Penelope and the Beauty Bar is where I enjoyed a pedicure and manicure recently. The Spa is beautifully decorated and quiet. The services were competently rendered, but differed from other mani/pesos I've had. My feet and hands were not soaked in water before services were performed. Very nice!

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. The service here is impeccable. It is located 5-10 minutes from EVERYTHING SEATTLE! The stadiums are close by if you want to enjoy a game ( Sounders, Seahawks or Mariners ) and shopping is in abundance nearby. The architecture is exquisite and opulent. Your room will be relaxing and enjoyable and they have almost every amenity possible. The staff here will consider and accommodate your every request will a smile and if you require anonymity, it will not be a problem here! Try a staycation here. You will NOT be disappointed!

nice enough, recently renovated, helpful concierge. negatives: no turn down service, no free water bottles (pay $8 for the one in the room. also they charge u for receiving packages/deliveries, which seems odd. phone system (incl. messages is wonky/permanently busy). i would imagine there are better options for the $.

I want to say how special my stay at your hotel was. From the moment I walked the young lady's at the check in desk made me feel I made the right choice for picking the Fairmont. But it didn't stop there, room service staff, spa staff, and the valet guys were all so nice and great ambassadors. I want to give a special shout out to Mieka Ransome who took the time to chat with us about our stay and give us lots of options on fun things to take in while we stayed in Seattle. Her great smile and her fun but professional attitude totally made our evening. So to sum it up thank you too all the staff we encountered for making our stay more then memorable.

Lobby has an old money type of vibe. Dimmer lighting, lots of marble, an arcade.
The room was big and had nice amenities. I do wish the blackout curtains did a better job. Staff was super friendly.

Always a festive an excellent place to have a special holiday lunch with your friends. The wait staff at Shuckers is always professional efficient and informative with questions you may have about the menu . I had the seafood bisque which was excellent along with the bread that is brought to the table. Everyone at my table missed the special they used to offer which was a cup of soup with either half of a sandwich or salad it would be nice if they were to offer something like that again at Shuckers. As this is a busy restaurant it is sometimes hard to hear your table conversations, they also serve a wonderful little brownie at the end of your meal that deserves a good cup of coffee to go along with it. We also visited the teddy bear room on the second floor which is great fun if you have not been and they have a beautiful tree in the lobby it is well worth taking your picture with. On the valet parking level they had a beautiful huge gingerbread house that is worth your trip to see. I look forward to our holiday lunch every year at Shuckers at the Fairmont Olympic in Seattle. Parking is limited, if you use valet it is very expensive but much easier to enjoy your lunch hour not have to worry about parking.

The hotel is very luxurious, the lobby is very wide and quite and the stuff are very friendly. The room is also very big but overall the hotel feels old. The shower in my room was broken and there is dust on top of the furniture. Window shutters are unfitting. I would have rated it 4 if it were four stars, but for a 5 star hotel it's just a 3. I didn't try the restaurants or the gym/pool.

Clean room, thoughtful staff, always accommodating to the best of their ability. Shuckers is delicious, good pool and fitness center, but would not recommend the spa. Kind of pricey, so try to wait for deals.

We only came to the hotel to try the restaurant, Shuckers. The atmosphere was cozy, though seating a bit cramped. The food was quite tasty and we would go back again next time we're in the area.

Friendly and helpful staff willing to go out of their way to make you feel at home. Food in the both restaurants were very tasty and they have a devil's food chocolate fudge cake with strawberries and raspberries that is to die for. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the best part is can't hear other guests from the room. When we walked in the hall we could here a bunch of women laughing and talking, but were pleasantly surprised when we shut the door to our room we could not hear them. Only negative comment would be is that we wished the shower water pressure was better.
