Hotel staff very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Not sure if Gold Club rooms are worth it, except that breakfast and dinner canapes (enough for a meal, really),and drinks are included. Don't live up to all the promises of specialised help and getting to know you personally over a week. The concierge downstairs knew me better as they couldn't even book tickets or give tourist advice, as promised in the brochures, in the club area.
