Stayed here for two weeks. Very pleasant. Nice room, recommend pool view. Good service. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Very decent gym and a pool and spa that I never got to try.
For dinner I would go out, the hotel fare is passable but lots of good restaurants in the area.
Its always great to be in this hotel, for my guests and colleagues. Excellent service.

Awesome! But main problem is i have to picture the channels in channel 4 so i know those channels. Please fix this problem and make a channel book so it will be easy. Also want to add a classic video game console for me to play. Add a SEGA Mega Drive and a sample game to play. Like Sonic The Hedgehog 3. Thank you!!! :) :)

I love everything except for the room, the room wasn't big at all and you only have 1 bedroom.
Cleaned the room thoroughly. Hid my unfinished toothpaste at the top of the cupboard so that I can reuse it but it was gone after i came back at night. Buffet breakfast was great, variety changes everyday. Great location with 5 malls literally opposite the hotel. If you're getting Grab, you'll want to tell the driver to turn right after security to get to the hotel's lobby, otherwise they would be looping round and round trying to find the lobby.
This hotel was right next to a shopping center, that was where I bought most my meals. The pool was outside next to the indoor fitness center.

Super service and an excellent business lounge... but an expensive 5* hotel like this one is more than that. The rooms need an update and modernisation to compete with others.
Travelling for work can be very tiring and exhausting and for the frequent travellers out there I highly recommend Fairmont Makati as THE hotel to stay in. It is truly a haven in this busy world and they have always made myself and also my colleagues feel very comfortable, well looked after and rested whenever we stay there. I have been meaning to write this review for quite a while as I have already had my 5th stay there this year and would like to say a big thanks to all the staff and management there. I was not well at my last stay and the concierge team looked after me really well, and thanks to Christine for helping me get my medicine when I was too ill to make the trip to the drug store. A special call out to all the staff at the Spectrum restaurant - the food quality and variety had improved greatly from the start of the year and to my last stay in Nov. Thank you to Jhonna, Paula and RJ who always have a warm smile in the mornings and in the evening when we have our breakfast and dinners (compliments to the chef for one of the best Adobo dishes I have tasted). Congratulations and please keep up the great work and I will definitely be back next year. Thank you.
Luxury and Pampering
Excellent hospitality all the way from the time you step into the lobby until you make it to your room! A luxury and service levels were a few notches higher than any at any FAIRMONT hotel you might find stateside. At the unbelievable price we paid it was an absolute VALUE FOR MONEY and the best luxury choice in this neighborhood and hands down beats the Peninsula, Holiday Inn, Dusit Thani etc.! And since it is attached to the RAFFLES hotel most of its super luxury amenities and facilities are available for free. Now, you cant beat that!
LOCATION: Located right next to the GLORIETTA mall and in the heart of makati. Easy taxi ride away from great choices for Food and drink, and all points of interest in this area of the city.
DINE + DRINK: Gourmet coffee bar attached to it and 3 to 4 dining options in house. The best is the Rooftop Terrace attached to the French restaurant which is supposed to be a hidden gem and one of the best rooftop bars in the entire city!
ROOM: We stayed in 840, so this review is based on that; VIEW: OK view of the Cityscqape ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Super cool SPA quality. cosmetics
FACILITIES: Excellent Gym with a Full range of weights and Cardio machines from TECHNOGYM that is great for a full fledged workout. IT is so good, it might be even used by local members for proper routine. The outdoor pool is also lovely and since both the Gym and pool are part of the RAFFLES luxury hotel attached to fairmont the class and quality were in a different league!
SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to the front desk staff who checked us in.

Attended an event at the Ballroom. Service was a bit slow but understandable. The food was great.
Enjoyed our staycation here especially the buffet breakfast that comes with it! Take advantage of the amenities when you re checked in like the spa and exclusive dining at the 8th floor for Gold members.
Stayed here for 3 to 4 nights, the staff was very polite and courteous. They even had halal food which was great although the staff sometimes got confused but good experience overall

A wonderful hotel with a really good service. The place is 24/24 kept by gards with dogs, situated in a very safe area you can stay in Makati and enjoy the swimming pool at te fourth floor.

The receptionists, Judy Ann and Azalea did a great job making me feel welcomed in this hotel though the lobby was soooo busy. Azalea made sure I had a table for dinner though it was fully booked. The room she gave us was spacious. The linens were clean and smells good. ( I always had to write this now because some 5 star hotel have smelly pillows )

The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. We like the floor to ceiling windows. Service is excellent. The people are courteous and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool. It s not crowded and is well-maintained. Since the hotel is just next to Landmark and Glorietta, it was very convenient for us. We tried the lunch buffet at Spectrum, choices were limited but good enough. The carving was very scrumptious. One thing for improvement is the TV cable. Hope they could shift to HD. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
It was very good, I have the good big room, clean and the staff are friendly including the cleaners who take good care of us. I love the bath time and the view from the rooftop is good.

I was there to meet friends at the Spectrum. It was a good place to entertain balikbayans. The buffet spread was good, particularly the mediterranean section. I wasn't particularly happy with their laksa, though.

Very nice hotel to go to. The staff there are very nice.
The rooms are of a good standard, the residence suites are well equipped and all have air con. The Long bar has live music 6 days a week and is fairly loud so if you want to chat head to the 9th floor bar which has a DJ but much quieter. The food and drinks are on a par with other hotels and the staff very friendly and all make an effort . The hotel is well situated in the Makati business area with cinemas shops etc all within walking distance. I give it a 3 because the service is a bit hit and miss and can be frustrating at times.

Very lovely hotel. Staff are incredibly welcoming and service-oriented. Things to improve are... The phone in my room was not working. They never bothered to fix it while I was away during the day. It was a huge hassle. Navigation can be quite tricky with raffles around. Also lots of Chinese guests are very loud and can be quite an annoyance during your stay.
Despite these, I still think it's one of the best hotels you can stay in. Just some hiccups here and there but can be fixed with improvements to process and people.

I soooo love this hotel!! It is the newest hotel in makati and one of the fanciest!!
Love their smoking type of room coz it has high ceiling that makes the room look so big. Their snack bar has imported sodas, wines and chips.
They also have some luxury bathroom amenities. Their bath products are all from Le Labo, a brand from New York and everything smells good.
Once you get in your room, a complimentary treat will welcome you. I had some complimentary sweets/pastries in my room. Then in my mom's room they had a basket full of fruits like pineapple, pears, kiwi, grapes, etc.
The interior and lobby is nice, modern and classy, it is a good place to sit, sip a cup of tea while reading a book or chat with friends.
The pool area is a good place to relax and unwind as well while boozing up some margaritas.
We've been here a couple of times for consecutive weeks where it came to a point that It already felt like it is our second home. :)

I'm surprised I'm only giving this 3 stars. First off, service was exceptional and my hats off to the staff. It was mainly the issue of the amount of issues with an aging hotel.
On our first stay, much construction and repairs were going on, which required us to repack and move rooms throughout our stay (mind you, we were compensated with access to the lounge which was appreciated). This was a bit of a hassle and ended up with a smaller, cramped room.
We went back for a second visit (mainly because the of the excellent service from the staff). We were put on the top floor, but with the age of the building, the ceiling had a leak with flooded the hallway carpet. While staff quickly put up cones to prevent others from soaking their shoes (like we did), again, maintenance and cleanup was occuring. The noise and musky smell wasn't ideal.
Great service, but aging hotel is what's setting it back.
