I am an Evernet customer through my husband's office and a travel agent working from home....Invariably being an "elderly" person, I have issues with my computer....Initially I tried recitfying these issues with my IT person through my travel agency but when a call back took 2 or more days I decided to go through Evernet....I must tell you that Ken Taylor with whom I work almost exclusively has been a "prince"....He is kind, extremely, extremely patient and gets back to me within a very short period of time....and he ALWAYS is able to correct any problem that I may have. I have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for him and am so appreciative of the time and effort he puts forth to get me on the right track again....Kudos to Evernet for having Ken on their staff!!!
