Ezdan Hotels West Bay Review

i stayed there for a year, not so fancy but it fits the purpose

I liked everything here in eZdan. Huge gym, good facilities, clean, professional staff. Sotera and Sheila Exceptional spa and steam and good bathroom. The hotel is very accessible to all places. Have restaurants, saloon, supermarkets.. It's really nice. Extremely friendly staff. Nulffiya, Rocellyn, Margate. I will surely comeback. Thanks to Ramil, Joel also.

The location of the hotel is the best thing I liked. The breakfast does not have many options. The rooms are absolutely wonderful. Some of the rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel is above average. Azdan 4 is the one in which the residence is overlooking the sea and the towers

The offices for Ezdan real estate located at first floor. Parking is always an issue.

Nice and big pool, shaded by the towers at noon time

Best play area for kids and pool access , spa, gym restaurants, super markets, coffee shops, in the hotel building, the city and beach view from top floors.. worth the money..

Go get some fun at ezdan hotel from the vintage terraces a nice pool a playground for big and small and as a pleasure does not come alone their massages will take your breath away a sure relaxation!

Wouldn t mind to rate this hotel 5star because it worth it, actually I came with a friend to visit the pool but I couldn't resist staying, I have to book for room in order to spend more at pool, sincerely speaking the pool is amazing and really had a great time I also met a very friendly and nice guy Mr Kizito who assisted me to my room and Mr Ali from the reception very nice guys, can't wait to visit this hotel again

At first glance, the hotel was very fancy and has great views and amenities, but staying there for one month was not ideal. The bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. The overpriced restaurants in the west bay area tainted our stay as well. Staff were helpful but not always as friendly especially if you don't speak Arabic. Location is near the metro however was close by as well as the City Centre Mall and convention center. We got a good deal on Qgrabs for the hotel but would not pay full price to stay there.

One of the best hotel in Doha all are great staff and excellent service and facilities I stay here as like my home.swimming pool is very nice gym restaurant sports cafe and games zone as well there is super market and lot of restaurant around the hotel this is a very biggest and high floor building so I can see good view from my room.i like to say thanks to same of staff the are very helpful.ms shek receptionist mr Rashid and mr nuzrul Bellman mr ashraful room attendant the are very professional and working hard.thank to your service team

A good hotel with great price, fantastic pool and in a middle of Westbay, great value of money and I highly recommend.

I am new at Ezdan hotel the place is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful ,and I asked for a lot of stuff and they immediately responded to all of them ,plus they have all kinds of shops and fitness places in a certain ground which is too convenient like ( a supermarket ,gym ,swimming pool ,restaurant.....) thanks mr.kenawy and mr.sarwst.and.ms.anjolen.and ms.hazel.ms. shek and ms.hazel

Stayed here for 9 mths. Had two bed bug infestations in that time. Staff simply dragged the bed out into the hall and left it there. Yuck!!!

Ezdan hotel is one of the best and iconic towers in the CBD Doha. I have lived there for a couple of months. Affordable rooms for the corporate customers, breakfast option is available with a non expensive add on, laundry is quick and nice, the room with kitchenette and a washing machine is an awesome option. Many restaurants to choose from for an eat out.

Apartment with variety of services. big swimming pool is available here.

Good Location
The location is near everywhere. Beautiful people and good service. Public areas Rocellyn, Nulffiya, Margate were Friendly. The fitness were very accommodating. Sotera, Sheila. Engineering staff were so helpful Jorge, Ramil. The service is very good. I had an outstanding experience here. Hope to see u guys soon.

I am loving in Ezdan hotel, which is one of the excellent hotel in Doha. It have a swimming pools , few Resturants. The position of the hotel is an excellent. The people in the hotel are very helpful. Mr. Kenawy and Mr. Sarwat are wonderful man who are very helpful men. They helped me a lot.

A place to enjoy for those who like to swim and eat by the pool. The buffet is very normal

Ezdan hotel is really very good I was stay there 6 months I enjoyed swimming pool and gym

It is the best accommodation that I had so far that's provided by my company. I stayed here for 2 years getting many perks. That includes swimming pool with lanes, a big gym, uncensored internet, cable television, everyday housekeeping, regular changing of sheets & towels, basketball court, cycling area, convenience store, resident restaurants & free shuttle to City Centre Mall. My room is big, has bath tub, & with fully equipped kitchen & washing machine. The location is great as it is among the West Bay skylines & just near the corniche.

Only thing i missed is indian cusine in breakfast....major population in qatar is of Indian nationality but surprisingly in breakfast you wont find any of the indian items like Idly, Dosa, Upma, Poha, coconut chutney and sambhar.......only Dal rice is there but very few like to have it in morning as its lunch item....

Staff is superb....best customer service...they serve with full heart and smile...god bless them...

Food quality is good...only thing is same menu you will find throughout the year...

Dhan bellman, zakiij ,louie and Rechel I am totally satisfied with there service. They are so helpful whenever I need any assistance related to any issue or any work. They take a action so quick. I am very thankful to them.

This place is amazing, and the staffs are very friendly and accommodating especially in the Fitness Center namely: Ricky,Sotera,Shiela,Peter and Thankachan -lifeguard. Thank you team It was wonderful !

AMAZING PLACE. IT IS ITS OWN CITY INSIDE! EVERYTHING YOU WILL EVER NEED IS WITHIN THE BUILDING

Ezdan towers have very convenient serviced self catering units equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, zink and basic cutlery and crockery as well as pots and pans and cooking utensils. It has an olympic size swimming pool, a sports bar with a pool table, a miniature basketbal court, a well equipped gym, a few restaurants with excellent food. There is also a small supermarket and a pharmacy in the same block. The buildings are wheelchair friendly and they offer a laundry service. There are also regular hotel rooms available at reasonable prices.

Hotel Staff that was on business center desk building 1 is very rude, i was just asking for comfort room and he cannot point me. This was my very worst hotel experience! Even in the curve branch has also rude staff, they Letting the guest wait until they ll finish checking the room for hours! I can t believe how big their company, but their hospitality is very poor!

Ezdan hotel offers a good facilities I like most is their Olympic size pool which this time is not yet operational due to maintenance and the gym is excellent. I would like to thanks the staff they are very nice and welcoming especially Sotera, Rick and pool staff Thankachan, Peter, And Narjit. Good job guys!

Old used broken wooden furniture, bed bugs infestations on summer, dirty change of bed sheets, average poor customer service, concealed water pipes inside the bed rooms, poor wall sound proofing, poor spontaneous cleaning service, broken floor tiles, no service elevator, no waste rooms and corridors smell horrible, poorly constructed swimming pool facility, broken miscellaneous interior decoration, poor WiFi connection at 1mbs/minute.

The fragrant smell wafts all over the place
The restaurants are distinctive and wonderful, the swimming pool is very good and the prices are reasonable
