I have ordered from this company for many years ... never had a problem until recently when I made two orders, each order around $ 200 each or more . . . the fabric I ordered was not satisfactory . . . .it was not cut properly . . . it shorted me on their cutting lines . . . I would never order fabric from this place ever !!! . . . this is not a site for fabric !!! . . . the owner wrote me back and said there was nothing that she could do . . I thought people mattered... I thought that the problem I had would have been resolved !! . . . It was NOT ! She just fluffed me off . . . .that is not satisfactory behaviour as an owner . .. I will be ordering from someone else !! . . .

From the shipment on July 16th being sent to the wrong address to the final reimbursement of Aug. 8th I have never before experienced so much lies and rudiness from a company. Yes, mistakes do happen and yes, there is a polite and considerate manner to handle them.

My entire experience was wonderful. I had a question that I emailed and it was answered very quickly. Then I ordered on September 4th in the evening and by the afternoon of September 6th my beads were in my hand. They are beautiful and I will definitely be ordering more from them.

My online order was delivered pretty fast, and I'm happy with what I ordered. Price-wise, I think it was reasonable. I will definitely order again. Great selection.

Order came very fast(2 days, not including holidays,) first time costumer, the items were packaged neatly in a bubble wrap, and a cardboard box, everything labeled correctly.... aside from eye pins all bent... very happy with

i have severe ptsd which makes me medically exempt from wearing a mask. i was denied service and unable to enter the store. workers have no respect and lost their owner a multiple hundred dollar sale. won t be coming back.
