Hilltop Pawnshop Review

Absolutely love this place!!! Great staff!!! Friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommend by me, friends, and family.

I've been going here for years and they have always treated me fair and they are amazing people. I went in yesterday and I always deal with Ralph and he always has me laughing and smiling. Yesterday he made my whole day since I've been a loyal customer I was given a speedway gift card. I really appreciate them and all they do for their customers!!!!

I've been to a few different pawns and Hilltop Pawnshop is the best one I've been to. Ralph is a cool guy who looks out for the customers and always gives me a decent price. And to beat it all, after your 10th pawn you get a $25 gift card to speedway. Walked away with money and a free tank of gas!

First thing you see when you enter is trash everywhere. Scattered (probably stolen) broken xbox 360 s, old outdated monitors, stuff you could find at the goodwill for much cheaper.

There was a jewelry cabinet but I was there to sell a laptop that has a 400 dollar value on eBay, figured why not save the time listing it. The elderly gentleman flashed a tiny flashlight on the outside of it, said it was too old, didn t even open it or read specs.

Everything in this store is older than dirt. Must be one of those business that thrives on taken advantage of people or stolen goods. Seems sketchy enough to.

Wow I was hung up on for asking if my old moped witch is valuable when fixed up was an option it's a steal 2 grand for this 200 fix I just want it out of my garage you must be mad not to take this deal and hanging up on me won't get you it

Blight on the neighborhood- more business are going up in the area that have cameras.. more neighbors have cameras that identify and report individuals who are stealing from them..it is just a matter of time before this place is shut down

One of The best Pawn shop's columbus ! If they don't have it in store they'll have it on Ebay & they are more than willing to honestly help out honest people !

This pawnshop has always treated me fair. I ask for 45.00 the man said no sorry that would not be fair to you I will give you 75.00. Wow what other place would do that. Great place.

They are always fair and honest me and mu husband has been coming to this shop for over 20 years and they have always gave us a fair value for our items we have sold or pawned unlike their competitors up the street that rip you off i would highly recommend hilltop pawn shop over levs pawn any day keep up the good work hilltop pawn......

These people are good honest and caring folks. Had my first experience in a pawn shop and from the reviews they exceeded my expectations. I will go no where else in Columbus and surrounding! You all have won all my business!!!

This is Jason Washington I just want to say I love this pawn shop I'm 35 and I have been coming here since I was 18 they're very very nice ppl vary respectful and always gives me what I need I just want to say thank you very much!!

They grossly underestimated the value of the product that I sold them. And one of the men working there was a bit rude. I'd recommend going to other pawn shops first

Great place and great customer services. Nice friendly staff and was in and out fairly fast.

Though this place looks a little run down dont let looks fool you. These people are nice and run an honest buisness. Ive pawned here several times and havt had any problems.

I live near many other places I could go but I prefer Hilltop because the people are genuine and have always treated me with respect. I've found that they are always firm but fair. Also, I got a sick little 10" crash/splash I think for like $20 that I ended up putting on my 14" crash upside down for my drumset and it sounds siiiiiick.

Overall its an okay place but the caucasian man is very rude, if they would replace him with a more customer service oriented employee, I'm sure they would have more customers. He is extremely rude in person and through the phone.

ZERO STARS!!! TERRIBLE MONEY GRUBBING PEOPLE THAT WILL LOWBALL YOU ON ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU HAVE THEN RESELL AT A 1000% MARK UP

They are great people I will always do business just because of nice and honesty

Always gives me close to what im looking for or what i am needing and buys everything i bring him.....

~I highly recommend checking out their place. The Gentleman that waited on me was extremely nice & thorough. I was happy with the outcome!!
