Highly recommend! We have worked with Evernet for over 10 years and have nothing but good things to say! They solve problems, are professional, and provide excellent customer service! We started working with Evernet when we wanted to upgrade our server and our current IT company could not take on the job. We called Evernet and Eric and his team came on site and took care of everything. The team at Evernet realize that a business can not have down time due to computer issues. They are able to work around our business schedule, coming in after hours and even on weekends, to make sure our system is running at 100%! In regard to customer service, the response time from the team from a phone call or email is very fast. I sent an email last week and received a response from Doug immediately! He not only responded, but also told me that they were already aware, and would take care of everything when the time comes! Evernet is a great company to work with, I highly recommend.
