In the interview you are deceived by the promise of high production values, and you can even triple your earnings. Everything so that you accept to be hired for the VERY LOW salary they pay. After training, you discover that the job is not for 1 person only, which makes the routine super tiring, and besides, there is no time to leave the office. They play activities after their schedule ends, and put psychological pressure on you to stay. And the hours you stay after hours are not paid as extra. They do hour bank and exactly at the end of the month, coincidentally when you are close to hitting the goal, they leave you at home, some even stay for 1 week. That way you don't hit the "absurd goal" stipulated by them, and for that reason you don't receive production, and you still don't have a meal / food ticket proportional to the days they left you at home. For those in need, it is better than standing still, but I would not recommend it to anyone. Stress, fatigue, debt, No time for social life and low pay.
