Only giving a 1 because I can t give a zero. I ordered a product from Sam s Club who outsources shipping to AIT, who outsources to Flacon Express (laughable). I arranged for delivery on Friday, 11/23 which was the earliest delivery I was being offered. The day after I scheduled the appt. I received an email stating that they would be able to fulfill the request and I would have to pick another day; I chose Saturday the 24th, which they also could not fulfill. I then asked them to deliver on Monday the 26th, no signature. They said they would have to check if they were allowed to leave it without a signature. 1 week later, I stil had no package, and no answer to my question. So, on Monday the 26th, I called and told them to deliver on Tuesday the 27th, and that I would make sure somebody was there to sign. Tuesday came and passed, still no package. I called again, they claimed they misunderstood and would deliver Wednesday the 28th. I said I would need at the minimum 30 minute call ahead to make sure somebody would be there, they agreed. Wednesday arrived, I received a 15 minute call ahead, could not get somebody to my house in time, sooooo no package. I called again, they said someone would call me to set up another delivery appointment. So Tuesday the 4th arrives, I had not been contacted by them so I called again. We set up delivery for Friday, 12/7. They guaranteed I would receive delivery between 12 - 4. It is now 4:41, I have no package, and they have no idea where it currently is or when I will be getting it.
They did ask how they could make it right though, LOL.
