I can't speak highly enough about Chin and the rest of the crew at Kia in Wallingford. I just returned for my second consecutive lease, and my wife is about to do the same. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and offer a comfortable experience rather than being rushed into a detail. Highly recommend Chin but haven't yet run into anyone there I didn't care for, and I would say so if I did.
