We worked with Keith Dunn and he was great every step of the way. Myself and my roommates are all new to NYC and would not have found such a great place without his assistance. We found the perfect apartment that met all of our criteria plus some, under our budget, in a great neighborhood. Keith also saved the day on multiple occasions when we messed up our application. Overall great experience with EXR and Keith is great 10/10
