About what i expected. Good choices of hats, jerseys from mostly football, baseball, and basketball. Not many varieties though for each team. Customer service average as well.

Got to be careful if your a sports fan because you'll leave broke. They have everything and more in hats, jerseys, blankets and more.

They were friendly and let me know about the current promos. Helped us find what we were looking for right away.

The guy working there was really nice. We showed up at 858pm even though they were closing at 9. The guy was very laid back about it. 10 minutes later I bought 2 hats from him at 30% off and they were giving away 2 jazz tickets for a purchase of +$50. I walked away a very happy customer!

The employee was very rude. The store was a mess. Thing not in the right places.

this is one of the best sports apparel stores ever! They have almost every big name jersey from curry all the way down to Beckerman they have it! Great variety of snapbacks or fitted hats along with some beanies! This is a great place to shop for the avid sports fan!

Poor selection of Jazz apparel. Frustrated that we can't get on their website.

Ran in real quick to grab a sport shirt for my boy. Not only did they have some, they were on sale. Tag said $25 and got it for $10!!

Bought a jersey for my wife with a coworker as they have them buy one get one 25% off, i split the sale with my coworker and paid half, was handed a receipt, he paid his half was handed a receipt, i go to my hotel and call my wife and she brings up a good point, it needed to be a size bigger as she will be wearing layers of clothes under it, so i decide to bring the receipt i was given from then back with the unwore jersey to trade for a size larger, stop right there, michale their manager said i had to have both receipts to do the excange!! First off i had a receipt, second its a exchange and there refund policy says receipts is required for refunds, third he didnt want to trade it, after a passonate debate with him he decides to do the trade but refunds my jersey at the sale price with my receipt i had and charge me full price for the size larger. My point is never split a purchase at this location, shop else where where they are customer service friendly unlike this store under the management of mr michale! I suggest that when a split payment is made if that is there policy they should provide two receipts with the barcode, he didn t even want to review the sale i made as it was dated with the receipt i had. do not shop here!!!

Please stop worrying about your boyfriend and help customers

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This store had no regard for their customers who needed help. Its run by teenagers and the manager Michael Nelson was absolutely rude to a woman who just wanted help to exchange a hat. He was making snide remarks to the woman and he should not be a manager if he does not know how to take care of guests. Good job fanzz you lost a few customers today.

Needs more regular Dallas Cowboys baseball hats with adjustable....but other then that ...love the store

It is ridiculous how expensive they are they should more reasonable with prices

Great customer service and good selection. I hate how expensive athletic stuff costs, but I don't blame Fanzz for that.

Just purchased a couple of hats and a t-shirt from Fanzz at City Creek Mall. One of the hats had a sticker price that was different from what was rung up. Noticed after the purchase was complete. Asked the clerk about this error and he said basically he had to charge what is being rung up regardless of what their stickers on the actual product says. Ridiculous if you ask me!! It is not as if someone put a bogus sticker on this product. Buyer beware. Stickers are suggested prices but may (and probably will) change when you go to pay for the items.
