Nice place to visit. The readers' and writers' festival is usually held here. The place is very posh and the staff here are very accommodating. The facilities are very clean as well.

Still the best hotel in Manila - Best Service and Great Location

My stay is at par compared with it's branches overseas. But I appreciate it more if you add a little of Filipino culture in the service. The management may as well apply the unique and warm Filipino hospitality because they're here in Manila.

My husband and I celebrated our 11th anniversary at Raffles Makati together with our 1 yr. old daughter. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we check in to our check out, front desk Allen was very informative and she was good at remembering all my requests. She was terrific with her job. Butler Karlo was also very helpful and awesome,he's a star! Paolo from the concierge team was also someone to remember for being excellent at what he does. Over all, my family is extremely satisfied with our accommodation. The room is perfect, the service is excellent and the amenities are wonderful. Raffles Makati is truly recommendable to colleagues and clients. Thank you, Raffles Makati! We will definitely come back.

Dine in with the Authors like Pierce Brown and Mark Z Danielewski here and it was awesome. Love the food, ambiance and how relaxing the atmosphere inside.

The boys at residences concierge are some of the best I've delt with. Very attentive, polite and knowledgeable.

A luxury hotel in makati it was a great place to visit and stay here with your family, friends or special someone. It is nearby the Land Mark and Green Belt when you love to go shopping , or movies and enjoy eating with great and delicious food there's so many high class Restaurant's.
The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Just a few miles away from Airport. Every working person you encounter shares a nice smile n greets you. Food is amazing and so are the rooms. Very neat n clean !! Can give 10/10 on hospitality. Would definitely recommend everyone.

I visit Raffles about once a month & always look forward to it. There are 2 highlights that make the 5-Star prices feel like a bargain...
1. Every day Happy Hour 5-8pm, offering unlimited consumption of almost everything including Singapore Sling & acceptable House Wines, and a token food sampler that is smaller than it once was. Decent live renditions of past & present hits adds to the experience way beyond Happy Hour.
2. Outdoor Bar with excellent City views, cool turntable sounds & buzzy staff who make you feel welcome enough to let them add-sell & up-sell you.

As always, the service and buffet were quality. The sponsor of the lunch was happy paying the bill bec he got 40% discount for using the bpi card and the senior cards were honored. That as it may , our other companions planned to have their future celebrations in the hotel as they were happy with all the arrangements. Except for me, it was the first time for all my other companions dine in the hotel.

My absolute favorite hotel in Metro Manila. The rooms and amenities are luxurious and the staff are the friendliest I've ever encountered. The breakfast staff at the Spectrum cafe even remember my name and regular order. Amazing.

Love the happy hour at Long Bar. $20 / 1000PHP for unlimited import beer.

Love the 10th floor rooftop terrace bar for happy hour drinks with a view. Great DJ too.

This controversial structure situated behind the Glorietta Mall is being managed by ALI Makati Development Inc. The five-star hotel is basically one of the most iconic hotels in Makati, and with its spacious rooms combined with luxury interiors and amenities, it is indeed a great experience. This is also where a member of the well known family in the Philippines, Ayala Family, usually enjoys his breakfast at the Spectrum. It is that secure!

If you are thinking of booking a room in Raffles Makati - Just Do It! Don't even hesitate because you will regret not making it your first choice. Staying here is worth your money and I have stayed in luxury hotels before but Raffles Makati is the one that I will consider a real 5 or more stars. The staff are well-trained, very positive, non-judgmental and very professional. The rooms are big and spacious, with a receiving area complete with dinner table and some sofas. It's like your home. I was very impressed with the room, the beautiful comfortable bed and pillows. Everything is made perfectly for your convenience. It is very clean and it was always nice to come back to the room in the evening where your bedroom is ready for your peaceful sleep. The details are divine. Now that I am here in Europe, I am still pondering of my fantastic experience. Our butler JM is great, he does everything with a smile a & a positive attitude. He even prepared a bubble bath for me and my daughter and helped packed my bags (best experiences). Angelica in the reception was very efficient and helpful. She did everything with grace. Ricky, Ciedy and Mary Anne of the Writer's Bar made sure that my daughter and I are well-taken cared of. They went beyond to make sure that we were both happy and comfortable in that lovely space where we usually have our aftternoon tea and my cocktails. Edmar of the Spectrum Restaurant was very service oriented and made sure that breakfast was always a good experience. The food was fantastic and the manager checked if everything was good. The staff overall were really great! Don't miss a massage in the Willow Stream Spa - Cherie is the best, she was probably one of the best masseuse in the world. She took pride in her craft. Thanks to Kuya Lito for driving us safely to the airport.
I will definitely be back here, it will be my home in Manila. I cannot recommend Raffles Makati highly enough. When I think of holidays - I think of Raffles Makati next to Maldives. Thank you Everybody and see you soon!

Best hotel I've been to in the Philippines. Great attention to detail by the friendly staff. Everyone was so welcoming. Right next to all the best malls if you want to do some shopping.

A piece of pure heaven! That was our experience of the Raffles hotel in Makati. I travel a lot and Honestly, it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at!

My training organisation teaches cutting edge customer service but the team there took hospitality to a level I didn t even know was possible. The suites were incredible (they only have suites no standard rooms) and they had thought of every conceivable thing.

They tailored their recommendation sheet for us incorporating child Friendly activities and they gave us a full supply of baby bathroom products as My daughter is two (as well as all the usual gorgeous bathroom goodies for adults.)

My children were asked their names at check in and from then on, EVERY staff member (be it in a restaurant or at one of the pools or in the foyer etc) called them each by name. They received colouring in books printed with their names in them. On our last day, they set out cupcakes in our room with a tray of icing and decorations for them to design their own cupcakes. The list goes on and I don t want to ruin all the surprises because I would
Love you to go and experience it yourself.

It did help that I m an Accor platinum member so we received high tea in the Writers Bar every afternoon and limitless cocktails between 6-8pm each evening and complimentary breakfast with free flowing Moet on the 9th floor. So you can see why it was an experience worth gushing about.

Now before you go thinking I spent thousands and thousands of dollars on the suite each night (which I would happily now do!) I will tell you I have paid more per night at the NOVOTEL in Newcastle than I did per night at Raffles!

Stayed a couple of times here for a staycation and always had a very warm and personal experience. My wife and I had our wedding anniversary weekends here for the past two years and front desk always had a surprise for us.
