We visited this Fairmont for two nights while in Seattle. We always try to stay at Fairmont properties while traveling. The Fairmont Olympic is a beautiful Hotel with Rich history. There is always one person at every Fairmont that makes you feel Special and right at home, for us it was Vincent. From the moment I we met Vincent he made us feel like family. Vincent's customer service is perfect in every way, and simply put he is the.reason we will return. I would highly recommend this hotel when in Seattle, and if a big fellow with a warm smile asks you if there is anything you need, you have found Vincent and you will be pleased you did.

this place is a beautiful building that has just been renovated. we got upgraded and we were amazed by the size of our bathroom! the staff was extremely friendly (from front desk to porter, valet and housekeeping). there wasn't so many views but the service and the hotel itself makes it a great property to stay at. you can also ask valet to drive you around at no cost!

I was staying 2 nights in Seattle. The bed was very comfy and the shower is nice. The biggest issue I had was that there was no free WiFi and when I ordered breakfast at the dinning area, I was still charged the 20% as if I had it through room service.

A wonderful hotel and the original special occasion destination in Seattle. Was formerly the Four Seasons but has not lost anything in its transition to a Fairmont property. Tea or breakfast in the Georgean room, or breakfast by the pool, a drink at the bar are all memory inducing.

Great place to stay while in the city. The lobby is fully restored and has a sense of old world luxury. It's inspiring when you walk into the lobby for check in. The rooms are fully remodeled and comfortable. They had a feather free floor that I appreciated, hate having to ask for foam pillows every where I go. The staff was very attentive and overall you will feel like you are in a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

Hotel itself is very nice and staff are very friendly. Room is large for a suite but a bit outdated. For a suite, would expect some updates. Calking around the toilet needs to be replaced and the bottom of the shower curtain has black spots.

This is a very beautiful hotel. We've never stayed overnight, but have been there a couple times, once for afternoon tea and lunch. The food was amazing! One of the best places in the city for afternoon tea. Beautiful and elegant ambiance. I can't believe we haven't been back.

I had a lovely stay at this elegant 5 star hotel. The fish and chips at Shuckers restaurant were some of the best that I have ever had. My room was tidy and had a view of the water and part of Pike's Place market. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and dinner experience.

There isn't any comparing this wonderful, historic place to most hotels a middle class American would typically stay at. This is a place where wealthy, upper class people would feel comfortable. Everything, from the way the beds are made to the amenities to the architecture is better. The food was top notch and all the employees were among the most professional I've ever encountered.

Love the location, walking distance to downtown. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The guys working in the lobby helped with everything from opening the door to carrying our luggage. Also, our room had a great view.

How great helpful this hotel is! I booked two non-refundable rooms for my friends for July.03, they were planning to visit Vancouver and Seattle in July. unfortunately one of my friend got injury yesterday and needs surgery in hospital now. they have to cancel their fly, they couldn't make this trip at all. so I called hotel this morning to see if I can change my booking due to it was non refundable booking. the hotel staff Carole is very nice and very helpful, once she knew our situation, she did cancellations for us without any charge, she also send warm greeting words to my friend, wish my friend gets well soon, let me feel so warm, thank you very much! We will definitely like to back this hotel in the future.

I lost a pair of prescription glasses at the Hotel. As I was departing the hotel I handed my card to the Bellman and said if you find a pair of prescription glasses give me a call. Sure enough I was boarding my plane when he called and found the glasses. He immediately Fed Ex them to me in Texas. They were packaged carefully and just as good a shape when I lost them. Thanks Faimont for great customer service!

My first experience was filming for a Dateline show in the early 2000's. Everything was maintained so there were no glitches to slow us down. The penthouse offered the space and quiet for our production. Years later I visit the business office regularly, where the staff goes out of their way to ensure meetings are set up as needed.

We've all felt a little sad for that old guy you see jogging around town. But I'm that guy, and this morning my run began very early - while still dark - from the Olympic's motor court. The doorman saw me coming and gave me a thumbs-up on my way out.

We had a theft of a wallet in the reception hall and the hotel was so unhelpful. They first denied it happened until we confirmed we watched the thief steal it and run out. When we asked to speak to the security the desk clerk said they were unavailable then we asked for the manager who kept insisting the alleged theft. I would advice not letting your valuables out ofyour sight and don't depend on the staff to help you.

Old school hotel. Magnificent decor everywhere. Pool, gym and restaurant. The restaurant food is incredible. USB ports in the rooms. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Short walk to the water, restaurants and shopping. This is not an inexpensive place.

Teddy is a charming lady who was attentive to our family s needs during our stay. Eclectic and whimsical decor. The cookies upon arrival were super yummy and a nice touch. Our children loved the basketball court, board games, and built in hide away beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for hiking and the modern conveniences of Seward.

Old World Elegance at its finest! Best coffee in Seattle at Belle Epicurean which is located in the hotel. Also, the hotel Spa Penelope, is a great place to relax and pamper yourself, staff is exceptional in service and very knowledgeable about the spa products they carry. The hotel town car was a great way to get around town, service impeccable! Don't want to forget to mention that the hotel beds in our rooms were very comfortable and we all slept well. I would do another girls weekend here again! Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay fabulous!

Went to visit the Christmas teddy bear room here on the day after Thanksgiving. Always a fun experience. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The decorations are beautiful and there are charity Christmas trees to see too.

Probably the best hotel in Seattle, with a century of history but updated rooms. Gym, pool, and restaurant are all excellent. Ask for a room ending in "37" for a perfectly-framed view of the Space Needle.

Checking was easy, we had some friendly banter with the person who was checking us in and that was nice. There was a fan in the room when we got up there which was great since it was nearly 90 degrees. The room was clean and it did have a view of the water (albiet a very small sliver of a view). The shower in the room was lovely. After checking out we checked our bags at the concierge so we could jaunt about the city for a few hours. I will stay there again.
