Ezdan Hotels West Bay Review

Have improved a lot in last 4 yes. Nice pool area n now a lot of restaurants n amenities around it.

Staying in ezdan hotel since almost 4 months and really appreciated the good quality service and facilities staff are friendly and professionals thank you Especially Raashid, besh and nazrul

Stayed here during work assignment so really had no choice in accomodations. Would be nice to have a kettle and microwave for food preparation. Bathroom was always closed after room service with terrible smell accumulating in there, so had to open it to reduce the smell somewhat. Overall it does the job that its meant to do.

Various good things.. but rooms are separate only by thin boards.. not much of privacy.. can hear other room people talk and tv sounds..

Slow internet, unkempt overall impression, poorly organized staff. Conclusion: I'm happy when I'm out of here.

i stayed for leisure and it was a perfect stay, the swimming pool, the gym, the spa, everything is just perfect, just want to say thank you for all the welcoming and helpful staff in the gym and the front team especially sunil and phan who will not just direct you but will assist as much as they could and kharine who assisted and took care all the request i asked. thank you so much and hope to see you again. i will definitely come back in this hotel!

location is good and very professional staff esp reception ms. Marijoy ,jocelyn location is good and facilities, im very happy staying in ezdan hotel.

The place has an excellent centric location specially if here to get some business done as you are located 5 minutes away from most towers and offices, staff is lovely and helpful, facilities were okay, a bit bizarre locations for wall plugs (This has to do more with the construction company).
Free WiFi is offered.
Breakfast and several coffee shops / restaurants are downstairs.
Smoking rooms are available.
Bathrooms are good, hot water available.
The AC works very well.
Safes in rooms are available.
Practical stay nothing fancy.
Prices are very reasonable.

Bad WiFi if you are lucky you will get 2MG

I've been to this place for a meeting and trust me it's very well maintained. Food is been very good and they provide basic snacks at all times. Near to city centre Doha and corniche.

During our stay here I feel at home. The service throughout the hotel was above par and we were constantly made to feel special with small personalized touches. Had the chance to enjoy the massage, which again did not disappoint me. The gym has a nice facilities. To Sheila for very attentive. Staff were amazing. Courteous and friendly. Nulffiya, Margate. Lovely spacious room. Great value for money and nice stay at hotel. So it's been enjoyable vacation for us. Thanks also to Joel for fast job,

Good hotel in premium location. However, hotel is getting old. Need renovation. Irrespective of that, it is maintained well.

Located close to gate mall. A little expensive but has good quality finishes.

I lived there for half a year and the experience is remarkable. Everything is in order and house cleaning is always on time and regular. All that you need is already there...the gym, convenience store, pool, kids playground, etc. In other words, it is a community itself.

I lived in furnished apartments. Largey size and good utilities, although missing some fine touches. It has a large swimming pool and fittness center. Large number of caffe and restaurants

Very bad place to stay. Dirty and terrible furniture in the apartments, the shower are the worst I haver seen in My Life.

Ezdan is one of the hotel located in the Prime location of Qatar which is west bay. As per my info this is the cheap hotel in this area. They are many services like gym, steam and sauna, Super Markets, Restaurants. The rooms are average. If you want to luxuries stay then i think you should try other options.

I am staying at ezdan hotel,very good facilities swimming pool,car parking facilities,lobby is beautiful,many restaurants are inside and outside etc.. i find some good staffs like sunil,Jocelyn,rossy than and suchin They are very helpful,thanks to ezdan!

A beautiful hotel with great staff and even better facilities.

Im trying to call from 1pm to 2pm on 2different numbers they have and no one picks up the phone! Very bad service ..go check ur reception call log and u will see the number of calls i made WITHOUT ANY ANSWER! Reception guys NEVER ANSWER the phone

Good experience i stayed 2 days with my friends upon check in the receptionist will give you a warm welcome with nice smile they are very accommodating specially Marijoy, joyce and jocelyn very professional always smiling.

Rooms and washrooms are old. Room service is not up to expectation. But location is great with supermarket inside the hotel and many restaurants and coffee houses around.

The are many disturbances in staying in this place:
- Very bad internet connection.
- Construction noise is very often.
- Very strict policy and no cancellation possibility

I'm please to say that Ezdan has seen the diferrence, including exterior and interior changes. Staff has gone under certain trainings and difference is very much noticable! Great job!

An extremely large hotel, neat and cosy self-catering rooms, variety of activities offered, sports bar, restaurant, small grocery shop, Olympic size swimming pool, small drug store, activity centre including pool table.

You can drop a room very cheaply if you follow from the middle floor site

Very nice location . close to city center and the corniche with a frequent traffic of transportation means . Provided with a very good facilities ie swimming pool , gymnasium , two supermarkets ,restaurants etc...

In terms of weekly cleaning ...there are blood stains on the bed sheets they provide..

I was placed in the Ezdan 7 years ago by my company, after 2 days I moved out. 7 years later I went back to deliver an unwrapped present of a book and small toy for my wife's friend new born baby - who lives at the Ezdan. Unfortunately my wife's friend was not in and in attempting to leave the presents at reception I was submitted to 30 minutes of incredibly trying, unco-operative, aggressive and threatening behavior from the male desk personne (2 of them)l. They denied the room existed, refused to accept that the my wife's friend lived there (despite there being a sign on the room door confirming such) threatened me with security to expel me and finally phoned her husband to get him to confirm: that he had a wife, her name, and that he would accept me leaving for his wife and baby. The later was incredible reluctant and I am not confident that it will be actually delivered.
I could not recommend a more un-inviting place to stay at. There are a large number of places to stay, either short term or long term, in Doha all of them very good - I would recommend anything above the Ezdan

This is my way of appreciating everyone here at Ezdan hotels .They are really going out of their way to make my stay here very comfortable .

Very good hotel. The hotel does not have kitchen but the apartment's do. However, the restaurants inside are very expensive and it is difficult to find a place to eat outside nearby.

Love staying at Ezdan! Amazing facilities and extremely friendly staff!
A special mention to Donald who had been continually amazing and his team. They cleaned everything to perfection. He was extremely helpful and asked me to check and if I needed anything else. I said I did and he was extremely happy to do it and did it to a high standard. He went above and beyond his role!

I am sending this message to acknowledge his high efforts and appreciation for Donald and would like to thank him tremendously!

Cannot recommend - had some stuff stolen from me here and we never tracked it down, although the staff did compensate for it at the end but that was only after we had escalated and I had to ask my company HR to step in. Cleaning staff are aggressive and tried to make us leave them good reviews with their names included, as this would apparently earn them bonuses. I was happy to do it once as the guy really did provide good service, but then the other cleaning staff began to demand that I give them good reviews as well, which was highly unpleasant. When I told them that I was only allowed one review per account they had the audacity to ask me to create a new account.
These people are like beggars
- give one of them something and the rest of the tribe will converge upon you demanding that you give the rest of them as well, "because you gave it to him so you should also give to me." Never seen behaviour like this anywhere else.

I stay a short day in ezdan and i like place. Stores are many. Restaurants is good. Friendly staff. Fitness center Sotera, shiela are nice. Nulffiya, rocellyn, margate smiles always. Good job for engineering staff Jorge, ramil. Good view. Swimming pool are big. Jaguzzi good. Love the place.

Ezdan hotel has the facilities were located in a very convenient place to everyone who wants to relax and have a good time. Polite staff rosy. Good job Ramil, joel. It was a relaxing staycation with my family so we will surely come back. Thanks also Margate, Rocellyn, Nulffiya.
