I honestly cannot explain how pleased and thrilled we are with the service we were provided. We booked a last minute appointment with our broker Sasha. She greeted us and instantly made us feel at ease. She was warm welcoming and knowledgeable. She showed us the property and we were in love. We had a million and one questions and was so patient. The site tour was phenomenal!!
Through the entire process she was so quick to respond to our questions which was a must for us. Her professionalism was blended with humanity. She made us feel cared for and important.

Miranda our closing manager was also very fast and efficient. We met her when we paid our deposit and she was wonderful. They made signing the lease so quick and easy. I would recommend EXR to anyone who wants professionals with personality.

I had the great pleasure of working with realtor Keith Dunn. A current housing situation fell through and I found myself needing an apartment at the very last minute. In less than two days, Keith got our application approved, lease signed, and keys handed over. He made the process very easy and simple and was available at all times to answer any questions or concerns. He was very attentive and I'm grateful that he wasn't fed up with our incessant calls. Keith was great. He showed the place promptly, helped me secure it in a crowded market, and met me back at the place before signing between my deposit and signing to make sure the landlord had made the appropriate changes to the place he had promised. Will definitely keep him in mind for my next move!
