I would have given this company a zero star rating if I could but thats not an option. Our school was told a 2 week turn-around for delivery after an Aug 14th cut off for orders. We paid and submitted by that date and here it is over a month later and we do not have out gear.
The worst! Not only are we still dealing with them 4 months after our fundraiser has ended, but our merchandise was incorrect, instead of Golden Eagles on the back it said Golden Bears?!?! That was an unnecessary headache. The clothing that we got from them has shrunken and does not fit anyone any more. Socks? One size fit all? I dont think so. Wasted money on those as well. The 1 star is for the chair I got, I like that. But after talking with our schools secretary we are officially never using FanCloth again.
Great idea, poor execution, poor quality, poor service.
My experience with FanCloth exceeded my expectations. They helped make my fundraiser a huge success. I was thoroughly pleased with their communication and customer support as well. I will definitely be fundraising with them again.
Worst company ever! Things went all wrong no communication at all! I had to pick up my order after the said it was shipped out 2 days ago never arrived come to find out it was still at the company. When I came to pick it up I was informed that it was here in office and was not! It was excuse after excuse!
This is my 3rd year working with Fan Cloth but my 2nd year as head coach. Each year it has been a piece of cake. The product is phenomenal and the kids seem to love it. It is easy and affordable for the kids and families but also makes it easier for me since I coach and teach. I also received my gear back in a timely manner before season each time. From my representative to art to customer service they have all been a big help each year. We definitely will use this again and will tell the other coaches as well. Keep up the good work!
I was receiving texts that said "This Is JOEY" (my grandson) and also "This is jenna" ( grand daughter ) saying they needed a donation for school -it turns out the texts weren't from the kids but were linked directly to the payment portals at FAN CLOTH. I think this is deceptive and less than honest. This morning one of the fine people at FAN CLOTH was nice enough to call me at 9 AM and explain that FAN CLOTH would never participate in or teach the kids how to engage in deceptive advertising techniques, that it was obviously some rogue kids or the coach of FOUNTAIN VALLEY FOOTBALL that was responsible. Not a fine upstanding Texas company like FAN CLOTH. At least that's what I think he said, he was talking up a blue streak and asking me if I could look in my heart and find the goodness to take down my negative review. He was even willing for me to wait to get my computer turned on so he could help me !
Ordered our gear with the team. Our order was cancelled, money taken from our account. Weren't notified of the cancellation until everyone else got their gear. 3 1/2 months later... still no gear, still out my $125... terrible service!
As a new club we used FanCloth for our spirit wear and fundraiser. Even though we knew we were not going to bring in a ton of money-what we did earned helped a lot!! The merchandise was AWESOME!! The designs and amount of choices our parents LOVED. We had such success we ended up having 3 total catalogues developed for our club. We love FanCloth and will look forward to our new club season to start it again!! Thanks for what you do!!
This company is a complete joke!!! We started our campaign in July, it is now the middle of November & we have still not received all of our items. There were items people paid to have customized that were not, some of the items had holes in them when received. We have still not received our profit check. The people there are rude & very unhelpful. I was told to not call anymore about our order & to correspond by email only with the general manager, who eventually stopped replying. They somehow sent our order to a vacant building (no idea where they got that address). We literally had to chase down the FedEx driver to get the packages. They refused to give refunds when asked. I have never been more disappointed with a fundraising company. Hopefully by the 2020 football season we get the 2019 fundraiser all sorted out.
I was partially incorrect when I first posted a review stating their site is not secure. The first page where you enter name and number is not private but you do not have to enter full name or number. For actual payment info you are directed to a secure site.

have ordered 3 times from them and usually will just credit the issue but the last time we needed the items and our sales person practically told us there was nothing he could do we would have to place a whole new order of 49 items, but production had our stuff they just sent the wrong stuff. Wont fix it and the order was a huge 1600.00 order from the school for the teachers and we got everything but this one size and had 12 of one size that was the wrong color and they refused to send them to us ..... not sure we will use them again. very disappointed
I used fan cloth for a freshmen SGA class. Although, I ran into some questions regarding production, speaking with their director of customer relations I would recommend this company to any school group. Their product is easily the best I have ever purchased through a school fundraiser ( I was a customer before hosting a fundraiser)
If only ZERO STARS was an option. First and last time using FanCloth. Closed my team store August 23, 2019. Received an email saying there were delays and my order would be shipped Sept. 21st. Then I received a second email (on (9/18) that said my order was delayed even more and would be shipped on Oct. 4th. 6 weeks after my store closed! My middle school team won't get to wear any of their gear since their season will be over by then. Not once was there an offer of a discount. I've made our athletic director and our other coaches aware of FanCloth and their inability to deliver as advertised/promised.

I will never use this company again. As the Head Coach of a local football team I always like to do an apparel fundraiser each year to not only bring in some money, but to get our students and fans in new gear every year. I was told that Fan Cloth would have a 2 week turn around on all items. We finished our sale around the 21st of August and it is October 10th and we still do not have our stuff. Not only that but I have ordered an item for our seniors to use at homecoming and now I am unable to purchase this because they fundraising money is not in my account. So now as a coach I have to accept the responsibility of this company's screw up.
Also they never called me by my correct name, they called me the old coach's name for the entire 2 months. I corrected them over 10 times, and also was never given a catalog to proof before the sale. So the items that were sold were not picked by anyone but the company.
Furthermore the company said that they mailed the check out before they sent the apparel. I was not made aware of the check, and it was probably trashed because it had the old coach's name on it. They sent the check to our old coach and he is now the County AD. Check has been lost and Fancloth says It was not on our end, you need to find that check yourselves, when asked to cancel and write another.
Finally I called customer service about it and explained to him how discussed I was with the whole process and all he could say is that he was discussed as well. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a fundraiser.
we do a fundraiser every year for my school and we get to purchase gear from this site every year. us students look forward to getting new football hoodies with our name and number etc. we placed the order before august 30.... it is not october 10 and still haven t got out items. we were told it would take 2-3 weeks
All the items were top quality and came to us quickly. The staff are very understanding and were in constant contact with me throughout the process
DO NOT USE FanCloth. Delays delays and delays with no communication. 1 generic form letter email arrived. 2 months after delivery date the team received their orders and over 1/2 the kids are missing either all or most items. The items received are not of the quality my family expected for the prices. Avoid the disappointment use someone else.
Ordered one thing, totally different item on invoice that we received. Asked and was told this is the item I purchased. Emailed my online receipt stating what I ordered and a picture of what was sent, no reply yet. Hoping that they make it right, but feeling pessimistic after reading these reviews. Ordered a 34$, pigment-dyed sweatshirt, received a cheap looking crew champ fleece , not even remotely the same shirt. Not even the same color or stitching. So unfortunate!
I have been working with FanCloth for 4 years now and have never been disappointed. They have awesome customer service I am always happy with the quality of the products they provide and they are quick and willing to replace any items that are not up to par. My students and community look forward to the sale each year and provide their feedback on items they would like to see and their sales and art department works with us to fulfill those wishes.

The decoration is top notch and so easy to do! Staff is pleasant and easy to work with! BEST experience I've ever had with custom clothes! Great for fundraisers, teams, or even just a group of friends!
Through my son's Track Team fundraiser we selected a long sleeve shirt that was listed as an Adidas Climalite shirt. When the shirt arrived it was a generic brand shirt. It appears that the Adidas logo was just printed on it by Fan Cloth. The shirt tag was plain and only had an "M" on it for size. It doesn't say Climalite anywhere on the shirt, which Adidas always does.
I'm going to recommend that our school no longer use Fan Cloth. I also reported the situation to Adidas so they could investigate.

Beware of misleading information! I decided to do a Fan Cloth fundraiser for my 5 baseball teams. Most of the information they gave me in their sales pitch was conveniently skewed.
They don't tell you that you have to pay $20+ for them to sort your orders for you - even so, I ended up with bags of miscellaneous items and I had to go through each player's order individually anyway - what a WASTE!
They tell you all of their products are name brand, top quality. Totally FALSE. The only items that were good quality were the basic cotton T's and hoodies. Don't get the windbreakers or anything that says "performance" in the description unless you want to wear a paper thin plastic bag. Also, beware of their size charts. Our parents ordered based on the size charts and almost everything was either 2 sizes too big or 2 sizes too small. It's a total crapshoot if it will fit or not.
On top of everything, communication with this company is practically nil. They did not ask me when I wanted to start or end my sale. They just printed my catalogs (I did have an opportunity to approve the catalog, but I asked for specific items from their website and was told no) and sent them to me with an arbitrary due date printed on them. They don't tell you that each kid gets only ONE incentive. So if you have a kid who sells 100 items, they only get 1 prize - not all of them. They also don't tell you that ALL of the incentives are in ADULT sizes! Woohoo! Our 7-year-olds get ADULT socks, ADULT hoodies, ADULT hats as prizes. So exciting! They also don't tell you that you have to sell 60 items in order to make any money at all. They also don't tell you that your "final sale" follows the same rule - you have to sell 60 items in your final sale to make money regardless of how much you sold in the first sale! They also don't tell you that your check comes in your team name, so if you don't have a bank account in your team name, good luck! They also didn't tell me that I had to submit my order. Once I found out I had to submit it, it took another handful of texts, calls, and emails just to find out HOW!
If you're looking to do a spirit wear/fan gear fundraiser - keep looking! Fan Cloth is not it!

Fan cloth is a great and easy fundraiser for any school/organization. Submitting orders is easy and I highly recommend paying the extra fee for them to sort and bag up the orders for you! Always great quality in their products! We have several teams at our school that use Fan Cloth every year!
The service was horrible! I put my order in with them in October of 2017 and had some issues with my order. I had to fill out an oops form did that and they told me they would get back with me after the holidays. It was February when they finally responded back to me but it is now April and I still have yet to receive a refund from them! I always get a different answer when I talk to someone there! I would not ever recommend them to anyone ever. They are a disgrace to a company.
Had a few issues but was contacted personally by the GM Jonathan Gaines. He was very understanding and kind. I really appreciate the customer service in making me feel like I was important.
This company is fantastic and I love what they stand for! I run a street outreach and help the homeless. This company donated clothes for a homeless veteran, named Danny.. When I met Danny on the streets and learned he was a veteran my heart broke. Our veterans shouldn t be on the streets, begging for food. Occasionally I d see him around and I d stop and say hi. I got to know him and saw a sweet soul. I wanted to try and do something to get him off the streets. I had asked around and Google d places to see who would hire a veteran without a home address and I kept coming up short.
That was until I met Kathy Nagy. She reached out to me to see how she could help me help more homeless and their animals. We met up and she donated dog food, treats, water bowls etc. We started talking and out of no where Danny popped into my head. I thought it was a long shot but I asked her if she would be willing to hire a homeless veteran. I told her a little about him and how wonderful I thought he was. She smiled and said Yeah! Can you take him to our staffing agency and have him fill it out and I ll get it pushed through. I expected rejection again. Her response shocked me. I was so excited for this opportunity for Danny!!!!!
Now here we are 2 weeks later, he s off the streets, in a hotel and he s started a job. Thank you guys so much for giving back to the community and for helping a veteran out. The people at this company are FANTASTIC!
I ordered a XL hoodie from FanCloth and it s not an XL!!! Very disappointed!!! Very cheap material as well!!! I looked at the where it was made Pakistan !!! I will not be ordering from here again.
Great company to do fundraising with. Gear items range in affordability for all players and budgets. All gear is good quality. Costumer service is top notch. Had a slight problem with 3 shirts and problem was fixed right away! Look forward to using Fan Cloth in the future!
I have worked with Fancloth on several spirit wear fundraisers and have always had a positive experience. They have worked with me when I needed to make design changes. I like the quality and variety of the merchandise offered. The turn around is quick and easy.
They mess up everything and make it hard for you to get ahold of anyone to get it fixed. Missing items, incorrect sizes, items out if stock on day 1, the list goes on. I received batches of catalogs I didn t even order before finally giving in, wish I hadn t taken the bait. Surprised they are able to operate in this manner.

Very easy to get in touch and communicate with. They offer legitimate, quality brand items in a variety of options. Their art department does a great job of taking your school s colors, mascots, sports and tailoring it to what would most likely sell. Very fast turnaround between placing order and receiving shipment. Have used FC now for 4 years and have never had any issues.
I like fan cloth material and clothes however when they mess up on orders they do not take responsibility and you are pretty much screwed with not only wrong sizes but wrong school names and missing items
We at San Jacinto High School in Riverside County, CA are very satisfied with the whole experience with Fan Cloth Fundraising. We have been using this company for a number of years. However, they have now up their game with on-line ordering! This has allowed us coaches to be able to promote our fundraiser while doing LESS administrative work. And the pre-sortservice they offer just takes this company above any others! Great job Fan Cloth. Horrible service. Their systems crashed and lost my order. I learned about it 3 weeks later when I received an email stating my refund was on its way. I contacted them the following day (they were closed when the email came through), and was told it was my problem- not theirs, and to contact the coaches that set up the fundraiser. I ve since learned that I m not the only one with this experience. I don t know how they re still in business with such horrible customer service.
Like many others have said already, absolute terrible service. We ordered 5 items as part of a team order. 4 of the 5 were incorrect. My daughter's last name (on 3 of the items) had two letters overlapping. The 4th item, a shirt, had the #3 upside down! Obviously nobody is quality checking anything! They were going to correct and resend, said it would be 4 weeks. Seven weeks later, nothing. I called, they hadn't even been shipped yet. I requested a refund, and was told 3-4 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks and still no check. I contact them, they say they are waiting on accounting. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not use this company!!!
Great and easy way to fundraiser for your program and buy spirit gear.
We have used Fan Cloth for our Volleyball and Track fundraisers for the last three years. They are a great company to work with. We love the variety of apparel and other items they sell. There have been a few times when things were misprinted or the wrong item was delivered, but customer service was great and they resolved the issues quickly.
These guys are great! Our entire athletic department uses them. I would recommend them to anyone!
Disappointed in the service and quality. Product should not be offered if they are on backorder. Receiving email days before receiving order to find out that you will not be getting your item at all is not professional. Don t offer items if you can t fill the order. It took over a 1.5 months to get order
Fan Cloth was the easiest fundraiser I have ever used. There was a good selection of merchandise from which to choose. The quality of the merchandise was excellent. People had the option to order from a catalog or online. The orders came sorted by participant to make distribution much faster. I would absolutely recommend using Fan Cloth.
Only took2 months for PART of our order to come in. Last email we got said our order would be here on the 18th and here it is the 24 and only received not even half of our order!!! The quality of the item that I did receive was not even worth it. Will never use this company again!
My son s teams have ordered through FanCloth a few times. It hasn t always been a seemless process, as you can imagine with huge orders, but the customer service has been great. My son s school is currently doing a fundraiser and Ash has been able to help answer all of my questions this time around, just as the last. Thank you!

I had a very good experience with Fan Cloth, especially Abby Gail and Rudy in Customer Service. Fan Cloth provided a product that the community wanted and we have since had to do a re-order because of more people wanting to order once they saw the merchandise. We were able to buy an additional uniform pant and other things that are not possible on a small school budget. Thank you Fan Cloth!

I give 0 stars! This company is ridiculous to work with! Our volleyball team did a fundraiser and they sent out stuff with NOTHING screen printed! Don't pay the extra for them to bag things for each order because it doesn't come that way! I am still waiting on our stuff that was ordered 3 weeks ago! We are embarrassed that our customers keep having to ask when their products will be here! I still have no answers from Fan cloth!
Live in Stapleton Nebraska and our school sold Fan cloth I strongly recommend not to buy their products or use them as a fundraiser!! I and as for the people that bought from us from were so disappointed I was embarrassed to have handed over their over priced poor quality products unless it has a staple name like nike your buying junk!!! I never write bad reviews. I would avoid this company at all costs. You will save yourself a lot of time and money. Our team placed an order on October 20th. Merchandise arrived about three weeks later and many items (25% of our team's order) were
incorrect. All items were immediately sent back and took another 6 weeks to get back. We ordered a youth Large shirt and twice they sent an adult large. The second order was largely to fix an incorrect screen print, but then none of the items that were supposed to be personalized were. And they won't refund your credit card. You have to wait weeks for them to issue a check to your organization. I would never use this company again!!
For the price of the stuff I would expect higher quality items however I ordered a white windbreaker with my school logo on it and it can dirty on the bottom of the sleeves, fly thread, and was a very cheap thin material. I m disappointed with the windbreaker but I like the variety of items and brands that this company has.
My experience was very good. The staff was courteous and very accommodating. I would highly recommended them for any school to use for fundraising!
Fan Cloth is an awesome organization. They have treated us in a professional manner. From the salesperson to the billing department they have been very courteous. If you want to make money and show school spirit call them up.

Ordered two personalized t shirts for our grandson s 7th grade football team fundraiser. The shirts never arrived until after the two month long season was over, despite saying on our receipt that it would be two weeks plus shipping time to get the shirts (and the shipping time was minimal as we are in Texas just like this company). When I asked for a refund, all they had were excuses (production problems and other issues ) why they screwed up. They had no intention of taking responsibility for their error. I engaged in an email exchange with their customer service manager about a refund, kept it professional, but they blocked me after telling me they would not issue refunds. That s a really mature and businesslike response to a customer, isn t it?
I have given my credit card company a very thorough explanation of what transpired and how Fancloth failed to uphold their part of the bargain and my bank will process the transaction as disputed and I expect my money will come back to me. I also am reporting Fancloth to the BBB and the Texas Attorney General s Fraud department.
Boggles my mind that Fancloth thinks they can deliver shirts (that are meant to be worn DURING the football games) AFTER the season is OVER, but they re going to keep the customer s money anyways because it s a custom order. Well, if that s their business practice (no refunds for custom orders), then they need to uphold their side of the contract and get the shirts delivered when they say they will. Why should I have to pay for their production problems ? I kind of doubt the owner of this company would accept this if it was his kid he was trying to support. As my wife says, Mr. Owner ought to man up and take responsibility.

NEVER do business with this company! 1/4 at least of our order was made with a logo nothing like what was submitted and what was on our order forms. Have already been waiting for 4 weeks for replacements and a refund check and nothing. I called today and was told it could be another 3 weeks before we get our items. Steer clear and save yourself the headache!
This is the worst company I have ever spoken to. They are harassing our high school and will not stop calling multiple times EVERY DAY for 2 years now. They have been told over and over to stop calling, asked for managers, told them I would never order from them and would not let my AD or coaches order from them and they still won't stop. This is such harassment. We are checking now to see what action we may be able to take to make this stop. They are their own worst enemy. I don't know how they stay in business. I had to click 1 star otherwise it won't post. This should have NO stars...
Whoever is giving them high ratings must be working for the company. Fan cloth is horrible to work with. They do not return calls and emails. It took them 6 weeks to finally get back with me on setting up a fundraiser and then another 10 days after I approved the store. I have seen quite a bit of bad reviews all over the social media platforms all saying the same thing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone.
Our school placed an order for our baseball team and every single piece we ordered was to small. Some of them there were strings hanging on them. The customer service was not very helpful, wanted us jumping through hoops so they could "help us" Our school will definitely NEVER use them again
Our leagues orders was to be shipped by September 14 and did not ship. No contact with the customers regarding orders not shipping. Our league director contacted FanCloth and was told that orders were behind and would ship ASAP. I contacted FanCloth approximately 2 1/2 weeks ago asking for a refund due to their failure to ship products I have ordered and was told that they would not refund due to custom order and that orders would be shipped by October 23. Again, orders have NOT shipped, no communication from the company regarding why our orders have not shipped. Waiting for yet another email with more excuses as to why we have not received our order. Great way to take advantage of a youth football league that has completed their season.
Great company to work with! I needed help with an order change and they made it so easy and graciously fixed it even though it was my error. They also have almost all of their options 100% cotton and not just synthetic materials! Not many companies anymore with a personalized touch and this was has that.... I am a huge fan of this company!
Fan cloth was a joy to work with. They do the work to set up the catalog. Fans go on and order and when you get the order it has a sticker with who ordered it, so it is very easy to hand out merchandise. If there is any mishaps fam cloth is quick in fixing the issue. I have used fan cloth last year for football and track for about five years. We are already working on next years catalog.
I can understand why all sales are final. However, when the quality if the material is the issue, there should be something in place to correct the issue. Samples of items should be available if the company isn't going to stand behind the products.
Purchased a mesh Jersey through a local fundraiser and the quality is very poor. The product quality is subpar and I doubt it will last the season. I wont be returning it through the program I purchased from because I want to support them and it's not their fault but next time, I'll make a donation and skip the purchase if they use fan cloth again. I'm not impressed at all.

I ordered Football shirts (early August) for our family to support our son, I did not receive any updates until I inquired about my order. I was then told that they had "dropped the ball" on our schools order and that they were working 24/7 to resolve the issue. Fair enough except 3 weeks later still no updates and no merchandise. I emailed AGAIN only to get a "your items were delivered" response. No apologies, nothing!! Sure the shirts are great but Football season ended yesterday and our shirts arrived today!
Ordered high school bowling gear for our team on October 20th, still have not received it! Our season is over in 2 weeks and most of our bowlers are seniors! Last email I received was on November 7th stating my items would ship on 11/27 due to shipping delays. I ve sent an email to Darrell tonight, let s see if I get a response. Based on all the reviews I won t hold my breath. Do NOT use Fan Cloth for your fundraising needs horrible customer service, plus the amount of items you have to sell to get any return is ridiculous.
Fan cloth is a great company to work with for fund raising. They are customer friendly and always willing listen to ideas to make things better.
We received a defective item and contacted the customer service department. We sent pictures and an explanation as to why we were not happy with the item. They denied there was a problem with the item and basically implied we were not telling the truth.
I will never buy anything else from this company and I work my hardest to have the school change vendor.
The absolute cheapest fan wear I have ever received. The color is completely different than pictured, my trash bags are better quality than what was sent! Hands down the worst customer service, kids crying in the background when calling with questions about my order! DO NOT recommend to anyone!

If I could give negative stars I would. Incompetent employees. From the links not working to place orders, to site not working to submit order and finally incorrect or missing items that we ordered. Not once but twice they didn t personalize items that were paid for. They send wrong sizes like a women s xs and said it was the same as a youth large to completely wrong items. Also the quality of the printing is pretty awful. Decals are off center and the items that were personalized families complained that it is peeling off after the first washing. The personalization is similar to iron on transfers. The quality of the shirts themselves are quite good I will give them that but I would highly recommend staying far away from this company unless you want a hassle
A very professional company... they do a great job of finding creative cloth/accessories to put your school logo on... they offer both name brand and company brands so you have prices that work for all budgets... the ordering is easy and clear... their delivery turn around is one of the best I ve ever worked with... the incentive items for the players to earn are attainable and encourage them to sell more! I will keep coming back year after year
If 0 stars was an option that s what I d give this company. They sent me two pullovers for my wife and I that looked like they were made for a 10 year old. I asked for an exchange and they said no but that they would refund my money in 3-5 days. It s been two weeks and I still do not have my refund. Also the material is very cheap made. Extremely disappointed.
Terrible experience with this company this year. Past years wait was TOLERABLE but still too long......Will never be using them again. They switched over how they process orders with a new online no money handling system, GREAT idea SOOOO POORLY executed. There was a delay in printed tgat they failed to notify anyone about and My team ended their fundraiser in august. It is now November and we have received nothing! Ive called my rep and left messages over 5x nothing back. Unbelievably unprofessional for a company gaining thousands of dollars from our customers trying to support out schools program. On top of that they have no HR department that can provide any answers. Do not give this company your money or business..... Waste of time and huge disappointment in company communication with customer.
Great fundraiser! Pleasant experience start to finish. From development of the catalog to creating the order. My cadets raised more than $1000 in two weeks. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. Especially liked the positive attitudes and customer friendly service.

The ordering process is easy and the quality of items is great and customers love the items. They work with you to pick the items you want. Very Flexible. This is my second year order from fancloth for the high school volleyball team I coach. I took off one star because sometimes it is multiple people contacting you losing track of what was said in the last contact, but everything has gone so smoothly. The girls, their parents, and my ADs love the concept that we can fund-raise AND get awesome gear at the same time. Everything was good quality and and changing items is so easy.
