I am not satisfied with the customer service which they provide. I feel that they did not care about you when you go there to see the car for test drive, they think that you are not able to buy a car and once they know that you are going to buy the car they fully care for you and once they get the money from you, not only you are less cared, but they even dont know you.
For me, there was written in the description that the car has rear parking aid but once i pay for the car, it was not as described before, while i try to tell them they just ignored me. I loss the money to get new one. Another thing, it took more than 2 months to get new log book and tax refund of my old car, due to delay i loss one month tax refund too. For all these things i called (telephone) them more than 20 times. Overall all i can say is, it was not good cooperation to do businees with them. I will not recommend to others for next business with them. Thanks
