Fairmont Makati Review

Very nice hotel in Manila, I was delighted with the quality of the rooms, food and how helpful the staff are...
The rooms are comfortable & I was treated to a Fairmont Gold room due to my status, the views from the rooftop restaurant in the raffles was also amazing..

Premium 5 star hotel. Love the user experience here. Love the attention to literally every single detail. The room is convenient, fully-equipped, well-designed, and well-serviced.

My wife and I stayed at Fairmont one night for her birthday before our way back home.
At my request, they prepared a surprise in our room with a cake, a birthday card, a bottle of wine and some fruits.
They even upgraded us with a very nice room and a free buffet for dinner.
We also went to the spa and had an awesome massage for 1 hour.

Great service, great rooms, wonderful bathroom, such a wonderful abode right in the centre of Makati!

Situated in central business district and shopping malls.

We got a big room on the club floor which was nice. Pool gets packed. The outdoor bar was nice as well.

With special basement acess to both Glorietta and Greenbelt shops. Very, very attentive and helpfull staff (esp. Jea). Enough buffet breakfast choices. Clean, comfortable rooms. The wide corridors are warmly lighted and mildly scented, too.

Located in front of the heart of shopping in Makati City. Easy access to shops and offices. Comfy hotel too.

This place is so amazing - everything here feels classy. We spent a little more than we normally do, but this place is honestly worth every cent especially considering the amenities. We'll definitely be staying here again. 100% would recommend.

The location is best for business meetings. Food and services are commendable.

Hotel is great, but, staff are not consistent, some are not welcoming. A good service always start from the staff and should be consistent. Let s see from our next visit.
