I can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge these folks have. The Evernet team has been there for me and my business for years and I can't imagine having another group manage our IT. They've kept us up and running, responding to small issues and on the other end of the spectrum they've helped us with some larger upgrade projects that have proven successful each and every time. I highly recommend them with no reservations.

We started working with Evernet when we wanted to upgrade our server and our current IT company could not take on the job. We love working with Eric and his team. Our migration was seamless and it was complicated! We love how our account was set up to "house all our outside software so renewals are smooth. Tech support on all issues small (as in "how do I reset Outlook to provide a list view?") and large are answered well and with a great response time. Love Ken! Two days before Christmas, I intended to work on my office desktop remotely, using my laptop at a location 1,400 miles away. Two issues arose with the laptop, preventing me from accessing my office computer, and thereby threating the rest of my vacation. I reached out to my usual Evernet contact, Paul. He hooked me up with an Evernet Network Administrator named Wes. I spoke with Wes. He called back at the exact time he promised to call, having investigated the problem. He took control of my laptop remotely and, over a couple of hours, he fixed both issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and efficient. The laptop continued to work properly for the rest of the vacation. Thank you very much.

I am an Evernet customer through my husband's office and a travel agent working from home....Invariably being an "elderly" person, I have issues with my computer....Initially I tried recitfying these issues with my IT person through my travel agency but when a call back took 2 or more days I decided to go through Evernet....I must tell you that Ken Taylor with whom I work almost exclusively has been a "prince"....He is kind, extremely, extremely patient and gets back to me within a very short period of time....and he ALWAYS is able to correct any problem that I may have. Horrible company! I rarely write reviews but as a small business owner I cant in good conscious not inform others of my recent experience. I had worked with a local IT company that was acquired by Evernet Consulting so thought I would be getting the same service and treatment. it was the exact opposite, the new staff I was dealing with was inexperienced and lacked the ability to provide resolution. they took 2-3 days just to return calls and the ticket times to get a resolution were very long. I assume so they could charge the ridiculous rate of $120!! which was double what I was previous paying. when I contacted the owner Eric Buhrendorf, he was not interested in providing any resolution.

Professional and responsive. A step above the standard IT company. Cares about the end result of the Client being happy and puts extra steps to make sure that happens. Great to work with!
