I drove my 2008 128i to Lancaster a few weeks back. He set me up with a loaner so I wouldn't have to stay all day. Brandon is the best. Wasn't in the market for a new but had a car that we couldn't drive year round. We were interested in a BMW, but the dealer in Wyoming Valley was rude and disrespected us. The dealer in Scranton low balled us on our trade and took discounts away from a 2018 leftover. We expanded the search since we have family near Lancaster and Faulkner had a M240i convertible we were interested in. Tyler was outstanding. Gave me a price for my trade and then on the M240 via email before making the 2 1/2 hour drive. We were still uncertain and decided to make the drive a couple days later after work. We were met by Greg at the door and also met Tyler. Took the car for a test drive and that's all it took. They will even pick up the car for service since we live in the Poconos. We would have saved a lot of time and aggravation if we would have gone to Faulkner first.

I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. I've owned the vehicle for less than 6 months and it keeps having major engine issues. Within a couple months I had numerous coil pack failures. Now a couple months later I have even more coil pack failures!!
They also did not explain the certified warranty at the time of purchase. I assumed I was getting a full BMW warranty but it is very limited and stripped down.

Dealer tech did not reassemble splash guard correctly resulting in loud slamming noise after diagnostic work. Quoted $1,860 to replace a $40 strut mount. Tech fixed splash guard before service manager looked at the car so they denied any issues. Car was returned showing 11mpg with both front seats reclined and grease and dirt all over creme beige interior. I will NEVER return to this dealer for service -- horrible experience and lazy, disrespectful staff.

The information they provide for the vehicles is all based on what they can pull up on a computer, so if you know what you want, look it up yourself since that's basically all they can do for you.

I have called their service center numerous times due to the recent BMW recall on some car, and my car is part of the recall, and everytime they say the service manager will call me back after I tell them I'm calling to have my car checked due to the recall. I believe the Service Mgr name is Mr. Minnick or something similar (He must be the president of America because he is so busy or it must be because it's just a "Recall" issue.. rather than "sales".) This is the type of low-class service I do not expect from choosing to own a BMW luxury car. After 4th times and 3 months of waiting, I simply gave up. I called BMW corporate Customer Service and their service was first-class. Faulkner is not an establishment that shows class when it comes to service. so when you BUYING a car, they will treat you all good, but if you need service, you are not valuable. These are the type of establishment that is ruining BMW's name.

Very disappointed with the experience at this dealer. Purchase a pre-owned vehicle with a detailed carfax stating all the maintenance performed by them, however everything that they stated was a lie and it's been problems after problems with the vehicle.
Spoke to several people at the dealer from managers to finance and the only thing they did was hanging the phone on me several times with no resolution to my problems ( valve covers leaking oil after 5k of purchasing the car, bad thermostat, bad water pump and the problems keep coming)
Even though those parts show on the Carfax they were replaced 5k ago
I'm about 3 hours from the dealer so it was a battle untill I give up with them.
My total loss has been over $3000 in damaged wich it shows in the carfax those parts were replaced.

Sadly to say I am very disappointed with Faulkner BMW. I picked up our Z4 on Thursday evening. I had taken it in to repair the convertible top, it did not open or close, when I pushed the button to open or close it, there was no sound at all. Faulkner BMW determined that the Hydro unit was not working, thus requiring a new hydro unit. Supposedly the unit was replaced with a new one. That was done on 6/04/19. The total price was 2116.30, not a small price, but I expected it to work as it should after such a hefty price. Well, today, Sunday, 6/9/19, I took the car out for the first time, the convertible top opened, then when I arrived at my destination, I closed it, that went well, until I came back to the car. I then pushed the button for the top to go back down, no sound at all from the button, top didn't come down and the button was as dead as when I had taken it in last week. So, what am I to think, was a quick fix done to get the top to work and no new hydro unit replaced the old one that didn't work? I don't know. Needless to say that I am quite disappointed and will be calling tomorrow to take the car in again. $2116.30 is not small change, I am not a wealthy person and I hope that there is still some honesty in this world.

Saw an X5 on the website, and called about going for a test drive. The car and a salesman were waiting when we arrived. After the drive they asked if there was anything they could do to make the car more appealing. No pressure, just a straightforward negotiation with the sales and finance people without any silly tactics or tricks (unlike another BMW dealership we walked away from). After we made a deal (for which I am still pinching myself to believe is true), they sat us down in the car for a couple of hours with their resident BMW "genius" (which he genuinely was) to help us wade through the complicated electronic wizardry that makes a BMW a BMW. Now that we have the car at home in FL, they are continuing to work with us on getting the registration set up correctly across state lines. It's a BMW, so of course we love the car; however, the personal service and attention to detail from the Faulkner folks put the extra polish on it! And no, this is not an employee or paid endorsement - the experience was really this good.

Some years ago I had a car repaired at Faulkner and was very happy with it. Not so this time. I called and asked when I could bring the car for an estimate. The technician said I could bring it the following Friday. I explained that I worked at the mall on Friday but would bring the car during my lunch. He said he would make a not and let someone know I would be there. Well when I got there the girl at the front desk acted as if I were an alien. She wanted to know if I had an appointment. When I assured her I did she told me the person I had spoken to was out to lunch. Finally she did find someone to do the estimate. That person told me the technician would call me to let me know when to bring the car for repair. I assumed someone would call me later that day, after all they only had to tell me when to bring the car. How long does that take. No one ever called. I Finally called them. I was told to bring the car
8:00 AM on Monday. I dropped off the car and was told it would be ready the following Friday around
5:00 PM. I was prepared to go pick up the car when at about 3:30 PM I got a call stating the bumper didn t fit therefore I could not pick up my car before Monday after 5:00 Pm. By 2:30 on Monday I had heard nothing. I called because it was getting close to the pick the pick up time and guess what the technician was out to lunch. I said I would call back in about half hour which I did. This time I was told the technician was not at his desk. Now, I am livid because we are now 2 hours before pickup and I can t get anyone to tell me if the car is ready. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was out to lunch as well. I expressed my disbelief and how unhappy I was with the service. I explained I would never bring my car to Faulkner again. Finally, the technician called back told me I could not pick the car up, till Tuesday because they had a problem with the paint sticking to the bumper. I don t know where this breakdown in communication happened, but there sure was a breakdown. Starting with the appointment for the estimate. Why give someone an appointment when you know you are not going to be there to care for them. Obviously, it doesn t matter when you go to lunch if he was at lunch when I came at 12:30 and was also at lunch when I called at 2:30. In any case it seemed they could care less about me. Hopefully, the work done to my car is better than the service. I will never take my car to Faulkner again.

Yes 1 star. Faulkner dealership had my car 8 days to make repairs to damage that happened on their premises. I only received 1 call asking me what the problem was AFTER I had informed multiple people of the problem. I called and left multiple messages for information about my car and when they think it might be done because - AND I INFORMED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE MY CAR WENT IN THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING MY CAR BECAUSE MY FATHER WAS EXTREMELY SICK WITH STAGE 4 CANCER AND ON CHEMO AND WAS EXPERIENCING EMERGENCY SITUATIONS WITH HIM - Did you catch the " WAS " that I just used....I called asking if my car would be ready by Tuesday because my father had a VERY IMPORTANT Dr.'s appointment and had a treatment scheduled and to PLEASE PLEASE CALL ME BACK. I called multiple times and left messages. Not a single call back. My father ended up missing his Dr.'s appointment and part of his treatment. On the day of my father's MISSED appointment, I get a call saying that my car is ready. I could go on a little more over my whole experience but I'm too busy mourning the loss of my father and planning his funeral service.

Love the i3, but even with the range extender, it would be MUCH better with a 250+ range before the range extender kicks in. Those of us who bought the first i3s (2014) should be able to upgrade the original battery with a longer range one at minimal or no cost when such a battery comes available.
To date, with 20,000+ miles, we have had ZERO problems with the car. However, we fortunately paid extra and bought the tire insurance. So far, we have been through 4 tires which would have cost us $250 each, but were all covered by the insurance. Apparently they are VERY prone to picking up even the smallest pices of metal that will penetrate and puncture the tire including large staples and very small nails. We have always lived in rural farming areas where miscellaneous metal and similar debris along the road can be common and never had problems with tires. Now we live in the city and have had the 4 incidents, all involving small metal. Go figure!

I've been taking my 2009 X3 for service at Faulkner now for the last year and a half and every time I've taken it there I've been constantly impressed at their level of courtesy and respect.
Since I originally purchased the X3 in Lancaster I've since moved to NYC and was in a pickle to find a garage there. I looked up a recommend garage in NY who did my NY state inspection. After inspection they said I needed a bunch of other service in addition to the inspection. To balance things out I asked Faulkner to take a look one time when I was back in Lancaster and they gave me a much more reasonable quote on what really needed to be done without trying to upsell me on service. Even thought my X3 is not new I've always felt that the team at Faulkner has treated me as if I'm as valued as brand new customer but are also respectful of the age of the car.
The whole team, from Kelsey up front to Kaitlyn and Brandon in service, is super friendly and helpful when it comes to service.

When my car was in for the last service appointment, they fixed the issue without question, and they even gave me a free oil change (which I did not even request), and my car looked great when I picked it up - cleaned inside and out.
