Fairmont Makati Review

Well-managed and a true luxury hotel. Great staff that are unimposing but always available. I'd book a room here again with the peace of mind knowing that my stay will be consistently excellent.

meet my expection... price is just right on its class.

It was an amazing experience I ve ever had!! I stayed there for five days. Unfortunately I got flu in the first day and felt sad that I couldn t get most out of the experience however, one of the staff offered me nice warm meal for my sickness and deliver it to my room with a letter! Absolutely excellent customer service and had really enjoy my staying! Love the food in both buffet and room service. I definitely come back to stay!

Big well designed rooms, good sized desk and large bathrooms. Spent a few days here on business and was very comfortable.

Our stay was excellent. From front desk to in room dining, to concierge. Everyone made us feel at home. Stayed there for 4 days and feel loved. When i get an upset stomach a company nurse check on me. I never go wrong staying here whenever im in the Philippines.! Kodus to all fairmont makati staff! Till next time.

Extremely good value. Location is excellent in the middle of Makati with an easy access to the numerous malls nearby. The staff deserves an extra credit; very helpful and polite.

Walking distance to shops and eating establishments. Love the waterfall like shower. Friendly staff

Had a great time at the hotel. Best part of the experience is the way the hotel staff will attend to you. It is top notch service from everyone who works there.

When we got to the hotel, we were honestly expecting a big lobby for a 5 star hotel. That s the whole reason why we chose it, but it was very crowded and the line was long just to check in. I guess it s okay since we also got there on Holy Week.

We stayed only at the 7th floor. They didn t exactly clarify on the phone when we booked it but it s only til the 7th floor. Even the swimming pool area is only a few feet high . Basically for kids

The food is good but not much options honestly. Lunch and dinner is a lot better though.

The sink was clogged when I got to my room. And the AC wasn t getting cold much so I had to call someone to fix it . They did fix it but that s not exactly what you expect to happen in a 5 star hotel.

We even have some problems checking out but at least the one who talked to us was very friendly and assured us that there would be no problem.

Things that are good :
- there s a spa , swimming pool , gym
- it s quiet. Good for business travelers
- the area is just a walking distance from green belt
- staff are very friendly and accommodating

Will I stay here again? Maybe . But it wouldn t be my first choice

Very decent and upscale hotel in Makati. Pool area, lounge, bar and restaurants are all good. Staff are very accommodating and professional. Facilities are clean and internet connection is fast. This hotel is good for both business and leisure travelers

Simply amazing. I'm not talking about the gorgeous lobby, the spacious rooms or the delicious food.
It's the people and the service. So kind and helpful. I've stayed at many five star hotels, but few compare to this particular Fairmont. Stay here, you won't regret it.

I asked for drinking water at 7:00 the receptionist responded saying "it's coming ASAP!". Nothing arrived! After two hours I called up the reception, the drinking water finally delivered at my doorstep. The next day I requested for fresh lowfat milk & banana to supplement my diet. After 3 days somebody responded "ok, sir!" Then I said nevermind, cancel it because I"ve already checked out of the hotel. I understand it's pandemic time..Mick Jagger says "You can't always get what you want" on Youtube channel, eh.

It is cheaper than Shangri-La but facilities are better. Greenbelt is also close

Excited service, food abd facilities 5 star hotel in Makati CBD.

I Checked in at Fairmont Makati from march 6 to March 8 2020 and it was my first time to try this hotel in Manila. I chose this place Since it's just across Greenbelt 3 and very accessible with department stores, grocery stores and has a lot of fantastic restaurants to choose from around it especially if you are a certified foodie. I booked my room from Agoda and The rooms were as perfect as what they look like from the Photos. FYI the rates in Agoda Change from time to time and and if you sign up you will be notified with deals once they have it. Upon Checking in I was given a free Upgrade for my room and FYI Deposit fee is 3000 Pesos a Night. The rooms were really clean and very detailed with how it was organized and was exactly the same with the photos you see online. The rooms will totally give you a WOW effect upon entering and was very spacious & has great lighting. With regards to the Staff, I was really Impressed with the Service which they call royalty Service. Whenever I call for room service It doesn't take that long and most of the staff in the hotel delivers a very friendly service; greets you with a smile all the time and are very proactive; you can always ask for more coffee delivered to your room specially if you drink that much coffee all the time. Every morning in the lobby, there is also a complimentary tea and coffee that you can grab. They must have been given a really good training when it comes to customer service. Even when you go to the Pool area, they are very attentive and right away grabs you a towel and brings it to your seat. Housekeeping service is also impressive. There is always somebody roaming around floors to check rooms and you can ask them anytime when you need something like bottled water, extra coffee and condiments as well as extra toiletries. I Definitely highly recommend this hotel to stay at because they make you feel that you are very much valued as a guest and will not disappoint you.

Good location and a very friendly and courteous staff. Been here number of times and every time the experience has been pleasant.

Good facilities, their deluxe rooms have bathtub, that's what matters to me most. Pool was ok but it would be great if the temperature is controlled.

This is by far the best hotel we ever stayed in Makati. The rooms are new and the bed is so comfortable. Very convenient location and easy access to different malls around Makati business district. The breakfast buffet has limited choices but its sufficient. All the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Quite and clean place in the middle of a busy and noisy streets of Makati

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Fairmont. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. Location is eccellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The pool is great for kids. Swimming is until 10pm.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Only the food in their restaurant took so long. But overall excellent!

A five-star hotel. Fast check-in. Great pool view at room 651. Clean bedroom and washroom; separate toilet and shower areas. Water in pool not heated enough but sufficient lounges, nice changing area. Nice gym on the fourth floor. Near shopping malls. Professional staff.

Not too crowded, cross the street to grocery and dept store

The best hotel I have ever stayed at hands down. Very friendly and professional staff. Super clean rooms and by far the best bed I have ever slept in. The facilities are top notch in every single way and the only hotel in the Philippines with an awesome air conditioning, kept a nice temperature in the whole room and soundless. Very comfortable and modern. Will come back for sure.

The room is very clean & spacious. Staff are very hospitable and helpful. Just have a little confusion with so many elevators.

Great place for a quick relaxing staycation! But can improve on pool facilities(broken tiles on the kiddie pool!). Great food (eggs benedict!).

Anyway, the hotel is in a good location. You can reach Greenbelt, Glorietta, and landmarks within a few minutes on foot. Please note that the entrance is different, although it is adjacent to the Raffles Hotel.
The room was very clean. I highly recommend it to those who value cleanliness around Makati.
Also, as a subjective opinion, the smell of shampoo was very nice.
Regarding the staff at the front desk, it was a polite, attentive and good customer service.

My husband and I had a staycation in this hotel. Everything, the exterior and interior, resounds upscale. The staff at the reception desk are highly professional. The rooms are nicely designed, i.e., a combination of Japanese Zen and oriental style. The service is great. We had breakfast at the Gold lounge on the 7th floor. The food offer at the buffet was much less probably than having it at Spectrum. Nonetheless, we had a very positive, luxurious, relaxing stay.

One of the finest hotels in Makati if not in the Philippines. Food here is always the best! Fresh, healthy amd delicious. I hope they expanded the parking since they have a few slots only #LocalGuide #LetsGuide
