Classy place just above a shopping mall, and within the vicinity of City Hall MRT. I was there to attend my annual company dinner, so am unable to comment on the rooms for this hotel. Dinner proper: no real wow factor. The servitors looked to be teenagers working part time, so no surprises on the service standards. More. Often than not they looked to be lost and overworked. The good thing is they tried their best and gave us fresh dishes after every item, so we do not have to mix it up between dishes.
