the progress and gave me a complimentary detail. I will definitely be taking my car to them from now on.

Took 50 minutes and 4 calls to get an update on a car that was in for repairs. Was then told the car hadn't even been taken in yet - more than 4 hours after the appointment time. Extremely poor communication. They have made it clear they do not care about customers or give any consideration to their customer's needs when it comes to having a car repaired. Was told my car would be the first one in the morning - as of 1:00pm, it still wasn't in. Was told that I would be contacted in the morning with a diagnosis and estimate (both in price and time) - no one ever called, which is what prompted the 50 minutes and 4 calls to get the update that no one had done anything.

Update: Just spoke with service director. They are fortunately arranging for a loaner car while they fix my car. I will update this review based on the outcome.

********Update: Ended up not leaving my car with these people. The "loaner" was not what expected - they were going to call Enterprise to pick me up... seriously. The quote sheet they gave me listed the prices of parts as 53% higher than another nearby BMW dealer, and labor costs at 168% higher than the same nearby BMW dealer. While this may be a great dealership for purchasing a car and then getting service for the car you purchased from them, they are absolutely horrible to anyone who didn't purchase their BMW from Faulkner. Anyone purchasing a used BMW elsewhere, or moving to the area, find another dealer or an independent shop that won't rip you off with price, be rude to you both on the phone and in the dealership, and will actually follow through with communication and keep to their promised scheduled appointments.

While I really appreciate it the salesman (Devin) I was greatly disappointed by the sales manager! The vehicle we were considering was not to even a BMW! Rather than reducing the price, the sales manager indicated he would rather go to an auction than sell the vehicle at our offer! ... inflexible sales managers makes for higher prices. Hopefully, the service department can make up for the sales manager's deficiencies!

Each step of the way we were treated with respect and our needs were listened to and addressed. They are very customer oriented. Whenever I bring in my car for service, they always provide a loaner, deliver my car to my place of work when it is ready (30 miles away), and they even wash my car after it is serviced. With the full 4-year warranty, this is all free of charge. You can't ask for better service. Ask for Rose, she is awesome.

Do not come here looking for people with car knowledge. I took my 2002 3 series here to have an airbag light cleared and ask some questions about technical difficulties with the car. The woman at the service desk was not very knowledgeable and i could not even get answers to my questions without giving them 70 dollars. my problem goes unsolved. Waited for 45 minutes for the woman at the service desk to tell me they washed my car and she thought my car car was fixed. Basically left with a 70 dollar car wash. which by the way I did not ask for.

This dealership continues to meet an exceed our expectations. Fast service and friendly service staff is what we are used to (spoiled) is probably a better word. Our X3 was due for an oil change and we called and made an appointment and they came and swapped out vehicles at my wife s work place and the service was completed same day and returned before my wife new it happened. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the years and when it comes to buying a vehicle again we only shop at Faulkner because we trust them. The sales and service staff treat you like family and our truly concerned about your satisfaction. We know this personally and been treated great through the years. This organization from the owner on down is 5 stars.

Overall, I bought a good car, but it was missing all of the books that come with a car. It also took two days to buy it, and therefore two trips for me there and back - about 80 miles round trip. I also think that one person is enough to sell one car, and not four people. I base this on my experience of having bought over 50 cars in my long life.

Super friendly and attentive people. They took care of me well. Car runs perfect. Makes me feel good knowing I have a great team of professionals to make sure my car is running top notch.
