Very convenient to Oakland airport...fills up fast.

Efficient. No frills. Driver doesn't necessarily help pick up and carry your suitcase into or off the bus compared to their competition. Be sure to search online for parking coupons. FastTrack is the cheapest (with coupon). Note: Local and airport taxes can be more than the actual parking cost/day!

Extremely convenient and they drop you off. Very affordable. If you go over your time by five minutes you will pay double

If you value your car and your belongings do not park here my car window was smashed. Management never responded to email or calls . Very unprofessional business. Use Park and Fly instead at least their security keeps your car from getting broken into.

Reliable bus to and from the airport. Tight parking spaces if you have a full sized truck.

The two stars are for the drivers and cashiers, who were efficient and pleasant. The lot itself left alot to be desired. I was asked for my stall numbers, but mine and many others were worn out, I had to guess. Lots of potholes, and there were service trucks also parking on this lot and sharing the roadways. When the driver pulled into the lot to return passengers to their vehicles, he had to get out of the shuttle, move a gate, pull forward, stop, and move the gate back. Cheap way of controlling the entrance and exit and adds more time to your trip.

This place is no good!!! I'm miss Expresso Parking. Scheduled to arrive and park at 4:30 am July 3. When I arrived they said there were no shuttles to take me to the airport and that I would have to wait if I wanted to. I couldn't wait and asked for a credit. As of now I'm still waiting for a credit (3 weeks later). They keep insisting that I reserved through a 3rd party. When I reserved from their website!!! Guy who says he's the "supervisor" was so rude kept insisting I call the place I reserved from and hung up on me!!! I only have the number on the reservation which is the same number from the website I reserved from!!! Don't park here!! Park at a better place. Doesn't even deserve any stars to be honest.

I've been really happy with FastTrack Airport Parking as an off-airport option. I always book in advance to secure the best price and a spot (they are often full, in my experience). Really friendly customer service both at the booth and the driver. The drivers help with luggage . I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for pick up at the airport! I'll continue to use them as my first option.

We've been coming here for years because their pricing is good. However, we've been having more and more issues lately with slow service, watching three Park N Fly vans come and go before we see a FastTrack van at the airport, indifferent staff, and questionable billing. Yesterday was the last straw as we had to wait about 15 minutes in the parking lot for the shuttle to come take us to the airport. When I asked about this delay, I was very simply and apologetically told they were short on drivers (there was only one!). The driver who finally did come get us was barely personable. Everyone in the van with us was shaking their heads. We're done with this company!

They didn't honor the groupon I had - they claimed they didn't have space but then would have been happy to park my car for their full price. Apparently their groupon is just a scam to get people in the door and then charge them full price (over $14 per day after tax).

I went down the street to Park 'N' Fly and got a better rate and better service in a cleaner, less cramped-feeling lot.

The worst parking place, do not recommend. Very sketchy looking lot, service was horrible with no one who can speak or understand English. No clear instruction, very unfriendly manner.

Have parked here many times. Pick up at your parking space is almost instant. The shuttle is waiting while we're still gathering things. Pick up at airport usually 5-10 minutes. Easy in and easy out. Had a dead battery one time and they had the shuttle there to jump start our car in about 3 minutes. We always use this place when flying OAK.

Good location for parking. It s close by to Oakland airport. You can take uber/Lyft after parking here.

DO NOT park here. When I flew back and retrieved my car to go home, I found that my front tire was stabbed three times. This must have been because I didn't "tip" the shuttle driver when he dropped me off at the airport and didn't have cash on me. This place is very shady and bad business. Unless you want to take the risk of your vehicle being vandalized, don't park here.

They made my trip very efficient! The bus was ready to pick us up right at our car as soon as we parked!

If I could give this place 0/5 I honestly would. There was no one to check us in, the place we left our car was very very sketchy. The bus took 20 minuntes to get there. When we came back from vacation someone had left a half empty can sitting on our car. (Who knows who walks around there at night.) A Homeless guy in the parking lot that's "gated off" was riding around asking people for money. Best part of it all is we had to pay twice $86 one online and another because we couldn't find the reservation number we had from the website which is actually filled with Trojan viruse FYI. They told me to contact the owner through email and he might refund the money... It was horrible I say don't risk it.

The shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport didn t help with luggage or attempted to help. I bring this situation up because she got off to help another rich looking couple in greed of getting a tip. I have 2 little kids and could have used some help. She dropped them off first even though they got on the bus after us and their car was parked further down than us. She helped them put the luggage out and got a $1 tip I saw .
Guess what when it was our time to be dropped off, She sat and watched. She was also a little mean. I used this lot before but it wasn t this bad of an experience. They are getting worse I guess. I m not coming her next time . Bad service

I made a reservation online, and I had to cancel 12 hours before my scheduled time. I called 8 times only to be hung up on every time, as in they answered without saying anything so I could hear background noise then they hung up after a few seconds. WHAT A JOKE!!

Convenient for OAK and no wait for shuttle pickup. Nice employees, too.

Got overcharged by an extra day. I could have had better parking for what I paid.

Shuttle driver refused to help us with luggage, threw them in the van when asked, rude. Customer service cuts off customer when asked a question.

Convenient spot and affordable. Because they combined with another lot due to COVID, their contact information seems to be incorrect on all their online listings. We were unable to contact anyone for further information after our return trip.

I'm almost positive that after this trip, I would not willingly choose FastTrack for my airport parking needs. This might be long.

I booked a covered parking spot through SpotHero. Cool. When I arrived, the attendant at the entrance said no covered spots were left, and I'd have to take up the price difference with SH. A shuttle was dropping someone off who had parked in a covered space, so I was told to go there to wait. I watched the driver back up in the somewhat narrow row and hit another car. Both that driver and I had to back out of the row (so the driver could get out, since the shuttle was on the other end). A guy ended up taking the spot I was waiting for because "they told me to park at D." The shuttle driver told me to go to another row because that guy had already parked and was already gathering his stuff. The other row I was directed to had no parking (I drove it twice), so I had to go back to the entrance to figure out whether there was another spot, or if I should just park at the actual airport. I was finally directed to an open spot. I parked only because I was risking missing my flight (I did get to the lot early, but all of this ate up that time).

I don't care about covered vs uncovered in terms of the spot. I only care about the price difference I might have paid. But there whole thing was just messy. I'm sure their system works when it's not so busy, but they were just about completely full. The pictures online are definitely better than reality.

Honor online payments without Hussle. Fast shuttle service..I got within 5 mins. Need to call for shuttle after midnight

Make sure you print out the online $2 off coupon. If not, even if you show it on your phone they won't accept it. Rude man at counter.

Terrible shuttle service that will have you waiting for a good 30min watching other parking shuttles come and go and back again. terrible customer service at the lot. Renting out spots when they have none. Done with this place for goo .

Don't park at this place. The pictures are deceiving and it is not clean, its pretty far away from the airport,. If you are a little delayed coming back they charge you extra at the tune of $73/day. Luckily I wasn't late a whole day but a few hours. Still, there are plenty of other opportunities with better distance and much more forgiveness when you don't make the exact planned return time - don't get lured in with coupons and then gauged when your plan changes due to your airline travel

Close to airport, safe and secure parking, shuttle service 24/7.

They are now Expresso parking. They used to be Fasttrack parking. They stop their shuttle service after midnight. Our flight arrived 11:50 and by the time we got our bags, it was after midnight. I called the parking attendant and was told that their last pickup is at midnight. Luckily there was a shuttle from different parking service that took us to our car. Not a great end to a long trip.

Ong worst service ever!!! Waited 20 minutes to get to the airport and I'm still waiting for a vehicle to come and pick me up and take me back to my car never use this company

I have been using this lot faithfully for years and today had the shuttle drive right by.

When I asked the next driver he couldn't be bothered. Then he pointed out I left my door open.

We had good experience. We had to walk through the whole parking lot to the shuttle, but then it went very smoothly after that. When we arrived back, we caught the shuttle at the same place where it left us (4F), it was already there, and departed shortly after we got in.
The checkout process was quick. Make sure to download a coupon from their website, then the price is $9/day, which is really cheap compared to competitors. Also make sure to actually print out the physics coupon, they require that. Photo on the phone may not work.

I made a reservation for covered parking through SpotHero. When I arrived there was a sign up saying the lot was full and closed. They let me in the lot when I told them I had already prepaid for a spot but there wasn't covered parking available. I ended up having to park in a line of cars in the back and leave them my keys. My car was fine when I got back but it was parked in a open spot and I had to get the difference refunded through SpotHero. I'm not sure where the problem lies when it comes to overselling available covered spots but just be aware having a reserved spot through SpotHero doesn't mean you'll actually get one here. Parking is extremely tight too but that seems to be the theme in both of the Oakland offsite airport parking lots I've used. I'll be trying a different lot from this one next time.

I get just what I want. Covered, secure parking at a competitive price. A prompt, reliable shuttle to and from the Airport.

Their confusing Coupon shell game ("No coupons available". I've failed to get a coupon on 3 of 4 visits) on their Website keeps me fron rating them higher.

Do not park here. They charged me for an extra day, did not honor my online reservation price, and do not accept FastTrak! Not worth it, you end up paying what you would pay at some of the other economical lots.

They have periodic buses to and from airport with friendly staff

Convenient place to park our car when flying. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Been a customer for almost a year until I realized that I'm just wasting my time and nerves. Extremely disorganized pickup at both departure and arrival. Instead of having a designated pick-up location at the parking lot, they drive around every isle collecting people for 20 minutes before heading off. Extreme lack of shuttles / drivers makes you wait at the terminal for over an hour and then fight over a spot when one arrives. One time they decided to valet park our car because they got overbooked, only to get yelled at later by their manager that they weren't supposed to do that without us signing a waiver - had to double park ourselves at the end and miss our flight because the whole mess took an hour... So many other options nearby that you might want to consider for the same exact price...

The staff told me that the price for three nights would $$ but I ended up paying more due to untold hidden fees that were ridiculously high!
Do not recommend them at all!

Cheap but waiting for the bus is longer than others.

OMG, I reserved an indoor parking for Christmas eve more than a month ago. When I got to the lot 15 minutes before my reserved time and they told me the lot was full and only valet available. I would never go back again.

My family parked our Minivan there last week for 5 days. When we arrived home, we notice a dent in the side passenger door. We will never park in that careless lot again.

This one star is too much. When I went the parking attendant refused to let me park. He said that i needed to reserve online. I had reserved over the phone. I am disabled and had to find another expensive lot and had to walk my luggage to terminal. Don t trust this place!

Fantastic, car was in the same condition as when it was dropped off. Airport shuttle was waiting for me on both the drop off and pick up. Also you can not beat the price! Highly recommended.

Parked in open slot and was thinking someone may break the glass. But it was secure. Will park again.

Warning and Heads Up!

Do not park here just because it s cheap and offsite from the crowds at the Oakland airport. You re better off parking (or BART or dropped off) onsite right next to the terminals where it ll be SAFE, BETTER MONITORED and NOT BROKEN INTO. My boyfriend and I decided to go on a weekend trip and found this offsite airport parking thinking we d save time, money and reading some of the good reviews...DEADASS WRONG! We came back and a few cars on the lot were BROKEN INTO OR HAD MARKS OF ATTEMPTED BREAK INS. They broke our driver s side door keyhole, part of the handle and misaligned the window in attempts of getting in. Other cars around us had their drivers keyhole jammed and broken as well. DONT TRUST THIS LOT. I spoke to a worker and told them about the several break ins including ours. They told us that security only comes every 2hrs and they don t have a way of knowing when our break-in happened. Other than that they can t do anything about it. LESSON LEARNED. Thank goodness we are safe, nothing stolen and the car is drive-able.

Shuttles are not very frequent. Had to wait for more than half an hour. This place has both covered and uncovered parking
