Beautiful casino. Great live music in several locations. Especially love it when Pulp Vixen plays the Rock Yard. Wish they would play in the lounge, also!

Very nice room. Casino was good ventilation so low smoke from cigarettes.

They won't let you get take out from their restaurant Joy so they just lost a 100.00 order and a customer for life.

I think it is great but it should let more people win . It is to tyte you only get 50cents when you bet 250 or more at times. It is one of the best places to visit and have fun

Great new player promo -- cycle $20 through (most-any ) slot - BUT -- it can be difficult to get the player card to work properly.

The employees are always concerned about my needs and comfort each and every time I'm there. Never once have I not been taken care of as a customer should be. There staff is one of the best I've seen in this day & age, it's old school values they portray.

Convenient location. Good RV parking. Great slots. Be ready to loose.

All the good machines are gone! I won't be back, machines are too tight now.

Very nice. Went for concert. Do wish though they would allow people to stand in concerts. No one go goes to one to stay seated all night.

Very clean, good view, good food at the hotel, but the room was small and it only had one king sized bed instead of a pair of queen sized beds. Went to a concert in the auditorium at the casino and the seats were uncomfortable.

Fun place but really wish they didn't allow smoking!

Buffet was really good. I really enjoyed the prime rib. Eating outside is not recommended, as the flies became a problem. We attended a concert. Good sound, seats seemed to be good anywhere, as the concert hall was on the small size when looking at the size of general concert halls. Had a great time!

The casino was clean and well maintained. The people who worked there were friendly. I lost but still had fun.

We love Fantasy Springs, the slots are loose enough to play all day the rooms are great and our hostess Marina is wonderful can't say enough about the customer service. ..thanks Fantasy

Made a quick stop here to use the restroom and for a quick bite. Had some pizza and starbucks. Which was not bad it was fresh and tasty pizza and meatballs. Didn't walk passed that food court.

Large casino, good variety of machines. A little smokey, not enough ticket cashing machines

We had the lunch buffet as usual. Rosie, our server was excellent, polite and attentive. The food was delicious as usual.

Friendly service! Clean casino popular with locals a lot of to-do's on the venue... Hotel is very clean very comfortable very affordable.

This place is really nice! Me and my wife went on a turn around and had a really good time! We were treated very professionally and got to enjoy a live band outside.

Very nice people running the place. Bathrooms were very clean. Lunch buffet was very good. Wasn't to hot on smoking. Would I go back? Forsure.

Nice stop in the middle of the desert. We get out of the heat, have a meal, drinks & play, before we head home or on our way to visit Mexicali.

Bingo hall needs to give free popcorn. The price of small and large are extremely overpriced.

FORMAL DINING AS WELL. CHINESE cuisine FIRST LEVEL, BISTRO RESTAURANT UPPER LEVEL. ALWAYS ENJOYABLE.

My experience at the Fantasy Springs casino is by the end of Erica all the Securities and all the cocktail waitress or bump key always trying to always trying to kick a motherfuker out at 4 asking for ID I give them five times down that's on God

What can I say. Since moving to the valley it's been my go to to watch pay per view boxing. As a bonus there's a chance to run into boxing royalty. Shout out to the champ for gladly snapping a photo with me.

Had such a fun time with my family. Enjoyed the machines that were available. It was very hot and they allowed our dog to sit on our lap. As some Casinos wouldn't allow it.

It's a grate place. Live music every weekend. Everyone around me were hitting jackpots except me, so if you go you'll be a winner

I love this place because of the concerts. The slots don't pay out very well for me tho...

Went for the buffet and the food was awesome not to crowded also went to the bowling alley I must say I wish it was a little closer but the price for what I have seen in the area is by far the best you will find. They do need a better selection of balls but other than that a fun place.

The resort employees were friendly and very helpful. I went to the bowling alley. The front desk staff met all of my needs.

First visit here at the Hotel but not for the casino. First got overlooked by the hotel valet attendant although we arrived first. Our room was okay but the mattress was horrible. It was sagging on both sides and the foundations were cracked. If you need a fridge call ahead of time so they can set one up for you. The slots and Keno machines are tight (not much payout). Very small pool for the size of the hotel. Although, there are plenty of great places to eat though. They have a decent concert hall and also plenty to do for kids.
I also noticed at a nice restaurant a manager was getting on an employees case (standing a few feet in front of our table). That's not a good thing for guests to see.
I'd like to rate this more but I just can't. I hope they improve

Good clean casino with lots of machines it was a little crowded but still nice

I will never return to that place under any circumstances. Place sucks, security treats guests like prisoners and management is an absolute joke. Minimum wage employess act like theyre better than everyone. Avoid this dirty money put at all costs.

Good selection of games, plenty of servers offering beverages, good variety of food options including a wonderful Chinese restaurant. Plus, Fantasy Lanes bowling! Casual and comfortable for locals and visitors to the Desert.

The casino has tons of slot machines and a variety of restaurants, including a buffet that my wife and I ate at. The buffet was reasonably priced and had great dessert. I cannot speak to the quality of the rooms but the casino itself was nice, and had plenty of parking.

As you Drive up to the Front Doors of the casino you are greeted by the val Valley Perking staff and they are helpful With your luggage, In very polite when you come to the counter to check in.

Loved this casino! Plenty of different games to play...definitely will be back the next time we go down.

I ate at a restaurant there. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and also tried the torta. It was very delicious!

Great casino. Very large, easy to remember layout of every area. Has an arcade, bowling alley, special events building (concerts, comedy show, etc), restaurants, and the casino itself!

Stood there as a last-minute one day getaway and it was great spending most of our time at the pool which is open till midnight and that's awesome, there buffet was great way better than agua caliente . And their free play deal for people who sign up for the players club it's probably the best I've ever got, the bathrooms in the rooms could use an upgrade though

I like keno it had a pretty good selection. And even 5 cent keno. Best thing new members get$60 free play when you first sign up. Most casinos give none or low amount of free play. Whatever you win you can keep .

I really loved it there not crowded lots of machines were available I am really thinking about going back there a couple more times

I really enjoy Fantasy springs. Their attitude towards their guests is always a pleasure. Although I've never stayed in the hotel I hear it very nice. The lit lounge although a smaller venue has a great intimate feel and an exceptional sound system.

We like to go to Fantasy Springs for a little getaway and entertainment. Play cards or slot machines, there is a bowling alley, restaurants, pool, jacuzzi and a concert auditorium. In the courtyard they will host free concerts with plenty of seating for dinner and drinks. There is about three restaurants with great food and prices. The resort is clean and staff is very helpful and friendly.

Had a good time even though it was crammed full. Had a great Birthday dinner on the house

They have a pizza place there that is awesome Pizza and it's priced fairly reasonable. Plus, they have an ice cream parlor it has really good ice cream.

I'd give it 5 stars but the bed wasn't the best. Loved the room overall. Staff was wonderful. Food from room service was great. Casino was a good size.

I can't say enough about Fantasy Springs Casino.
Absolutely the friendliest staff I think I've ever experienced. New member rewards were great you got $60 free credit if you spent $20.
The slot machines are a bit tight but that's pretty much standard across the board.
I don't think I had a bad time anytime I've been there.
Also you can buy the Indian brand of cigarettes for $5 a pack. I'm not a smoker but my husband is and believe me that makes a huge difference. I will be spending much more money there and I don't think I'll go back to the Spa resort

Pretty decent casino, i will say its hard to win money there tho. They do have a nice and friendly staff.

Not much luck on slot machines, has a dynamite Chinese gourmet restaurant called Joy. Lounge in hotel with good jazz Sunday afternoons, no cover.. Lots if great entertainment from comedy ,classic rock and r&b bands, and old standards like Tony Bennet. Venue OK about a 7. All in all a fun place.

The win rate here is pretty nice. Never lost everytime I come

Worst experience ever. The hotel confirmed us for two rooms and later canceled one of our rooms after everything was booked and confirmed. They provided no solution, were unapologetic, and would not allow us an alternative to rebook the second room. Don't do business with this resort if you want reliable accommodations.

Although I didn't have time to visit the casino on this visit, I did overnight in their lot for RVs. It was clean and felt very safe for the night. I am hoping that I can stay longer next time. I saw someone shuttled out to their RV from the casino. I think that would be very convenient.

As for desert casinos, it's friendly. Close to RV parking (unlike Agua Caliente) and friendly staff, (again unlike Agua Caliente) and bingo (sorry Agua Caliente). Yes I know, but Agua Caliente has a nice entertainment and poker, but that's kinda it. Otherwise, Fantasy Springs has a top floor bar with a grand view. Lots of slots (but who doesn't). Today, RV parking makes a better venue.

Went to try the buffet for the first time....i love it....and the price was right...there was an special detail about the personnel at the restaurant that i like...on their employee batch they have their name and right below the name is has the name of the State they are from....i loved that little detail that build more confidence with the customers....great idea from management.

Very nice Casino almost like you're in Vegas. This casino makes me feel like I am in a Vegas Strip Casino. This is one of the better large casinos in the desert.
