My parcel has completely disappeared off the radar. This company has not communicated where my parcel is or when it may arrive. When I tried to contact them through their software, it would not take my message. I'm out my money and my package.... BAD SERVICE

Good staff, simple delivery, I can say that the driver is not able to physically deliver the package minute to minute, delivery is on time in the order of the route, the phone is always available, I don t see any problems, does someone think that other companies better? not sure.

If I could give no stars for this delivery company...

If I could give no stars for this delivery company I would.
I was suppose to have an adjustable mattress set delivered on Feb 27th between 12 noon and 4pm.
The driver called @3:30 pm stating he was in Crownsville, an hour away in no traffic mind you, and that he had 5 more stops.
Again I was this @ 3:30 pm when rush hour has started and is about to be in full effect .
I told him that was unacceptable and I wanted to reschedule. The rep I spoke with gave me the same window for today, Feb 28th, 12 noon to 4 pm saying she would speak with the manager about mines being the 1st delivery at noon today.
12 noon approaches and I have not heard from anyone so I call customer service, the rep checks with the driver and told me it would be 5 pm before mattress is delivered today. Again well beyond the 4 pm window and whomever I spoke with yesterday about being the 1st delivery told me some total bs. The rep today said Waldorf/La Plata is always last for deliveries because they start deliveries in northern PG county and work south.

Please be warned if you order something from Costco that has to be delivered, opt for another delivery company. Falcon is garbage .....unless you are in northern PG counties.

They are completely unprofessional. We had a new door being delivered by them that we ordered through Home Depot. They called us a day or two before our original date to tell us the window time they would arrive and to expect a call 30 minutes before. We asked them to reschedule because the home builders wouldn't be able to hold it until they were ready. So they rescheduled it for by a week. That was fine. The day came for delivery and we called around 10:30am to get an update. They said they were having trouble locating the house. We gave them the cross street and they said we'd get a call 30 minutes before. The time came and went. We called and they said they had already delivered the door around 11:30! We asked why they had not called and they said this was a basic delivery that didn't involve calling beforehand. They started arguing with us trying to explain themselves. How can they just leave such an expensive item ($1700) without someone to accept it and inspect it to make sure there are no damages? The supervisor Gloria wanted to know who we spoke to that told us that. It just seems logical that you would call and have someone there to claim it. What if it was damaged? Who would Home Depot believe? That it was us or the courier? They are completely unprofessional and go against their own word. If you weren't going to call us to tell us of the delivery then why even call us in the first place? Just drop the item an run away!

Worst company ever. Kindly told them to remove me from their call list and they yelled at me and started cursing at me and will never stop calling me. Today in the last 3 hours I have gotten 86 calls

Only giving a 1 because I can t give a zero. I ordered a product from Sam s Club who outsources shipping to AIT, who outsources to Flacon Express (laughable). I arranged for delivery on Friday, 11/23 which was the earliest delivery I was being offered. The day after I scheduled the appt. I received an email stating that they would be able to fulfill the request and I would have to pick another day; I chose Saturday the 24th, which they also could not fulfill. I then asked them to deliver on Monday the 26th, no signature. They said they would have to check if they were allowed to leave it without a signature. 1 week later, I stil had no package, and no answer to my question. So, on Monday the 26th, I called and told them to deliver on Tuesday the 27th, and that I would make sure somebody was there to sign. Tuesday came and passed, still no package. I called again, they claimed they misunderstood and would deliver Wednesday the 28th. I said I would need at the minimum 30 minute call ahead to make sure somebody would be there, they agreed. Wednesday arrived, I received a 15 minute call ahead, could not get somebody to my house in time, sooooo no package. I called again, they said someone would call me to set up another delivery appointment. So Tuesday the 4th arrives, I had not been contacted by them so I called again. We set up delivery for Friday, 12/7. They guaranteed I would receive delivery between 12 - 4. It is now 4:41, I have no package, and they have no idea where it currently is or when I will be getting it.

They did ask how they could make it right though, LOL.

Not a good company to contract with. They steal your driver that you brought to the company from under you. Then come up with outrageous reason why the took your driver. Low pay on delivery, they got mad cause I refuses a deliver from Beltsville Md. To Fredrickburg va. That was only paying $150. Very bad experience working with the company.

Our company has been using them for our payroll deliveries since July and they have been nothing short of fantastic. The drivers are very polite and whenever I've had to call the dispatchers or customer service they've been professional, courteous and helpful. We plan to continue using them even once things return to normal!

Worst delivery service ever. What company requires a signature and only delivers Monday through Froday, 8am to 2pm? Then I call customer service to arrange pick-up of my parcel and they say since their delivery hours don't work that my only option is to pick-up the package in Beltsville, MD. 1.5 hours from my house if I am lucky! Then the customer service agent proceeds to go "well it looks like this is part of a cancelled order, no reason for you to come get it." So you mean to tell me that your computer and customer service system is that terrible that if I would have been home to receive this package that it would have basically been a free gift since your company didn't catch it? Rediculous. This is not a modern day and first class courier of choice. That goes for any customer whether it be business or consumer. What a joke.

Unprepared, unprofessional. Van was filthy. Delivery personnel smelled of BO and cigarettes. Did not bring the agreed number of people. Did not know how to assemble furniture. Did not know how to handle furniture. Had not moving blankets or plastic wrap, or moving straps. Attempted to recruit help from a gas station to move furniture in my home. Only one person spoke English. Mover's pants kept falling down. Horrible.

Picked up my package from a retailer 3 weeks ago. Promised to deliver it in 2 days. I don't have my package and Falcon Express has not returned my requests to get a delivery date. The item is a gift. So disappointed, will not ever use this service again.

I understand there are delays with all shipping companies. You missed the larger point of my review - that Falcon Express provided no customer service or response to questions about shipment updates. My package has not been tracked since 12/15 and you've had it since 11/30. That is really poor management. You should know where my package is.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Tracking information was wrong and never updated, the first delivery attempt made 2 weeks late-- and the delivery driver left 10 seconds after ringing the bell (caught on video). I called them up to arrange a delivery on a different day, and then managed to work from home that day-- only to find out that they never processed the package and were prepared to return it to sender, forcing me to drive down (1 hour each way) to pick it up.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

This has been one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. They advertise white glove service in their website and, in my experience, I don't think they even understand the definition. Extremely unsatisfied. Horrible horrible horrible service.

Do not work for this company you will be sorry they send you all over the DMV they a lot of wear and tear on your vehicle and when it gets messed up there response is well you knew what you signed up for. They are rude unprofessional and disrespectful also there is no communication with dispatch and they take it out on the drivers which is wrong. In dispatch their is a lady name Ruth, if you work there please be careful but I wouldn t recommend it at all it was the worst experience of my life.

Very poor experience with this company. Their driver made a mistake with my address and failed to deliver my package. When they called to let me know my address was incorrect, I immediately called back and provided clear directions on where my condo was. They assured me the driver would either return later that day or the next day to deliver the package.

The next day, when my package still did not arrive by 4 pm, I called again. The rep then reassured me that the package would be out that day and the driver could not give her an ETA. At 8 pm, when it was still not here, I called again. The rep told me the person I spoke to earlier that day didn't bother to read the ticket, that the driver did not have my package at all and they would deliver it tomorrow. There is no way to track your package online.

Judging by the other reviews here from employees, this company sounds like a shitshow.

Worst experience ever dealing with this company. Tried to deliver to wrong address and then when I called to ask where my item was they said sorry you have to reschedule now. So now I have to wait for my item and take off another day. I wish I could rate 0 stars!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They only operate from 8 - 2 pm and do not understand that everyone does not telecommute. Then they set up delivery, but don't deliver. They also do not contact the customer when issues arise... you have to contact them. Unacceptable.

Horrible! Driver Gabrielle would not bring delivery to our office. I denied the package only to find out he left large doors outside of my Medical Office which is a huge liability! I would not recommend this company for your delivery needs!

I do not normally complain about a company unless ...

I do not normally complain about a company unless it is really bad. I stayed home all day from 12-5 for my package to arrive on my birthday and the package didn't arrive at my house until 6:45. My family and I had reservations that we had to cancel at 6 because they cannot get their times straight. Avoid using this company if possible!

These guys deliver our payroll checks from ADP. They are supposed to come by 3pm. There is insane traffic constantly here in Northern Virginia, and we understand this. So at 4pm we called asking where our checks were and were told the driver had to make 12 more stops but was hoping to get to us by 5pm.

Shout out to Falcon Express for making sure they g...

Shout out to Falcon Express for making sure they got ahold of me to make sure my delivery came to my home. They could have very easily set a 70" TV outside in the common area and left. Instead they blew my phone up to make sure they got ahold of me to make the delivery to my door.

Addition: my tv was broken.!!!!!
