This place is like a nerd heaven, so many different genres of movies and pop culture influences. We got to see the marvel exhibit and it made me feel like a little kid again. They need to keep doing what they're doing so future generations get the chance to see where we are!

I enjoy a more interactive museum not just facts pulled from the internet and pasted on the wall. I also would have appreciated if they would have told us before we spent $80 on tickets that we have an hour to enjoy the whole museum before it closes.
Super fun to experience. The Sky Church has events you can sit and watch if you'd like, they play music videos when it's not in use and is a great spot to chill. We went to see the Prince exhibit and it was amazing. There is so much to do here we thoroughly enjoyed going. Since we're locals, we only go when an exhibit comes in that we're really excited about, but if you're super into music and film, it would be worth it to get the pass for a few visits a year.
I wasn't impressed with this museum. I like to wander and get lost in a museum. In this museum, I saw everything in about 20 minutes. They have a few rooms with particular exhibits like Horror movies and pearl jam, the band. In their indie video game exhibit, happy the hand didn't even work and the controller was sick l stuck and you couldn't or the button... They don't have have a permanent collection of popular culture though the ages, which is what I have enjoyed. Then they want to charge you extra for the marvel exhibit... I wasn't happy and I would never come back here.
Museum of Pop Culture was so enchanting, all the throwbacks in reference and feelings of nostalgia. Definitely worth it, there was a love artist rapping and almost maze-like sections to just get lost in.
Amazing clothing on display - but wasn't what I was expecting at all. I was expecting a more diverse look at pop culture and felt it was way over priced for what we got. I can't imagine spending 2.5 hours there unless it was pretty empty and you could play all the instructments that are there for folks to try.
This place was pretty interesting and you could easily spend HOURS exploring everything. This museum has something for everyone. They have a Minecraft exhibit currently that's really popular. Lots of musicians to discover as well. A lot of the exhibits are interactive. If you like to make or record your own music head on up to the Sound Lab!
Truly an epic journey into American pop culture. There is an extensive interactive exhibit on Star Trek with many original items from the various TV series and movies. A must see for Trekkies of all ages. Also a huge collection of pop music, focused on Jimmie Hendrix. Look for a Groupon offer for discount tickets.
Horrible experience. Cannot relay the upsetting feeling to have missed big part of the exhibition because they didn't bother to post their closure time. No one thought I should know it'd close in an hour, with no grace period, just shutting down all of the exhibits. And the price, oh my, you can find so many better ways to spend that money. So very overpriced for such little to offer. Just get a picture outside, which is many times better than all the stuff inside.
UPD: I have sent email at once, as suggested, but a month later I haven't got any response... Either it was honestly missed, or it doesn't look like there's wish to resolve this offline.
UPD 2: They have replied, offered any ways to resolve the situation and were nice in general. Got tickets for return visit.
UPD 3: We went to visit again, this time at the entrance they told us about the closing hours (although after scanning the ticket, so a bit too late. And we learned they're open until 7. Those signs with hours should definitely be put on the entrance doors in big letters). This time we had more fun, finally having a chance to see the horror, scifi, and fantasy exhibitions, plus the current special "the queen within", which was colourful. Overall, the experience finally was nice.
Wonderful museum. Mostly geared towards older kids and adults. Some things would be of interest to those under 12 but not all. I enjoyed reading about and getting to see many things about Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Prince, Sci-fi props, Fantasy, and the musical lab.
