If your looking for a real person who actually listens to your needs, go see Wendy Rivera. She got me and my husband our original offer on a house,which now a days is unheard of, we heard horror stories how they work you up over your your budget, she stayed the course and hammered the sellers agent the benefits of selling us the house,instead of having us raise our offer.I don't know how you did it,but thank you so much Wendy.we were willing to go a little higher but she said give me 1 week before we raise our offer and she made it happen, and now we have extra left over to remodel the master bath, you are one of a kind. My sister and her husband want to meet you this week, they are ready!!!

Some people don't realize how important it is to have an experienced agent.
