Happy for the home to give me a bad review when it was totally unwarranted! Put my account under review and never asked for my side of the story which was sent to a home that was unsafe under special measures!
Nurses should not be put at risk like this our pins took years of hard work to get! Then someone in an office dictates to us!!
Low payrates....fewer shifts ....late payments....not worthy ....best with the old fashion agencies

Lowest pay rates. They are not an agency, they are an online platform where nursing homes are uploading theirs shifts and where agency workers can pick up shifts. Because they are not an agency, they do not support you with anything. They are only interested to make money, they are not supporting the nursing staff at all. I do not recommend.

When one of my elderly relatives was moved to a nursing home recently it was all very worrying and a difficult time. I was very much reassured and put at ease by the staff who were looking after her, about half of whom were employed through Florence.
Very happy with Florence, so efficient to top up my contracted hours.
