Giving poor rating based on my interactions with Bangalore Lowes operations. I had two interviews Lowes approached me I never applied those roles first one Sr Manager ESS and other for Manager supply chain analytics well I don't want to take the names here but let me address the unprofessional behavior. First role interview over video con call which was discussed and the hiring manager asked me to me prepare a presentation and he would schedule one more round after which nothing happened I followed up with HR several times after which he says the hiring manager decided not to move it forward .My Q why do you want to waste candidate time when you already have your favorites . DONT EVER DO THAT INTERVIEWS SHOULD BE HELD RESPECTING EACH OTHER TIME when you ask something be serious about it keeping the company goals in perspective but not your personal agenda or just to wave of some time this shows how incompetent the department is. My second interview Manager supply chain analytics interview held by sr manager this guy comes to a video conference with a round neck T shirt, unshaved and worst thing is sipping a Tea while he discuss what nonsense is this my first impression was why should I even continue with this discussion when the hiring manager is so casual and uninterested hence I ensured that I too take the conversations very casual and in the first place I did not have any interest because I know what the end result will be, I just listend to his words, as expected I see the arrogance and attitude. Come on guys buckle up use ur attitude towards company goals don't showoff this on candidates you will miss the real skilled candidate. Lastly for sure I will never attend any interviews of Bangalore Lowes my feedback to HRs and hiring managers in Bangalore is correct your approach and behaviour and have respect to the time of candidates . HR named Nishant, reached me and said we are going to round table conference on data science in CPG/Retail aspects, I said not available in town. Next week he called and said we have senior position, your profile suits it and scheduled telephonic interview. All idioticity starts here, a guy named Arun called and, started, how do you fit a simple price elasticity model? Fine explained, then he asked how do you fit for million stores. I asked do you have million stores? No answer, better avoid this idiotic company.

Hello all out there,

I Have selected one star, but i truly not even wanted to pick that.
HR or whomsoever of Lowe's India, Dated 1.6.2019 Lowes India (Manyata tech part) has conducted walk-in drive with an outline saying

"We are looking for candidates with an experience of 2-15 years in accounts payable, Financial reporting and statement analysis and exposure to GAAP and SOX"

The message to the job seekers are so stright forward that candidates with 2 to 15 years upon mentioning all major areas of accounting and finance , so obvious that people who care seeking jobs and who fall into this category sure gonna appear to the door.

questions, why there is no prior plans not been made to control and manage the crowd?it was so embrassing that the concerned people of lowes have not taken care of the candidates properly upon that they dont have peoper facilities of atleast workable mike truly in that hot sun so tiring day from morning 7:30 to till 11 clock they all were making us run around the campus and made us (us includes more than 1000 job seekers) to stand in the campus. They took almost one hour to collect the resume's that the person who is standing and was leading the show doesnt had proper vocal strength which were not able to hear anything in the crowd and the mike which they used is of waste which wasnt helpful. finally all seekers tried sending the resume like literally passing hand in hand (that we are not sure whether my resume has been reached to the right person ) and final conclusion is all people whos experencie is above 7 years registration is closed. it was such an irritating statement from the Lowes.

Just a question, if you doesnt have any idea of how to plan or how to manage if its going out of control. Do really such big companies still need proper trainings specific to these things. i say its YES and MUST , because these are common sense, please work on this. Because of your neglegence of no proper planning made people feel bad as they reached early and literally roaming and stood as per your orders in that hot sun without food or any cares. And , also its so minutes that there are so many people who might have reached there by borrwing money from someelse or few people might have come from different cities just to attend. there are so many it was so bad attempt from "Lowes"wholly .

I think probably you might have just collected and kept 1000 and odd resumes but request not to throw just sit and work and try to choose the best for your company, which helps a big 50 fortune company of yours to adopt a culture and sensible towards plannning going forward.

"this is so funny, a security was using a proper mike to order people out there, but a HR or the person running the show was using a mike which literally not working" one point of time felt like taking that mike out of security hand and give it to show runner.

Its an efforts of conveying the same as the walkin drive of yours was literally a flop show on front and seekers were literally disvalued by looking at an unapologetic show of yours.

Good company, employee discrimination exists. I'm proud mother where my son works for Lowe's Services India in Bangalore. We had been to Family day organized by the company. It was awesome and wonderful experience. I don't understand why there is discrimination between employees. One employee has got 15 family members and we were communicated that we can get only 4 family members. I was disappointed the way company discriminates it employees. Disappointed employee and family. Happy place for employees and more benefits. Some employee's are misusing the benefits and affects everybody. I'm not attaching the photos here considering the family ethics. I have attached the photos in Lowe's India Facebook page.

Cleared all the rounds. Hr discussed salary and other benefits.. Haven't heard since then. When I mailed asking about the offer letter they told that position is in hold. I don't hold any grudge against them because I got a better offer in another company.

I was a visitor to this place. Very decent office. Not one of the best layout though. Cant comment anything on the work culture but all the people I met were really Location isnt wrong. The Center building is the same but a different lift.
