There were 5 exhibitions when in my last visit. Lots of multimedia resources available to enrich the whole experience. You can easily spend 3-4 hours just browsing and learning new things. Good value for the ticket price!

Was a lot of fun! Loved the Nirvana exhibit. Kids loved the marvel exhibit, well worth the extra money. There were a few glitches with some video and headphones but nothing too serious. My biggest complaint is the food. Although reasonably priced for the venue, it was bland (salmon), soggy (brie, tomato and lettuce sandwich) and a frozen black bean burger from Costco. Take advantage of being able to leave the premise to have lunch.

This is a museum where people like to dislike likes and dislikes.
It may be good for kids and animation lovers.

I've been here several times when it was the EMP. I'm not super impressed with the redesign. Even though I had been there several times before, this time it felt impossible to navigate and like the exhibits were much less interesting. Still love the kurt Cobain exhibit but missed the celebrity guitar exhibit and didn't enjoy some of the new ones. Hoping it will improve over time because this is the first time I felt like I didnt get my money's worth.

It was a cool experience. Favorite part was the sound lab on the 3rd floor. You got to play with various music recording tools and have fun. The cafe downstairs had a solid selection of soft drinks/teas and easy to eat foods. Staff was friendly. Spent about 2 hours there which gave us enough time to see all and play around.

This place is great! It's decked out with a bunch of cool memorabilia from old and new sci-fi, fantasy, horror, gaming, and music! Their themed sections are a lot of fun to walk around through. Their gaming is definitely their most interactive exhibit but the horror is a close second. Right now they have a good portion of two floors devoted to marvel which is nice but I wish they'd had more diversity. Their 360 degree holodeck style exhibit is cool but the graphics are a little subpar Finally, I wish they still had the TOS Enterprise bridge replica I saw in some photos.

Came here a few years ago for New Years. The Museum had so much to look at and I was glad that it was open extremely late. If you love science fiction, horror and fantasy - this is the museum for you.

This is a must see if you are visiting Seattle. Get a city pass so this admission is taken care of along with 4 of the other city attractions for a lower cost. The museum itself is huge, make sure to allocate at least 2 to 3 hours so you do not feel rushed and can take in everything the museum has to offer. The upstairs has a music room where you can play all sorts of awesome instruments and feel like a rockstar for the day. The Nirvana and Pearl Jam exhibits are excellently curated and really give you a full on history of the bands. Seeing the instruments these guys played, and the handwritten lyrics was a really neat experience. If you are into horror and scifi the movie props that are on display are amazing. The fantasy room was one of my favorites. I didn't expect to see actual props from The Wizard Of Oz and The Princess Bride but it was such a pleasant surprise. This museum will absolutely make you feel nostalgic. It is truly a fantastic way to spend the day.

What a fun museum that I was able to visit with family during my recent trip to Seattle in Nov. 2019! They even had a sweet Minecraft exhibit! We checked out the many different genres and loved the IMAX sized screen playing music videos. I loved the gigantic guitar pillar and the cool Nirvana display with so many cool souvenir spots too. I also enjoyed the indie games and the horror film and fantasy and Sci fi sections too!

This was a fun way to spend an afternoon. The exhibits are interesting and well done. Don't miss the invisibility cloak. We happened to visit when they had the Star Trek exhibit. It was well worth the extra fee.

Rather expensive for a two hour museum. One or two nice movie props in the Sci-fi. Horror and fantasy sections. If you visit in a day when part of the. Museum is booked out for a special event, you will not have a clue how to get to half of the exhibitions as you are met with no entry rope and no signs of how to divert to the rest of the Museum. . Once you manage to find a curator to ask, you will be told to leave via one fire exit and re-enter via another and not one helpful sign in sight. The exhibits in the blocked off area are worth a view and I encourage you to ask how to get to them.

Expensive!!! The Marvel exhibit was cool, but not cool enough to pay $34 per adult and $27 per kid to go. The rest of the place needs some new exhibits because once you've been there it's old and boring.

Awesome museum! It was great to see all of the references and things I enjoyed on film in one place. My favourite sections were the fantasy and science fiction areas. We were also there during their marvel comics exhibition and it was really really cool!

It's fun and interactive, great to go with friends and play around. The price is worth it. Don't go to the Star Trek part of you don't like the show because it's charges extra and you won't like it that much.

The most amazing museum I've ever been to. Wish I could have spend more time! I probably could spend five hours here or more easily. If you love video games and music and scifi and Marvel you'll love this place.

The Marvel exhibit was awesome. There was a lot of great costumes and history there. Some of the other exhibits were a bit dated. Like the Fantasy area had some amazing stuff but it really could use some more new things like Game of Thrones or something. Worth a visit for sure though.

Our school had prom here so our experience was a bit different, but it was amazing. It's too bad the marvel experience is normally extra so it was really nice to have it included I our evening. An over all fun event space. I am sure wedding and other proms would be great here.

Um, pretty cool. But, I know the group I went with thought it would be a lot cooler. The Jimi Hendrix display is okay. I imagine the MoPo will keep improving over time and we can look back and say we were there in the early days. That's the best time to get in, right? Early? :)

I went here for my 24th birthday and it was one of the most memorable days of 2018 so far. From the movie props & costumes, the Music in Video Games exhibit, the recording booths, and the guitar sculpture, this place was the most amazing way to ring in 24. I had so much fun and we spent over 3 hours easily just wandering & learning about the history of music. Very educational & SO unbelievably fun, I highly recommend!

We had a great day at MoPop! The exhibits we're amazing and we we're lucky enough to be there while they still had both the Star Trek exhibit and the Marvel comics exhibit. My only reason for 4/5 is because they could use a few more opportunities to sit, and the food selection wasn't great. Half way through they day they were running out of anything pre-made and we just wanted a quick snack.
Aside from that, I highly recommend making a day for MoPop!

This was my second time at the MoPop. Really enjoyed the Marvel Comics displays on the top floors. Cool selection of pop culture, music, movies, and everything in between. Really great gift shops inside to get yourself + family special souvenirs.

We did a corporate event here last night and the guests really enjoyed it! There is a lot of memorabilia that is super cool! I saw the Terminator and Back to the Future Hover Boards! There is a giant screen with a great sound system that s awesome as well! The food was pretty good as well it was catered by Wolf Gang Puck!

The Fantasy and Sci-Fi exhibit was very interactive. If you take your time and absorb all of the media as it comes up, you'll be impressed. Also, the horror section made a few weak stomachs scream while we were in there. What a bunch of yellow-bellies! Many stairs and tight spaces eventually make way for larger spaces, so try to take a shower before you go in. Some museum patrons could stand to purchase a stick of Old Spice.
