This review is in regards to the purchasing process of a 2017 Nissan GT-R. I am only 20 years old and even I can notice underhanded and unscrupulous management styles when I see it. The dealer and I both made a compromise and settled on a more than fair price for both parties. During the process, they informed me the vehicle sold even after agreement. They sold it for a slightly higher price than what I offered without asking me if I was willing to increase my offer. With that being said, I would ve purchased the car for that with absolutely no complications whatsoever. I think the dealership should use this circumstance as a learning experience. I was told that this all came down to the judgement of a gentleman named Jeff. The higher-up management should look into this and thoroughly scrutinize who they have in charge. In my opinion, I would never run my business like this. Nevertheless, we all make honest mistakes and have incompetent people such as Jeff in processes they have no business being in. If you navigate the website, you will find a picture of this guy and you can tell he is the pretentious type with nothing to back it up which I found pretty amusing. In conclusion, it was a very unpleasant experience and these actions are deplorable but I wish the dealership the best in whatever way they choose to conduct business. Honesty and transparency are rare attributes nowadays it appears.

My questions were all answered, Matt was direct and honest, which is something I appreciate, and everyone involved was a pleasure to work with.

The staff understood that I was on a time constraint and made sure that everything was done efficiently, and correctly.

I took my recently purchased mint 2008 Nissan 350Z convertible to a NISSAN dealer to get my new car inspected and a window rattle check out. Upon picking up the car I noticed the service man had bent my convertible top and did not even mention anything to me. I noticed it the very second I drove away. I called the service department immediately and they promised someone will call me. I am so mad. So much for giving this dealer my service.

So i was stationed in Pensacola Florida. Navy training. My wife and i needed an additional car so she decided to give this dealership a try as it was very close.

We initially thought of purchasing a 2013, 2014 Nissan, but ended purchasing a brand spanking new 2015 Altima.

Ryan was so patient in displaying inventory, discussing financing options, and special incentive offers. Ryan even encouraged my wife to call me and update me every step of the way. At no point did my wife feel pressured to make a decision without me and THAT was something I'm extremely grateful for. i salute you.

Unsatisfied with service department. Purchased a used vehicle from Busch Exton Nissan along with a service contract. The car has transmission issues (less than a year after buying) and Nissan showed me no confidence in repairs and/or backing the coverage on the service contract.
I expected Exton Nissan to be my shop for continous service but at this point that's not the case. I will never have a car serviced here or purchase a car from this dealer.
Losing one customer probably means nothing, but irregardless they have lost me as a customer.

I recently bought a certified used 2016 nissan rogue from nissan exton. It was my first time buying a vehicle and I was relieved to have the help of Ryan Plant and Jessica! They both were incredibly knowledgable and friendly and made the buying process an enjoyable experience! I love the car I purchased, which was detailed to perfection. They also gave me a very fair trade value for the cars we traded in! You can't go wrong with Ryan/Jessica and the entire Bush team at Nissan exton!

I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra for my daughter who is in college. Michael Lutman, the sales manager, was a part of the sale and he is amazing. He was very kind and easy to talk to. We are very happy with our purchase. Today, I came in to have the car serviced and stopped by to say hi to Mike. He took good care of us and made sure the service department did the same. Mary was our service department representative. She was also a gem. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership; always a good experience!

I went there spent 6 hours. Drove a car I like about to sign the papers and they came to me and told me they sold the car I was about to sign the papers for. Then I find another one I like that was cheaper and they couldn't make the deal with that one cause it was luxury and I had to put money down on it. They found a car that was 2000 dollars more and it was an older model with the luxury. And they wanted to put me in that.

They forgot to file my registration. Oh, they just sent over the title? The day after I call wondering why I never received my registration in the mail? Liars. I STILL haven t received it.

Doesn t matter if the sales people are nice and the price is fair or not, they won t file your registration. My temporary tags are a week away from expiring and I am not sure what to do when they do. Calling the state can t help. Calling their title person doesn t help (it s been more than a month she s never there, never returns my messages, and doesn t keep her promise on the two occasions I ve spoken to her, after calling a dozen times). I ll be taking my business elsewhere when the police impound my current car in two weeks. LOL

We needed two cars and made the sale of the second one contingent on the deal reieved on the first. Ken George assisted mw with the sale of the first and with the good deal I got I negotiated the sale of the second. Ken in the intrest of great customer service turned the sale of the second car to his associate Matt Lutter who demoed and completed the paper work on it while ken did the same with the first. Great team work and great service, my heart felt thanks to both! I will recommend this dealership to freinds and family alike.

My recent purchase is the second Nissan that I ve bought from Exton Nissan. We worked with Harold Burgess, Jr, Harold was informative, knowledgeable and when he gave his word to communicate with me on a daily basis, he kept his word. I am satisfied with my Nissan Rogue and the excellent service that I received throughout the buying process.

I recommend Exton Nissan to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Nissan.

I went in to help a close friend/relative look into the terms of her lease with the possibility of trading up to a newer model (we LOVE the Rogues fiercely!). We returned to the desk of the young lady who initially put us into the first lease "just to ask a few questions". The conversation resulted in us BOTH leasing a 2019 Rogue (twins!).

The way Jessica B. treated my (twenty-years-my-senior) counterpart made a big impression. She listened patiently, answered all questions in an understandable manner, and checked details about anything she was unsure of with her colleagues rather than making assumptions or guessing.

The way this crew in Exton works together is commendable. All helping one another without hesitation. We felt as though we were given royal treatment.

No sense wondering where we'll be in three years; we'll be in Exton, with Jessica, trading our cars for a pair of 2022's!!

Worse service ever. Owned car 12 months, it's been at. Exton Nissan service for a total of 3 of those months. Nothing ever fixed right the first time, I have to ask them what I want done to resolve the issue. Most issues still it resolved. Each time I pick the car up, there are additional thingsnwrong with it that they caused, (paint chips, torn leather seat, torn window tint, ect). And, the last time, they kept the car 18ndays, fixed nothing, 2 new issues when I picked it up, and they charged me for the rental. $420.

Had yet another excellent experience at Exton Nissan. Brought my car in for an inspection, oil change, brakes and AC/heat motor repair. My technician Charlie was very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly to me. No stress, great communication, very reasonable price for the work. My car was even vacuumed which was awesome considering it is a messy mom car!

It was a great sale!!! Our dealer mr morrell was great! Just buying and needing the vehicle before a funeral and work the following days it was a bothersome to get it back down to the dealership to get it detailed and such they didn't have the chance to do since I hurried it off the lot and home! When returned vehicle for detailing and a few scratches here and there that they clear coated, a noisy sunroof and moon roof cover they "greased and shouldn't give me anymore trouble", but we were promised all these perks at sale signing like a rental car, or borrow car, while the issues at hand were "dealt with". I'm not satisfied with the things that they were supposed to go over but overall our experience was positive and Joseph Morrell is a great straight shooting salesmen. He tries his best to get you the best price possible. As for the facility and mangers above Joseph, I was not impressed with the detailing, scratch fixes and empty promise of a "borrow" car so I did not have to inconvenience another family member to take me down there twice since were not that close travel wise.
Joseph is amazing, as for the management above him, the day we took it down to get the fixings/detailing done and the bad noise of the sun and moon roof. I'm not happy with the empty promise of a rental or detailing and. Noise of sunroof. Just make sure what your promised is in writing, so your guaranteed it to be done.

As for management, I think they need to really work on going above and beyond for customers paying them so much money for a long period of time on the cars. Follow thru with their word and promises, and maintenance that needs done on car even down to the simplest thing of a noisy sun and moon roof cover. Would be nice even if it's only a few hours. I have a toddler who was preparing for kindergarten and really was taken back suddenly the talk of a rental or car off the lot and then that wasn't the case after the sale. Other than those factors Joseph Morrell, I highly recommend him, he was not pushy at all, and took his time with me and my mother. He's great and good at what he does! As for the managers and facility better customer promises fulfilled would of been nice now I have to have the noise being made looked at by another home town mechanic and little details overlooked by the detailing crew.

Today I went to Exton Nissan for the first time to get my car repaired. It was the right choice. Brandon was very professional , knowledgeable and friendly, and walked me through the needed repairs. The courtesy van driver, Caleb , was also a pleasure . The repairs to my car were completed quickly and efficiently. Such a great overall experience! Trust these people to service you well.

I was in a hard place personally and felt they could have given me at least $500 off the price. No big deal. I would go back though.

I had a great experience buying a used car here. The sales and finance staff were very friendly. The showroom is clean and comfortable. I was in and out in about 2.5 hours (including a test drive).

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars was they were not all that willing to negotiate on price and the dealer fee is very high compared to most places. But they were up-front about that with me.

My wife and I started our car search in Lancaster which was a horrible experience. Never met a sales manager that didn't want to move cars. We then tried a dealership in York, PA. Again horrible experience! We decided to make the trip to Exton, PA. We knew exactly what we wanted, we arrived and no one rushed out to jump on us, we looked at the inventory which by the way was plentiful compared to other dealerships. Steve our rep was taking care of parking a car and he asked how we are doing. I explained what we are looking for and he said let me grab the keys. We went for a drive and got the deal done. Process was easy, no pressure, and relatively quick. Steve was funny, transparent, and to the point. We appreciated that as we had a 2 yr old waiting for us at home with grandma. I'd highly recommend making the trip to Exton, PA before wasting time in Lancaster or York. Thanks again

Exton Nissan was very cooperative with helping us find a good deal on a brand new 2017 Nissan Murano. Our sales consultant, Angel helped us find our ideal car loaded with all the features we wanted. Exton Nissan was very helpful and we would highly recommend others to come to this dealership. Exton Nissan is a great dealership with friendly staff, and a large inventory of cars to choose from.

Absolutely the worst car buying and service dealer...

Absolutely the worst car buying and service dealership I have dealt with in 25 plus years of buying cars. Bait and switch in their deli g tactics. They will find something g to add before you sign. Certified warranty never seems to be in effect. The CVT transmission is rifled with problems (google class action lawsuits) they will do anything gmoossible not to fix.

Service staff is condescending, rude and have their hands out for all of your money. The Nissan product is a shell of what it used to be and this dealership is as bad as the product. Stay away!!!

Staff is so rude. No words to describe that horrible experience. They think that if a customer is walking into the dealership he must has to buy a car from them. Otherwise the customer is useless in this world. And their behavior is so rude that I will never step in again in that dealership and will never recommend to anyone. 2 years back I leased a vehicle from them and sent 5 of my friends to the same dealership and everyone purchased a car from them. But this time it was a horrible experience. 0/10

I have been using this car service for approximately 2 years and the service is excellent. The price is comparable to other mechanic shops in the area; however, one suggestion that I believe would set them a part from other auto shops in town is to provide free car wash and basic vacuum.

I had just purchased this used Pathfinder two days prior from a Toyota dealer, who has always been great to me. I brought it to Bush Exton Nissan to get a spare key. They identified a recent airbag recall and immediately fixed it! They also diagnosed an asymptomatic transmission issue! The mechanic came out to meet me to discuss the repairs as did the service manager. My experience with the service and parts department was excellent!
