It's a fantastic. There staff were all welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was separated from the living room. The weight machines were cable based so I could do a multitude of exercises on them. The pool was an amazing bonus though half of it is too shallow to swim laps. Overall it was a great experience

I had a card that stated what was provided each day of my stay ... but ... at check out they only honored those items for one day. The card that they gave me when I checked in clearly said each day.

Very nice location! We had sea to Sky Exotic Car Rental deliver our car all the way from Vancouver BC so we can drive back in a Range Rover. The valet guys were amazing and our suite was just fabulous

Went for the breakfast buffet. They had an amazing selection of foods - their eggs were runny, which I love and their bacon was extremely crispy! The servers were always present and accommodating and the setting was extravagant. 5 stars

This older hotel has been nicely kept. Room's are clean and well renovated. The location is perfect for darting to the market or to the mall. Or you can use the shuttle to get up to Capitol Hill, Lower-Queen Anne, and the ID--within one mile. The spa area is quiet and peaceful and everyone does there best to make sure you have a smile on your face after each interaction.

I loved staying at the hotel!!! They were Top Notch from the room service to the turndown service to the guest relations and concierge desk. I would give it 10 out of 10 and I would say that it's great for a romantic weekend away in the city.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown Seattle, within walking distance to Westlake Center and Pacific Place, and Pike Place Market isn't too far away. Go at Christmas time for their gorgeous lobby displays, Christmas tree, and Teddy Bear Suite.

The rooms are large and nicely decorated, but spring for a double if you're bringing the family or larger group - the couch beds are very uncomfortable. Nice big bathrooms with plush robes and towels. You can request workout clothes and shoes to use if you forgot yours, or don't want to bother bringing them. The gym is fairly large with a variety of machines and stations, and the locker rooms feel more like a spa, with wood paneled stalls stocked with shower and shaving items, and spacious mirrors and counter tops for getting ready.

The swimming pool is in a beautiful atrium, and you can even have breakfast delivered from the Georgian Room! Don't skip the apple fritter french toast, it's to die for. Everything on the menu is delicious! For a quick breakfast, go downstairs to the coffee shop for yummy pastries and great drinks.

The Fairmont staff is always friendly and helpful, and the doormen are so kind. We stay here every Christmas for a conference and love every minute. The 5th Avenue Theater is right around the corner (within view!) for shows, and there are a number of great restaurants close by. Our favorite is the Purple Cafe across the street - try the baked brie and goat cheese appetizers.

Luxurious hotel. Multiple high end restaurants. Swimming pool. Very clean room, ample space, very comfortable beds. Excellent service. If you want to pamper yourself while visiting or in business in Seattle, this is the place to stay.

Beautiful, classy hotel in a great downtown location. About 6 blocks to Pike Place. Several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Complimentary shuttle service around downtown, too. Service was on point, everyone from valet to bus to front desk was courteous, warm, and professional. Indoor pool was a plus! Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating! The only problem we had was that our bathroom door latch was jammed when we arrived, and they sent someone to fix it but they said it was fixed and it definitely wasn't.

Stay like Royalty in Seattle. From the grand lobby that would be at place in a European hotel in the 1800s to the Elevators with the actual half circle things with the arrows for the floors, the Farmont Olympic makes you feel like you've arrived. Staff is super friendly even though there are more doormen that open your door for you than tere are doors. Beautiful place.

I had a short stay here while visiting Seattle. I wish I had more time to experience the area. The hotel is right in the middle of everything. I spent part an evening walking around the downtown area and there is enough going on to last you a week. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. There are taxis at the ready, even at 4 AM to get you to the airport for a 6 AM flight.

There is a little restaurant off of the lobby called The Georgian Room where I had a nice quiet breakfast, and a little bar/lounge as well where I had a couple of local beers and free peanuts. I made use of their fitness center, which is not huge but has everything you need and is right off of the pool area. I also needed to print something out and fortunately they have a little 24-hour self-service business center with printers. It was a little expensive just to print one piece of paper but it was there when I needed it so I can't complain too much.

I don't travel a whole lot, and when I do it's usually in more budget-oriented lodging, but overall this is by far the best hotel experience I've had. Would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

I had been wanting to give this hotel a try for awhile, as the entrance looks quite grand, as far as Seattle hotels go (which, sad to say, isn't saying much). I heard that it used to be the Four Seasons before opening their current location overlooking the waterfront. Other than the views, I couldn't ask for a better location. Apparently, the property is owned by the University of Washington, which used to be located downtown. So, it was nice to support them. Did the inside live up to my expectations? For the the most part, yes. The lobby, could have been a little better maintained, so I was wondering how the rooms would be, but I was pleasantly surprised. There really wasn't anything to complain about. It looked like it had been very recently updated and was well-maintained. Unfortunately, we could not get either of the TVs working, and maintenance said we would have to wait until morning to get someone who could fix it, as it was after midnight. In all, we enjoyed the friendly, down-to-earth but professional staff, and, for the price we paid, could not have asked for more...except, perhaps, steam in addition to the sauna.

A hotel that should give at least four stars

A hotel that should give at least four stars
Unexpectedly, the room outlet jumped overnight, so that the phone and battery were not charged. In the morning, even the coffee didn't have to drink, and the counter was only exchanged for a slight sorrow!
It s really irritating and it s $690!

Went to the Fairmont to see their Christmas decorations. Huge beautiful trees and a massive gingerbread house you can walk through! Definitely worth visiting the lobby to see if you're in downtown Seattle.

had the steak for the event and it was honestly one of the best steaks I've had. expected rubbish considering it was going to be mass cooked but instead was surprised with an amazing juicy piece of meat. not sure if this was catered though..

Most states cannot compare with this type of world class service. The venue, the staff, the service creativity, ambiance, and food were something very special, not found in smaller cities. Exceptional and very professional. Nick always serves us and he has been our favorite over the years since I lived there. The diversity and uniqueness here is what makes this place so special. Lots of places to view and appreciate art.
