Our boys' HS team used Fan Cloth as a fundraiser that ended in October and we anticipated product arrival before Christmas break (i.e. Christmas gifts). The team received the entire order with the mascot name MISSPELLED on everything. While that's frustrating, I understand that mistakes happen and figured the corrected order would be expedited and communications would be sent with an estimated arrival for the corrected order. WRONG. Fast forward THREE months later to mid January and we just received the corrected order. During this process, I sent two emails simply to request an estimated time of arrival so that I could inform the customers yet I received NO follow-up to either email. Multiple phone calls were also not productive. First, the operator put me through to a number that turned out to be a "sister company" where a man told me I should call the original number back because their company has nothing to do with Fan Cloth other than being owned by the same people?? When I called that number again TWICE, I wasn't able to reach a person. If you want to save your time, money, and sanity, avoid this company!!!

I am the Senior sponsor from a very small high school. The previous sponsor used Fan Cloth, and the kids wanted to do the fundraiser again. I was weary because the previous sponsor didn't have the best experience, but the kids wanted it so I agreed.

When working with the art department, I had a list of things that the kids requested - none of which were originally honored. After 3 drafts, we got one of the things we asked for, so we went ahead and proceeded because I didn't want to waste any more time going back and forth.

When we received the catalogs, I never received information on how to add students for the website. I didn't know how to access the coaches portal, but they kept telling me to go there. Once I finally figured out where it was, not once did they provide credentials for me to get on (once they finally emailed me what the log in information was, the sale was about over... I finally got a hold of someone over the phone who was able to answer.

Once the online store was up and running, they didn't add tax like I told them we needed. So then they took down the website to fix it. They said they would have it fixed that day (it was a Thursday). It wasn't so I called back Friday. They PROMISED it would be up by the end of the day Friday. Guess what, it wasn't. They didn't have it up until that next Tuesday.

Next, I received an email with tracking information saying our products have been shipped. The projected Delivery day came and went, and we don't have our merchandise. Yet I already mailed the check when we received the tracking. I check the tracking, and it hasn't even been given to FedEx. No one bothered to let me know what was going on, so I had to reach out to customer service, yet again... Of course I sent emails, but no response.

Once the order arrived, many items were of very poor quality, some were scorched, some were stained, and others were printed off center. Many items were bad enough that we either returned or accepted a partial refund for $766.77 worth. For a $3,000 order, to return that much is appalling. That is having 25% of the order that was refunded. I have been going back and forth with Customer Service and have had to jump through hoops to get the refunds approved.

There have finally been three refund checks approved, and it took over a month and a half to receive them all.

I am honestly shocked to see that Fan Cloth is still in business because of the lack of instruction, abysmal customer service, and low quality merchandise.

Fan Cloth offered a great selection of team gear for my varsity softball team - shirts, sweatshirts, pants, hats, blankets etc. the prices were great and the service outstanding. They were there for any questions or issues that came up. Ordering was easy. As the coach I did not have to collect any money. All orders were placed online. Shipment was quick with tracking info too. Orders came prebagged by player. And the best part was the money the team got back that we used for our senior dinner. Great service. Great products. Smooth transactions and delivery. I will definitely be using them again next season.

Fancloth keeps getting better each year we use the...

Fancloth keeps getting better each year we use them! They really work with you to make sure you have the products you want. I added our schools logo with ease and had it on all of the items in our catalog. The whole oredering process was super simple and made sure you had everything and ordered it correctly. The best feature and so worth the money was the pre-sort option. Customer service it great! I always use the online chat since I don t have much time to call and they are always extremely helpful! I love Fancloth and my cheerleaders love their products. I will continue to keep using them!

Like most of the other Reviewers... I placed an order for a school t-shirt on 9/25/19, today is 1/6/20 and I still have not received the shirt!!!! I have emailed back and forth with Fan Cloth twice but I was only offered the "sorry were really busy..." line. I asked for a refund and was told "Sorry these are all custom orders, no refunds". Never again and I will be letting our school district know of the ongoing delays so they never use them again!!!!

WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with in terms of what they SAY they will do versus what they actually do and the fundraisers are no good. You will regret ever dealing with them. TERRIBLE customer service, FALSE advertising, didn't give me the 'prize' cup after I personally spent $250 on 11 items, so they are theives to boot. This was the WORST fundraiser and cost our nonprofit money! Seriously, they need to be shut down. Just call a reputable ad specialty company if you want to do something like this....better products, better service, and you can actually make money as a fundraiser instead of LOSE money for your team or school. Honestly, they need to be shut down. It should be illegal for them to even operate. I am going to guess that all five star reviews are by their employees who are paid to lie. Honestly I can't stress enough how awful they are.

I have received an insane amount of unprofessional...

I have received an insane amount of unprofessional phone calls and TEXT messages from this company - claiming to have worked with our last coach. We have no records indicating we have worked with this company. The sales rep wouldn't introduce himself, he kept asking me questions - asking if I remember speaking with him and that he texted me. I never heard as many 'ums' before in a conversation.

Based off that phone call - and the stalking that I receive - I would never ever work with this company.

This company preys on high school athletics and activity programs. I have asked multiple times to be taken off their call list and the continue to aggressively call during class times and ask to start an account with us when I have plainly told them we are not interested for more than a year and a half. To top it off, I always get attitude back from their sales people when I tell them we're not interested.

Avoid if at all possible. If I could give them negative stars, I would. They are obviously more concerned about making money than what a high school programs needs might actually be or not be.

I ordered through my sons fundraiser at his school and when putting in the order it said that the merchandise would be delivered in 2 weeks. As of right now we still haven't received our merchandise and we should have received it 2 weeks ago. I called this company and found out that it will be another 2 weeks before they even ship it. I know this is a fundraiser so the main purpose of buying is to support the school but my second purpose of ordering was to support my son at his football games. By the time we receive our order the season will be pretty much over. So not only did we spend alot of money for the stuff we ordered we now have to spend even more money to go buy shirts some where else to show our support for the team. I will never participate in this fundraiser again.

BEYOND UPSET! I told them i might only have a few orders "no problem" they said. We received 15 orders, then they said i must have a minimum of 39?! They said there was a small book with my order forms that said the minimum... I still have everything & NO BOOK. I told them that, and their response is "you're mistaken"... IM LOOKING ALL THROUGH THE BOX, & NOTHING!!! They wont process my 15 orders so now we returned the money, kids are crying, parents are cussing me out. the cold call salesman that told me that it wouldnt be a problem miraculously doesn't exist. Now, I have been shuffled around for 3 different costumer service reps that all are reading from the same script "you can just order 24 more items and resell" Well, i'm sorry i don't have an extra $500 laying around and HOPE it sells....We do dozens of fundraisers each year and I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN CONNED BY A COMPANY OFFERING TO HELP KIDS. You should be ashamed of yourself, Fancloth.

I have never received such poor service in my life. Based on the other reviews I've read this company is a joke that apparently takes money from customers & does not deliver product. I only received a portion of my order & have been trying to get a refund for the products Inever received for several months. But somehow it only tooks secondsfor them to debit funds from my account. This company sucks.

Our youth volleyball club placed an order at the start of the season. That was almost 3 months ago and we still haven t received our order. They cashed our checks and ran our credit cards when the order was placed. Now no one will answer our questions, offer a refund, or make this right! In fact the company doesn t seem remorseful at all! I will never use this company again!!!

I have had multiple issues with my order. EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated with this company. We also sold 15 items and were advised if you sell 15 items you would obtain a free item from the catalog that we did not receive.
When $400 worth of product was purchased!
Also 2 of my orders were not received and after the money was turned in we were then advised that you were out of stock of the item ordered. This should of been made aware of when you received my initial order. Not AFTER ! Now we have been advised we can not even purchase something else in place of the money given already that we would just need to wait for a refund?! This whole ordering process has been ridiculous and a joke. I don't know who would conduct business in this manner.

It is awesome that you get to design your own catalog. Everyone at fan cloth is awesome from your rep to customer service to shipping and billing. It s nice that you can make changes to the design team. It s also nice that you can text and email and not spend a lot of time on the phone.

I would give a 0 star review to Fan Cloth if it were an option. I placed an order with them on August 28 and received ONLY PART of my shirt today - October 24 - AFTER football season is over. I still have 3 items from this order missing. The company refused to cancel my order a month ago stating my order was has gone to production . Clearly, none of my order had gone to production. Additionally, the items I did receive look terrible (see photo). The lack of customer service with Fan Cloth is disappointing and extremely frustrating. Don t waste your time or money using this Fan Cloth!!!

You will receive a spreadsheet with all persons/athletes/alumni/school staff and parents that made a purchase. Took Months for us to receive my daughters windbreaker for cross country, so long in fact the season was over before we received it. Once we finally did get it the quality of the product is so poor its not even worth trying to wear. Poor stitching and she would be better off wearing tissue paper the fabric used is so paper thin. This jacket was $40 and not worth the money at all!

Do not use Fancloth, go with somebody who actually cares about their customers. Fancloth is borderline criminal. Extremely disappointed, furious, and sad for the people that trusted me with this decision. I would give a 0 if I could.

Enough about my opinions, here are the facts: I am a cross country coach and I used Fancloth for some gear for the team and for some of our doners. Our season is over and I still don't have the merchandise yet. I started our campaign on August 21, and closed it on August 28, one week later. It was confirmed in an email that I would recieve merchandise by September 12. Not even close. I got an email saying Fancloth "dropped the ball" and confirmed that I would get the merchandise by October 9th. I called on October 11, a month later, and still hadn't recieved anything. They said they would send out an email to all the people that purchased something, apologizing for their mistakes, but they didn't. They sent a draft of the letter to me and made me copy and paste the email and do all their work for them. They then confirmed October 14th as the delivery. Today is the 15th, and still no merchandise. I was given a name and number for a manager and made several attempts, but nobody will return my calls. Customer service has been less than professional and very vague in their emails (with no names to go with the senders). My season is over. The merchandise that I was going to give to my doners, and for the kids/parents to wear during the competitions is now worthless.

I made promises to my families and kids when they first purchased the merchandise of the delivery date. I did it again the second time after they said they "dropped the ball". I did not do it a third time because I'm tired of being made a liar by this company

Quality of the gear is cheap at best. I went with them last year (don't ask me why I went with them again this year, second chances I guess, but an epic failure on my part), and I can't use any of the garments anymore because they deteriorated in the wash machine after about 10 washes. I tried different types of garments this year and I'll wait and see what they're like before commenting on them. I'm not holding my breath though.

I understand that issues happen and delays happen, but its poor customer service to not inform your customers if there is a delay.

All the kids and family are now able to represent our team during the games and tournaments. Jeremy made things very easy and was extremely helpful. Our girls designed their own T-shirt s and they love them. Definitely recommend fancloth!!

I give this company 0 stars!!! Our school had used fan cloth for several years and we had never had any issues with orders up until this year. Our volleyball orders were messed up from April 2017 until August 2017. Now suddenly our football program has been fighting with the customer service for a few months now and still missing items that my son had sold to 2 people who ordered and PAID FOR ITEMS ONLINE. The customer service has continually kept giving us the run around about these 2 online orders. I WILL NEVER ALLOW MY CHILDREN TO SELL ANOTHER ITEM FROM ANY FAN CLOTH FUNDRAISERS NOR WILL I EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE!

I was very disappointed because I never received my item. I really wanted to keep it for memorabilia because my daughter is a senior this year. The only options that I was given was to go to a shop and have one made, if I wanted to do that I wouldn't have ordered in the first place, and a refund which I didn't want. I wanted my shirt!!!! The money was also refunded without talking to me first and it took forever for the stuff to be delivered to the school.

Worst place to order anything. They say it takes 4 weeks to iron 6 letters on the leg of a pants. I could of done that myself if I knew it took them that long. I ordered a month ago and still nothing I would never order from here again better off buying your own merch and having someone else iron on the letters.

0 STARS...not 1!! I started this process back in JUNE!!! I talked with a customer service rep a few times on the phone and thought everything was going great...until it wasn't! Through the whole month of July I kept sending emails that would get no response. I eventually had to just contact customer service. Finally, got the shop up and running mid-August. Shop closed August 30th and we were told there would be a 2 week print time and then shipping. WELL...here we are on October 4th and our homecoming is tonight and our football season is dang near over...and guess what...STILL no product! I have reached out and asked for some form of discount on products that our fans will not even get to wear for the fall season...and STILL no response! Save yourself some mad fans and avoid this company at all cost...seriously!

Have been using Fancloth for the past few years for our High School sports apparel fundraisers. The merchandise is amazing as is the customer service. All issues - if any - are resolved immediately. This is a top knotch organization that helps you raise money for your organizations. The staff is customer oriented and experienced. Arielle was very responsive and helpful thru the process and gave great advice.
Thanks to Damon for working with us to maximize our profits.

I would not give 1 star if I didn't have to! We ordered in August. Our Volleyball season is over and still nothing after multiple promises our items would be shipped and they were " working 24/7" to get our orders completed. Paaaalease! I spent $140 on gear for my daughters first season of high school volleyball and could not even wear the gear I purchased to support the team. it takes a week to get a response from customer service and still it is a blanket bs response with no offerings of anything to compensate for their shortcomings. Honestly, I would rather get a refund but I don't see that happening. And how they have an A+ rating on BB is beyond me. Lakeview Centennial High School Volleyball team in Garland, TX finished their season without a single item being shipped.

I did not use this company as a fundraiser myself, rather a customer. I hope the schools and teams that use them get the support that s worth the terrible customer service they provide for parents actually buying the product. Extremely long hold times with unreasonable hours of operation and no responses to emails with questions or problems you might have purchasing product. They even blamed their lack of communication on the coach who created the fundraiser and threatened that leaving a bad review would hurt the school.

I am an officer on the booster club for my kids school. The reps that i deal with at Fan Cloth go above and beyond to make sure that our fundraiser is successful. They've even offered to come out to the school, talk about the program and give our kids free stuff to get them motivated. I love them. This is the only fundraiser we actually look forward to being a part of each year. THEY ROCK!!!!!

Worst experience eve, do not order with them!!!!!!!!!!! I recently completed an order with fan cloth. There was a problem with my personalized fleece so I called the company to see if I could get a refund of my money for exchange the item. The woman on the phone told me that fan cloth could not refund ,y money or exchange this item because all of their products are custom made. So now I am out of almost $50 dollars and I am stuck with this silly looking jacket. I wont be using this company to order my teams apparel again and I will be sure to tell my other coaching colleagues to do the same .

One jacket is ruined as it s color bled everywhere onto other parts of the jacket. I recommend not washing ANY of their items with anything else. Ever.

More problems than not. Three years ago, Fan Cloth mixes up 14 of the 36 shirts we ordered. They did fix their mistake, but several weeks later. The quality is solid mediocre.Zippers on jackets fail, and the lettering on shirts is not quality. It starts coming off in just a few washes. This year, it took eight weeks to get an order. Would not recommend.

Customer service is the worst thing I have ever experienced. If you have any sort of problem with your order, do not expect any help. The representative I talked to was the most stuck up and mean person I have ever talked to. Terrible Company. Don't waste your time or money. Would have given it zero stars if that was an option.

SO I wasn't involved with the sales rep or customer service aspect of the business. HOWEVER, my sons baseball team did their fundraiser through Fan Cloth and those who were involved with setting it up did not have anything negative to say as this is their 3rd consecutive year working with them. The variety in clothing they offered was great. Our group turned in our order 4/1 and had everything back by 4/23. I was very pleased with the apparel. We got everything we ordered, in the correct sizes. Some items looked a little different than that in the catalog but they were still great quality. The yoga pants went fast so some people were not able to get theirs but they did provide those individual an alternative flare legged yoga pant and a complimentary pair of leggings. My kids. LOVE. their. gear. I bought my son Joggers, athletic shorts, Under Armour pullover, compression pants, the sleeveless hoodie. I bought my daughter joggers, yoga pants, fitted tee and baseball cap. Their friends compliment them asking them what local store did they purchase this from! We will be doing business with them again for football season!

First time using FanCloth and it went very smooth and we made a decent profit. It was a great way for our team parents to get fan gear! The only disappointment was the freebies that the boys earned for selling certain amounts. They should just discontinue that part of it cause they really aren t worth it. Otherwise it s a great program and we are looking to do it again next season.

Beware! This company will take your money and delivery your items at the end of the season so you can t even wear them to the games you are buying them for. Have heard from parents that ordered last year that this is an ongoing problem with this company. They don t answer emails and when you call in you will wait on hold 30 minutes and then the customer service representative will just keep repeating the apology line he was given and not answer any questions.

I have received several phone calls, text messages and voicemails from a representative. When I tried to politely tell them I wasn't interested, the sales rep continued persistently trying to argue with me that I should listen to him because I didn't even know what he was offering. I told him I wasn't interested and finally had to just hang up. I promise I will never use this company if I ever need fundraising. A simple, "Thank you, we won't bother you again. Let us know if we can help in the future" would have left the door open for them.

First set of tank tops looked terrible - we called and we were told there was a problem with the screen that was used for screenprinting the shirts - a new batch of tanks would be sent out.

Okay, no problem. Received another set of the tanks (almost two weeks later?) but were missing two... called, "We will get this taken care of and send you the missing tanks."

It's been months. I think we ordered back in September? A couple of calls back and forth... still no tanks.

Will not be using FanCloth again. Too much of a hassle.

I choose Fancloth as the head of the Booster club in our small community. I have been in charge of ordering and selling all of our gear for 8 years. We choose to go this route so we would not have to set up a retail area every Varsity event. This was to make our volunteers life easier. It dId not, it was a nightmare. Everything was wonderful until we closed the online store. We had 3 1/2 weeks until Homecoming but were told no problem you will have your gear. We didn t receive anything until a month after that so almost two months after our store closed! Fall sports were almost all over. No one returns calls if you happen to get a person they tell you it s not their department. We also didn t receive several of the items ever and other items were not the right size. I had to make a list and email the company to get reimbursement to the costumers for items that were not received or wrong. We are back to using a local company tHat does it right!!

Do not use these guys for fundraisers!!!!! I've used them for several years and though it used to be a little annoying (bad customer service, slower-than-quoted shipping time, and damaged products that EVENTUALLY get replaced-- I'm meaning 1-2 months later), we continued doing it because the kids liked it and we made a decent profit.

But I repeat:: DO NOT USE FANCLOTH! Here's a Iengthy list of reasons why, and hopefully you will save yourself the trouble and go with a different fundraiser:
1) The product gets more and more expensive, with less quality. Example: I have 2 different style shirts and one hoodie from about 6 years ago that are still in relatively good condition despite their age and wear. I bought a hoodie a year ago from our soccer team and it pilled so badly that I had to get rid of it AFTER ONE WASH. I also bought a shirt last year that has already fallen apart. Do not let these "name brand" options fool you, what you're getting is not worth the money you pay for it.

2) They've "updated" their sales model to a "more convenient" online shop. If you work at a small and/or low economic area, credit cards-only may or may not be an issue for you... But it was for me. I was having to take cash and use my own card to purchase several items. (definitely not more convenient for me).
*Not to mention, this new system automatically charges a tax on the card payments, when public schools are tax-free. Before, we collected our own money, sent in our (tax free) portion to leave us with the profit. Now, the friends and family end up paying more on top of the already expensive (and again, remember: lower quality) gear.

3) You cannot preload your students into this "more convenient" website, so when a person is buying to support a specific student, they type in the student's name. But, if one person writes "Janet Jackson" and another writes "janet jackson" it's credited under two separate students, and good luck getting customer service to fix that issue. It's not a big deal for me as far as figuring out who made what profit, but if "Janet" sells 4 items and "janet" sells 1, that student won't receive the "incentive" that is promised to them. (Also, not convenient for me.)

4) In the past, like any pre-order fundraiser, you run the sale a couple weeks with students taking down orders and money, yadda yadda. With this, people could buy whatever they wanted in whatever quantity they want it in. NOW, we've had our store open for one week... Meaning we have one more to go. We've only managed to sell 45 items and OVER 76% OF OUR SHOP IS NOW "SOLD OUT." I'm not sure how they expect you to make minimum requirements, much less ANY money when people can't even try to buy what you're selling. (Again, DEFINITELY not convenient for me.)
*I got onto our store when it first opened up, and tried to buy a shirt that was listed as available sizes S-XXL. I clicked to buy it and the only size options were S, XL, and XXL. (Right? So inconvenient.)
*I emailed them about it and they (shockingly) got back to me, saying it was a "popular item" and they only put in our store what they have available in their inventory. Ok, I get it... BUT HOW CAN WE SELL ANYTHING WHEN NOTHING IS AVAILABLE IN THE SIZES WE NEED?! Also, HOW IS ALMOST EVERYTHING NOT AVAILABLE IN ALL SIZES BEFORE THE STORE EVEN GOES LIVE?? (Sooooo inconvenient for me.)

5) I've emailed customer service and called about a few other issues after this initial "what's with the product thing" email, and I have yet to get any answers via email and can never seem to connect with the person "with the answers". So, yeah, customer service is a no-go. (Like I said, super inconvenient.)

In conclusion, please please please choose a different company to go through for your fundraising.

Horrible customer service after the sale. We are still waiting on our items for our peewee football fundraiser over a month after our paid orders were submitted. Getting the runaround from their supposed customer service representatives. I'd say steer clear of these guys. Our high school team went thru the same thing so this is certainly not an isolated event.

These guys are TOP NOTCH!!! If you want to work with the leader in the industry go with these guys, they will not disappoint, from beginning to end they are there with you through the whole process. This company does so much for so many communities and athletes. Thanks FC for making communities great and keeping the players in the newest gear!!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!

Don't waste your time with this company. My softball coach got an order form and they came back with the wrong name. We sent them back, took the company another 3 weeks to send out the correct ones. (our season was now just under halfway done) When we finally did get our items, everything I ordered was cheap quality and my sweatshirt came with a hole in it. The lettering for the names and numbers are about as plastic as a barbie. They would definitely start to peel after being washed probably the first time. I wish I could have posted this review giving them zero stars because they do not even deserve that.

We ve used FanCloth for our basketball program for 2years. There have been delays with orders and several oops requests sent, but the staff went above and beyond to correct their mistake. No company is perfect all the time. The apparel is brand name and isn t overpriced.

I ordered the windbreaker and it does not look like the one in the catalog and the company refuses to do anything about it. They suggested having the coach refund my money...seriously! The coach did not misrepresent the product, Fan Cloth did and now they refuse to acknowledge it or do anything about it. I can't believe they would try to make the coach be responsible for it, horrible customer service and what a horrible way to throw the coaches under the bus!!!
