First of all, I d like to commend you on the remodeling project. I really like how you opened the showroom and moving the salesmen s cubicles away from the large showroom windows :ales it a much more brighter place for the customer. My one complaint would be the removal of the high top tables. They were a great place to work with your laptop or iPads. The chairs are comfy, but not convenient if you want to get some work done. And with the four hours I spent there on Wednesday, I could have gotten a ton of work completed..
The men in the greeting bay could not be any nicer or considerate, which gets the appointment started in a positive manner.. The young lady that handled my paperwork was very congenial, and did a super job of getting me a loaner, which I did not request when making my appointment, but after waiting fours hours yesterday and almost five hours on a previous appointment, I thought a loaner would be needed. Even though a loaner wasn t available, she obtained a rental car so I could go for a late breakfast and do some shopping.
I was pleasantly surprised to being approached by the girl that handled the paperwork saying that my car was finished and ready to go.
One question I have and would like an answer by phone is ! Did they do an oil change on the X5 ??? It was on the to do list that I signed at the desk. When I got home and reviewed the sheet saying what they had done to the car, I saw no reference to an oil cha;ge. I don t know if I just missed it on the sheet or if it didn t require that service at that time.

I purchased a pre-owned car that was as-described and I am satisfied with the car. However, the post-sales support is where it falls apart.... I am an out-of-state buyer and the registration/title process has been a complete mess and the lack of customer service from both the dealer's sales team and finance department has compounded the issue. They act as if they could care less. This is very disappointing and frustrating... I have contacted the dealership numerous times and have yet to get the situation resolved.

Whether it s the availability of a loaner, convenience of scheduling appointments online or the ability to wait while quick services are completed, the facility and offerings meet my needs. The service team from the initial arrival and greeting through write-up and explanation of what is scheduled, both current and upcoming, with explanation on completion and even an escort out of the garage for a visual with the tech, all add up to a very professional experience.

We were able to make all arrangements before I made the trip with my wife. We were welcomed and shown respect and courtesy one would respect from a luxury car dealership. Lancaster BMW continues to be the best car buying experience, hands down. This was my second purchase here and it was just as easy as it was with my prior purchase. The Sales manager Derek is extremely personable and always customer first and went above and beyond for us and made everything easy. Our sales rep Greg kept us up to date and answered all our questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. They were upfront, patient, understanding and professional throughout the entire process. I had a fantastic first experience at Faulkner BMW of Lancaster yesterday! I give them a "10", with 10 being the highest. I worked late Tuesday night in Lancaster and shortly after 7:30 pm I got a flat tire. I called BMW Roadside assistance and waited for the tow-truck to show up. Unfortunately, I had to get a hotel (emergency) because it was close to 10 pm by the time I checked into a hotel. I do not live in Lancaster. I live almost 2 hours from Lancaster. My flat tire really put a monkey's wrench into my next day's work plans, as now I had a 3 hour drive to get to my first appointment. I am a Biotech Hospital Sales Manager who covers a 3 state territory. I left Derick, the Sales Manager a message that night explaining where the tow-truck left my car and my dire situation. To my surprise, he called me at 7:15 am the next morning and reassured me that I could be on the road by 8:30 am. Faulkner BMW offered me a loaner car, to save time, and to also perform additional work, such as install 4 new tires, new brakes and do a State Inspection which was due next month. While I had the loaner car, they worked on my car. The "icing on the cake" is that the Dealership drove 120 miles to return my car to my house and pick up the loaner car, on the same day! I was very impressed with their excellent service and strong desire to make sure I was taken care of and happy. Derrick, Jesse and Megan really went above and beyond to help me in my emergency situation to help me. I actually made it to my appointment thanks to the Loaner car.I have an extreme sense of gratitude and appreciation for such a wonderful and personable dealership, Faulkner BMW of Lancaster.
