First I need to thank the manager for sorting our booking, we arrived at the hotel to find that we had booked an apartment and not a hotel, Agoda misleading the customers without proper information, if you are going to book Ezdan hotel, make sure to call them and check the room type, if it's in the hotel or Apartment. For sure do not book the Executive Studio its only an apartment, you will not get the hotel services (no amenities, Etc...) (1,2,3 Tower) and is not part of the hotel (tower 4).

The out appearance of the hotel was a bit shabby, the lobby area was nice, with a rude Asian front desk agent, but the polite manager was nice to upgrade us to the hotel from the apartment, our booking was then handled by a very polite African agent.

Room was good, but it had a split bath room, the shower was on one side and the toilet on the other side. The room was big. Bed was comfortable with a sitting area.

Why did I give three stars, for two reasons?

One: we called room service and the waiter that delivered, handed the tray with two plates to my wife at the door, she was holding my two year old son that was trying to run out side.



Big swimming pool, play area for kids, supermarket, basketball court, mini football court and gym. A lot of restaurants around the hotel and on the 4th floor.

Just adding this "if you are using Agoda to book your hotel, be very very careful"
