Fantasy Springs Resort Casino Reviews

Love this casino/hotel! My husband and I came for a concert, and we were impressed by the casino, the facilities and the restaurants. Everything was excellent! We want to come back and stay overnight soon!

Went to the Pow Wow ate some tacos, Kettle Korn and lemonade and Starbucks Norma and i liked it.

Great assortment of eateries, very clean, friendly staff. Nice large pool area. Always fun. Fun casino and golf coarse.

We always have a good time here whether we are playing the slots or enjoying a night out with the kids at laser bowling!

As a frequent casino visitor I really liked this huge casino lots of machines and plenty of room to. Not only get lost from your. Party of friends but it let's you wonder off from the real world for a short time.

I enjoy going to the casino. Also they have great restaurants

Smoke center!!!!. Even the non-smoking is full of smoke. Not a good place for people with asthma.

Stayed overnight here before and the room was very cozy, relaxing and peaceful. View was not that pleasant as you must remember you are in the middle of the desert. The buffet was OK not as tasty as some others I'd been to and not as may options or desserts I'd hoped for however satisfied my hunger so that was fine. Pizza was tasty and fulfilling. Played keno wasn't able to win anything worthwhile or keep any momentum so decided to just enjoy the room. Was given free room accommodations paid $100 which wasn't returned until 3 days later back into my account. Won't be doing that again. It would be worth it if all my food was free and if I had won but wasn't the case so not worth my trip or time. But I did get to relax and sleep a bit in a clean, comfy, quiet, nice smelling space so 2 stars from me!

Glamorious wierd sectioned parking for the as they put it the preffered. Customer and a long drive to the general parking lol. Close if you find that ampm looking place a mile west great way to refuel cheap good tables nice atmosphere and classy looking good staff clean gair and always a gamble.

We came Friday for the Adam Lambert concert and wanted to make a reservation at Pom for 5. They were booked so we decided to try the buffet, there was a line but when it was our turn to be seated a very well dressed man with glasses greeted us and seated us. Our servers Victor and Mark were amazing, they kept up with our drinks non stop and even kept replacing our silverware with clean ones, who would of thought you would have impeccable service at a buffet. Then the well dressed man came to our table and asked how everything was, we thought we were at a 5 star restaurant for minute lol. Kudos to your manager there and his staff for a job well done. A new customer for life.

Had ossu buco my wife steak Oscar. Both unbelievable. Martinis the best. Wines for $25 fantastic. Why go anywhere else for a five star dinner at very reasonable price.

Staff is amazing, xhotchil v cashier was super welcoming and polite. Member s club staff was great. I didn't think I'd be so happy in a casino afterwards but it was really a wonderful experience i will soongo back to lots of fun.

Great place! They have live music at the lit lounge friday and Saturday great spot!

We went to fantasy springs casino to enjoy a buffet. Service was great and it's a buffet so you know you set up your own plate. The only downside I'd have to say is normally my mom sits with my dad but they only allowed two people to sit because only it's allowed for two people to eat but I wish they would let someone who's not eating sit also cuz there's a family thing.

Great place...close by...too bad their slots are tight...might go to another casino where payouts are better...

Awful, the attendants will go and fix the machines next to me and must be a coincidence that I'll start losing ehhh I'm done w that place oh and I know about the slot program tightner jj

I went to fantasy lanes and it was a great experience. The employees are very friendly and it wasa great and very fun experience.

First visit to Fantasy Springs Casino, I had actually thought it was going to be more modern inside, partially because of the big headliner entertainment that they have here. Got there around noon and there weren't masses of people like some of the other casinos, (which I really liked)! There was a good variety of slots and there were quite a few tables for different card games. All in all I enjoyed myself and left there with some winnings!

Not a good place to have fun and play the machine never pay just take you money I didn't see nobody win I don't recomend this place sorry guys

It was very clean and comfortable,the staff was very friendly and professional, l recommend that you visit.

My favorite casino in California, they comp well, nice rooms and fun games that actually keep you playing. The food is decent as well. The bathrooms are clean and so is the gaming area.

When I need to get away for a few days, I come here. Most recently, I attended the Jethro Tull, Box Scaggs, The Beach Boys (Nick, I miss you) and last week I had the, most awesome, "Hendrix Experience". I was so moved by each performer's interpretation. I always have a great stay, utilizing the facilities to the max. From Excellent cuisine, poolside service, gym and the professional team(the host's are always there to help accommodate my needs) and all staff members. I'm looking forward to next weekend which includes the Lover Boy concert, and the big giveaway on Sunday. Three days of BLISS. Especially if I run into my new friend, Nick. We had a blast at the Beach Boy concert!! I'm ready for a Big Win

In all fairness, this was my first time going to a casino and it turns out I'm probably not much of a casino fan in general. There was a tiny no-smoking section tucked into a corner, and the rest of the place was littered with people taking advantage of the smoking allowed policy.

It's okay. Not at all in the same level as Augustine's, but if you don't have much time it's okay.

The hotel is an excellent place to vacation locally.

Not as nice as the other local casinos... Smokey, dirtier.. BUT, the show - Brad's Place in LIT lounge will have me coming back often!

Saw George Thorogood & the Destroyers. Casino was awesome! Slots were fair.

I stay here often with the family! The amenities are nice, there's a gym and HUGE pool with a bunch of cabanas. The restaurants are all pretty tasty and a good variety! The casino floor has a ton of good games to play so you'll stay occupied!

Love this place very beautiful and I made myself a little bit of money not bad for the first time ever being there

I mainly go the for the OTB. Lots of TV's to watch. Good service. Complimentary soft drinks. Nice bar.

12 th floor cocktail lounge was awesome. One of the best.

We slept here for 3 nights in the parking lot. Great boondocking. Don t really know that much about the casino as we never visited.

Lots of floor seating, some open areas for standing. Drinks available but expensive. Overall ok.

The Valet was very polite and professional. It also was not very crowded. The location is very close to the city and not much of a drive to get there.

Ther Champagne Band, was on fire in the LIT LOUNGE, all weekend!!!!!

Very enjoyable evening was had with friends while watching the band "Which Ones Pink" perform a free outdoor concert. The Fantasy Casino staff were very friendly andI'm looking forward to returning soon to enjoy other bands perform.

Colorful, and has a lot of different games. It was not a lucky day, and there seemed to be few winners. So very expensive fun.

Excellent Buffet and I enjoy the venue for concerts. The outdoor space for music is wonderful.

We were here for a concert event 12/12/2018. We enjoyed the casino before and after eating at their buffet for dinner. I recommend this casino for a night out.

Not impressed with their casino, but the food and entertainment was good.

The food and service at The Bistro was wonderful. It is casual dress and a comfortable environment. Food is pricey.

We came here to see Pitbull and the performance was great I just wish it would of been longer but he had us on our feet dancing with a high energy level. The venue was nice, it was my first time coming here. I would definitely want to see other preformers here.

It was pretty fun. It was my first time going toi a casino and i had a great time. Would definitely go again. I just gambled a bit. Not too much though.

If you're playing a machine.... don't expect cocktail waitress to come by. They don't at this time.... unless you are playing the high roller slots.

There isn't anyway that this casino, hotel resort could improve the service. From check in, to dinner, at Bistro, gambling and to bed we had a wonderful visit. We understand the golf course is one of the finest in the area. We didn't have the time to play.

Of all of the Indian casinos in Southern California that I've been too, about 6 to 8, this is the nicest and cleanest and well ventilated Casino. The gaming action is excellent and I have won money several times here. I've also stayed in the hotel at least 6 times and rate their rooms and view of the pool as fantastic and a great value especially if you have a member card. I love this casino and it has a Starbucks a nice pizza place and a couple of restaurants. One restaurant they have is open quite late Into the Night and overall this casino and hotel resort has worked out very very well for me and my wife. I would suggest it to anybody thinking about staying in the Palm Spring area and looking to enjoy an open floor plan and well laid-out casino with great personnel.
