Faulkner BMW has always been a professional, clean, and accommodating repair facility. I enjoy driving my car, and find it to be well manufactured and reliable. My biggest frustration has always been the high hourly shop costs at Faulkner, coupled with a long list of high cost parts to maintain my vehicle. I drive a 2008 low mileage 528 (that I have had for about 9 years), that rarely gets anything other than highway miles and around town casual driving (well less than 8000 miles a year). However, I never seem to be able to leave the facility without spending well over $1000, and am provided a list of other "nice to do" items with proposed costs of several $1000 more. Perhaps this is just indicative of BMWs in general, but is not the same experience I have had with the dozen or so other vehicles I have owned in my lifetime. I am not ready to get rid of the vehicle yet, but will think long and hard about getting another BMW when I do.

I have always said, business is a machine that is dying to breakdown, and it does. How one deals with these breakdowns sets themselves apart from the competition. Faulkner is an A1 Class act. While I experienced a few bumps in the road during the sales process my sales person and my business manager did a stellar job in rectifying and smoothing out the challenges.
Knowing that if something goes awry and I have the results-oriented go-to-person(s) gives me confidence for all future purposes.

The 5 star reputation of Faulkner BMW of Lancaster is well deserved ! The sales department, Jonathan, in particular , have always treated my husband and myself respectfully and kindly. We only buy from them. My new X3 m40i is a dream to drive and I look forward to the end of each work day to hoop in it !
Service was outstanding. There was a very small mistake, which they handled gracefully and made right immediately. This is the kind of place I feel comfortable taking my car, which I am FANATICAL about. I usually do all my own work because I don't trust other people to care as much as I do.
I dealt with Salesman names Devin. I jumped into a truck they had used as soon as I saw it posted. I drove up to look at the truck from Baltimore but it was so new to dealership, there was somethings they still had to complete before I could buy it. The truck needed vendor flares as the tires stuck out past the wheel wells. Devin and manager Jason went above and beyond to make the truck mine as quickly as possible. They updated me via text or call every single day after I went up there and since I wasn t able to buy the truck that day after driving an hour and half, they bought the fender flares for me no questions asked ( and installed on there dime). Drove the truck home after everything was squared away and it was amazing. It was a great, clean, friendly dealership and I highly recommend
We are very excited and satisfied with our (almost) new Mercedes Wagon and were treated exceptionally well during our visit. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently and we were on our way home in no time! I have a 2012 X3. I have been taking it in for Service at Faulkner since day one. Brandon Gentile is my service adviser and he has been great! Brandon is great at keeping me updated when my care is in for service. furthermore, I am always set up with a loner vehicle. From my experience with Faulkner they are extremely customer service friendly and they are also incredibly accommodating.

Laughably Inept. Took in my 2000 BMW Z3. Should have suspected something when the advisor said he could get my info off the key, placing it into a chip reader on his desk. Perplexed when nothing came up I reminded him that the car was 16 yrs old hence no chip in the key. Keeping the car for an entire day he called to say that they put it on their computer analyzer and no trouble found. (the car was exhibiting the classic symptoms of a bum inline thermostat, running hot when going fast and cooling when driving slow) Took it to a third-party mechanic who saw the problem right away. Duh.
Though the Failkner BMW has done a great job as usual, I think BMW and other luxury cars are going to soon reside only in our memories as Tesla is growing fast and surprised to see that why other leading luxury segments are not even making any disruptive movements in the automobile industry. It seems like Tesla is going to end up as Amazon of automobile industry; others probably need to watch out.
Never had a single complaint with any service. They have valet service and loaner cars as well so its never an issue if they have to take longer to get my car completed. Very nice and always informative
Brandon and group did a great job taking care of my 4 series. The bumper needed repair and it looks great. The valet service returned it nice and shiny with everything in good order.
As always, the crew at Faulkner BMW took great care of my car. My consistent point of contact, Jedd Miller, is great at communicating what needs to be done in a way that s easy to understand and trust. It s hard to imagine buying another car elsewhere because they ve done such a tremendous job whenever my vehicles need help.

UPDATE; I've deleted/revised my previous review due to Faulkner BMW's General Manager's prompt response to my original concern: Purchased a beautiful pre-owned like-new Lexus from Faulkner BMW and had an unforeseen mechanical issue shortly after. Unfortunately, the OEM warranty was expired and the 90-day warranty did not cover the issue. Faulkner BMW worked with us to reach a mutually satisfactory solution! Customer service is easy when there's no problem. The General Manager and Faulkner BMW passed the real customer service test with flying colors and we couldn't be happier with our car and the customer service, especially after the sale. We highly recommend!!!
Years ago I didn't have the best experience with my previous BMW's at Faulkner. They actually tried to charge me $15 to install a break light bulb that took all of 30 secs. This past year I purchased a used BMW elsewhere. I had new tires installed from a local tire shop and they recommended a realignment. I called Faulkner and received a reasonable quote so I decided to go there and see if things had changed. YES!! Things had indeed changed. My experience was very positive. In fact, when they were working on my car, they notIced another repair needed to be made. To my delight Brandon said the cost would only be $50 since the previous owner bought an extended warranty and that the warranty follows the car and not the owner. This most recent time, I was in for an inspection and inquired about my warranty covering some cracking in the rubber seal surrounding my rear windshield. My rep said there was no extended warranty and that the previous rep made an error with my last repair. She said that BMW changed their policy and that the extended warranty doesn't follow the car. So, yes, a bit of a disappointment after being told otherwise. I'm still giving 5 stars because Caitlyn was still very cordial and helpful during my visit. She did a great job!
It s been awhile since I last posted on my Faulkner BMW experience. Since my last review, I ve been back several times for inspections, oil changes, etc. I can only say positive things about my experience. Caitlyn, my rep, is always professional and courteous. In my opinion, the maintenance prices are competitive with any other garage or service center. Plus, you know you re receiving BMW parts and service. I continue to recommend.
About 3 months ago, my 2011 335xi coupe needed a major repair. The reverse on my manual transmission failed. 1st thru 6th worked just fine. I called my BMW rep, Caitlin, and she immediately got me on the schedule. Unfortunately, the tech's diagnosis was for the worst. The transmission on my car with @ 70k miles needed to be replaced. I did my own research and found evidence that this issue had occurred with others of the same make and model. I don't know the issue was widespread but I don't think it was uncommon either. After speaking with Caitlin regarding my research, she said she'd speak with her manager. Needless to say, once again, Caitlin went to bat for me. BMW was able to help with the cost of the repair and replacement of the transmission. I had the clutch replaced as well since the transmission was being pulled. Once again, thank you to Caitlin and the staff at Faulkner for great service at a fair cost.
I brought my vehicle in to get an estimate and repair done, and Faulkner Collision did an excellent job ensuring work was completed couple days earlier than I expected.
Bought my Z4 last week and I'm nothing less than satisfied. Can't wait for warmer weather so I can actually cruise with the top down. John was very helpful throughout the sale, and had me driving my car home in about an hour or so. Anyone interested in owning a BMW should stop by Faulkner and take a look. I'm pretty certain I would do business there again.
This is the best service that I have received at any of the area dealerships. The parts salesperson couldn t have been nicer ordering tires for my car. Service was the way service should be. The service writer greeted me and went over in details of what was going to be serviced and gave me a price upfront. The price was the same at the end. He went over the bill with me and explained all the charges when the job was completed. I was provided a loaner car. It was a pleasure to do business with a dealership that puts the customer first.

I NEVER write reviews but based on the stellar service we received in purchasing our new to us SUV from Faulkner BMW I am compelled to write. I contacted Faulkner initially via email because we live two hours away and wasn't going to waste our time (or theirs) unless they had what we wanted. The communication was prompt and thorough. Follow-up over the phone was equally impressive and we decided to make the two hour trip. Once there, Greg gave us his full attention and let us test drive the vehicle. After deciding we wanted it, we quickly moved through the paperwork and were on our way home after a stop for lunch. There was a small issue once we returned to our home state, but Greg and Faulkner worked through a quick and perfect solution. We could not be more pleased with the whole experience.

This is for the parts department: Never order parts from them. It is impossible to actually get ahold of a person if you have questions or problems. I honestly don t know how they can maintain a website presence. Absolutely zero support and didn t fulfill order after charging card.

I have never in my life had a better dealer experience. I've bought a few luxury cars at different dealerships in different cities. I've even bought from different BMW dealers and none can hold a candle to the service I received from Breanna in the internet department and my eventual Client Advisor, Greg Schaub. They both went above and beyond in helping us find the exact right car for us. Greg did everything he could, including staying late, to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I never want to buy another car anywhere else ever again! I don't usually gush like this. But I've never had such a great experience and all service for the car was also handled extremely well. They provided a new loaner car for when our car was serviced. They even offer valet pick up and delivery. The car is everything we were hoping for and they know exactly how to treat their customers. They've made a repeat customer for life.

Just purchased my second BMW from Faulkner. I returned because of how excellent the staff is. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. They are not your typical car salesmen/women. I've purchased fleets of vehicles, and dealt with many dealerships and most of them I will not purchase from again. They should learn how to treat customers like Faulkner BMW does. I will return for my next personal car purchase, unless BMW comes out w/ a commercial line in diesels (service trucks to be specific).
what can I say about robert, tyler and the entire team at faulkner bmw. it was such a wonderful experience. after having a terrible experience at sun motors bmw, I decided to go a different route. I was loyal to sun motors for over seven years and have purchased two brand new bmw vehicles from them only to be treated like I was more of a problem to them when searching for my third. when I made the decision to visit other locations, faulkner was my next option. I drove an hour away just to see what faulknerbmw had to offer on service and boy was I blown away. the managers who I briefly introduced myself to set me up with a gentleman named robert howry who not only was attentive to me, but made me feel like my happiness was much more important than a sale. after deciding to go with a brand new x3, I was then introduced to the gentleman who explained all of the warranties, and he too was extremely wonderful to me (I apologize for I did forget his name). all I can say is this was more than a purchase for me. what this team at faulknerbmw has done is create a long lasting relationship from me. I will no longer go anywhere else. thank you!

I didn't go there to get a new car, I went to have my car serviced. I'm extremely delighted with my decision to trade in my car for a shiny new one... I did get a response from Brandon Gentile (Service Director) and after he explained that BMW has his hands tied by only providing new parts. It makes it hard for me to pick on this dealership. I think a little more training may be required for the staff. But Brandon was very apologetic about what was said and he explained that it would be addressed. So in retrospect I guess I should have addressed concerns with him first. At least I did get a call from the dealer which does tell me they care.
Not one of the better, have an older car with an interesting problem. Called to make an appointment and the car had to be towed, service person was nice. service person advised me that the fee would be $125.00 to hook it to the computer. Next day I get a call that additional time is needed to diagnose problem so it would be an additional $125- to 250.00. Well the next phone call it get is that it's the main computer of the car and that would be $2000.00 to replace and an additional $500.00 because BMW makes the computer VIN specific and it would need to match. Seems like a whole lot of monies for a car that is a 2002. So I had it towed back to the house to find out that there are companies that repair the computers for about $ 300.00 total plus a little shipping for the parts and it to be returned. When I mentioned that to the customer service lady she said YEA GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. It also seems very snooty in this dealership and now understand why my friends no longer support this dealership.
