This Hotel is exquisite!!! I want to thank the entire staff for welcoming Wine Women and Shoes Fashion Show! I was one of the models who showcased while raising money for foster children of the Olive Crest Foundation! Their ballroom was absolutely magical! I highly recommend staying here!

Everything you would expect and more from a 5-star hotel. The text concierge service is amazing, you can get recommendations from a local or anything you need in your room. Will definitely stay again

Was not a customer but attended some of the hotel holiday festivities. The staff were still welcoming and assisted me happily. I'd imagine a wonderful place to stay as an actual guest!!!

The location is downtown but on the quieter edge of downtown. The staff were all great, from the valet to the reception. We were upgraded to a suite and very happy. A bit disappointed the bath/shower combination isn't of a higher quality. We also didn't make it to the pool but it looked nice. We ate at Shuckers and really enjoyed it.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 17, 2011 ... Before saying more; Quality and Service are everything. My Rating for SHUCKERS is POOR

This place is located in the Fairmont Olympic. As a result this place is expected to have a first class menu, with first class service and ambience. That was our expectation when we booked our reservation through Open Table.

We were greeted by an expressionless zombie who led us to our table without a greeting or as much as a word beyond, "Follow me". That set the tone for what followed. Our Server was Tori. She was competent and did the best she could with what she had to work with. The menu was far less than we expected and far too expensive for the MEDIOCRE food we received. Think of this place as dark wood, sticky tables and not much different than a neighborhood pub except you can access it from the street as well as from the Fairmont LL. Our experience at Shuckers was by far the poorest meal of our entire 3 day visit in Seattle. There are far better restaurants in the immediate area.

Excellent service and beautiful rooms! The front desk clerk, Tanner, was awesome! Don't miss the Happy Hour at Shuckers from 3-5pm, M-F. The local oysters were excellent! The Penelope Spa was also great, so if you have some time and money to spend, I recommend it!

From pulling up to pulling away my family and I were treated with care and respect. Complimentary milk and cookies were provided later on in the evening for my children which was a treat. All staff were being courteous and even asked if I could be helped when I looked lost (I was, twice.) I can't thank the hotel and staff enough for such a pleasant visit, and I look forward to staying with them/the hotel again in the future.

My stay at the Fairmont was great. The room was clean and spacious. Fairmont's staff was also very accommodating and even allowed me to check in slightly earlier than the official check in time. I have no complaints and would recommend this place if you are having doubts.

I love the Fairmont hotel around the holidays, the trees are gorgeous, teddy bear suite is pretty elaborate with a mix of new and older teddy bears, the walk through gingerbread house is amazing. This hotel is very lovely year round, staff is friendly and helpful, but there is something extra magical about this place around the holidays.

I loved the bed and pillows of the room. They were so incredibly soft.
The room was very nice and the bathroom was also very luxurious.

I can't rate this hotel 5 stars because of the overpriced food. 35 dollars for a breakfast which consisted of 2 eggs and a hash brown with some coffee.

Other than that, the hotel is very comfortable and the main reception was very welcoming.

Stayed here when the hotel when Four Seasons. Returned a day ago to stay at the Fairmont Seattle and was very disappointed. The room was almost bare-bones with the minimum extras. We had no turn-down service and no drinking water. This was the first in a long time that we were made to pay for internet connection...used our cell phones instead.
The staff was nice but there was no effort to make guests feel a warm welcome.
Honestly would rate this hotel at most a 4 Star Hotel. Quite disappointed.

Went to grab food and drinks with friends. The food was pretty good for the price and atmosphere. It's a little understaffed, though. There were only two servers for the entire restaurant in the lobby, the place got full. Other than a slow wait, I had a good time.

Very friendly personal who makes you feel welcome immediately. It is very central, a short walk to Pike Market and 5th Ave/Downtown shopping area. Hotel rooms are spacious with living room. Bed is very comfortable, I fell asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow. High-quality interior and overall feeling of the hotel, definitely recommended.

This hotel is pretty famous in the area and is strongly reccomend to tourists...they have their own app that lists attractions and help to plan your exploration trip...its conveniently located close to some of the major attractions and famous restaurants, that you can walk to within 5 -10 minutes...We walked to the famous gum wall and ghen to the famous market near which the original Starbucks store is located...The Georgian is a famous restaurant that's inside the hotel...they have a wide selection in their continental or weekend breakfast buffets and a few unique items on the breakfast menu as well. Their french toast is my personal favorite...it was the best that I have eve4 had in my life and is a signature dish...they also have a restaurant and bar that has happy hour next to the Georgian which plays live music on some days (we didn't have time to check it out)...Also there's another restaurant and bar called the Shuckers on their lower level(popcorn shrimp was my favourite here).
They have a gym with a sauna and a pool facing the gym along with a spa pool.
They upgraded us to a Suite and offered us complimentary snacks along with water each night...the housekeeping comes in twice a day...they come in the morning and make your bed really nice and they come in the evening to set it up for sleeping... they have the nespresso coffee machine and a kettle to boil water. Their toiletries are amazing...they are really refreshing and smell like roses(you should read the ingredients and directions label on them, especially the body wash and give yourself a giggle) Overall we had a very comfortable stay here.

The room is over $400 and night, but I've had better service elsewhere. Although the amenities are gorgeous we have a non-functioning air conditioner that they keep trying to fix so our room is almost 80 degrees, concierge service keeps telling us I don't know when we ask questions even about the services there at the hotel. The front desk keeps asking us why we keep calling, and after two days, maid service still has not come to clean our room or refill products. Because of the Beauty and the price of this hotel I guess it is listed as five-star but I would rather go someplace else that knew what they were doing.

I rarely do this, give a hotel 5 stars but have to say cannot be more satisfied with the place. Fantastic rooms, I had the executive suite, and fantastic room service. Right in downtown and nearby everything. That's my go to hotel in Seattle if staying near downtown. It's an accor hotel group.
