Everyone was so nice! I walked in and could tell they were super busy but everyone went out of their way to help me! Ray was the one to finalize everything and update me on my car! He was extremely nice and made me feel like a priority! Great experience and would definitely recommend!

And after a very bad experience at their sister store (hickory used car superstore) I have to say they made it right and I will defiantly be back soon to purchase my wife s next vehicle. My salesman was named bo. So ask for him and he will do you all a great job.

My wife an I purchased a used certified 2012 SRX cadillac from the hickory store.we had the car an few days an was not happy with the size of the car try to trade for a different car but they tired too get me for $10,000 an wasn't about to get screw over,an now with only 57,000 miles on the car it just had to have 3 wheel bearings, my wife an 17 month old son ride in this car everyday wheel bearing is a safety an been a mechanic myself I don't see a car or anything with 57k miles have 3 bad wheel bearings then my extra $3000 warranty plan y'all sold me wouldn't cover the third bearing an I had asked to speak to Dave Everett an was promised to get to talk to him an never have yet so yea I'm very unsatisfied with this car until someone makes it right to me!!!! I still want to Dave Everett Colt Abernathy

Was quoted about half the price over the phone...was quoted 179.00 for trans filter and fluid change over the phone...when I arrived the quote was 298.00...not good
Sherman Powell and the Everett team did an amazing job with my preowned 2018 GMC Yukon. I had acquired about this car from online, which had been traded in just the day prior to me purchasing. Sherman was able to work with me to settle on pricing and trade in value of my current vehicle giving me full out the door pricing over the phone and sending me a fully agreed upon pricing sheet prior to me even leaving the house. This was perfect as I am located 3 hours from the dealership and didn't want to make the drive just to play price games. When I arrived the car was exactly as described and pictured. The team did an amazing job going through all the mechanical and detailing work with the car only on the lot for 24 hours. Additionally, when I arrived I was informed the pricing would be slightly cheaper than we agreed upon on the phone and pricing sheet. This was due to me transferring tags rather than getting new. The fact this savings was transferred to me rather than being absorbed into the total cost we previously agreed upon gave me even more respect for Sherman and Everett. I would definitely recommend Sherman & Everett Chevrolet to anyone regardless of if you are local or shopping online as I did.

Bought my truck here a year ago without any issues. Two weeks ago my truck overheated out of nowhere, set a check engine light and started leaking coolant on my passenger floorboard. This happened on a thursday morning- i pulled over and called everett. I got in touch with a service advisor and explained everything to the young lady. She proceeded to tell me that her next opening is the following tuesday and "i should be ok driving the vehicle until then" I'm not sure if she had zero knowledge of automotive systems or if she just didn't care, but driving a car with a massive coolant leak WILL cause engine failure. I hung up and called Marty @ everett in morganton and he had me immediatly bring it in- he then made room in the schedule and got the problem addressed. I will never return to the Hickory location.
Kudos to Rusty Lutz, Ryan Hoke and JR Dula for a wonderful experience purchasing my previously owned Cadillac SRX. From beginning to end--all of 2 days--the experience was non-pressured and relaxed.

If I could leave a negative review I would. The people there as SO UNPROFESSIONAL. If you call up there, the first person you speak to doesnt listen to your needs, I was rerouted multiple times ont OP of getting hung up on, she argued about that when I brought it up. If you talk to Jessica in services be prepared for a ditz, I dint think her elevator reaches the top floor. If you talk to emily is the WORST OF THEM ALL in customer services, be prepared for her to say multiple time "I understand..." and then cutt you off while your talking. Never have I been so frustrated with a company, it is not worth your money nor the time. I recommend everyone to go somewhere else, you are likely to get a better deal and more quality service. I will be contacting corporate.

I just bought a used 2008 Chrysler Town & Country from Everett. I live 2.5 hours away so the majority of this deal was done sight unseen. We found the van on eBay and contacted sales. We asked specifically if the van had BlueTooth and were told it did. We closed the deal via phone then drove down there a couple days later to drive it and finalize the purchase.
Upon driving the van home after the purchase we discovered that the van does not indeed have BlueTooth. I have contacted Everett to let them know this. At first they continued to tell me it did have BlueTooth and it was a problem with my phone. I hadn't even attempted to connect my phone so that is not the issue. When you press the bluetooth button in the van it says on the screen "Not equipped with UConnect". I have called my local Chrysler dealer and they told me that this van does not have BlueTooth and it is in the $500 range to add it.
Everett has still not let me know if they are going to make this right. I took their word as professional car dealer and bought this van only to find out that a $500 feature they told me it had is not present. This is one of three main features we were looking for.
Very frustrated and expecting them to make this right. Being told the van had BlueTooth was a huge reason we purchased it. Had we been told the truth we probably would have found another one that had it.
Edit: They did finally pay for the van to have BlueTooth added. I had to pressure them a fair amount but they did come through and do the right thing. It was very much appreciated.
I had my broken down motorhome towed here because it has a GM chassis. They gave me an appointment, accepted the job (never should have) and I told them TIME was my most motivating factor (not money, go figure..) For the 3 days my motorhome was sitting in their lot if I wanted an update, I had to call or stop by. They never called. And when I called for an update they were so wishy-washy it was obvious they hadn't put the real effort into diagnosing. So fast forward three days and I'm on the lot at 3 p.m. and realize they don't even know the electrical diagram of my motorhome! They've been staring at it this whole time and just basically admitted they don't know what they're looking at even though it's a GM product. Those electrical diagrams are easily obtained online so with 10 minutes I printed them the diagram. I threw a small well-mannered fit and got the boss dude looking at it. 15 MINUTES LATER THE BOSS HAD IT DIAGNOSED AND FIXED.
And guess what? It was the problem I had suggested on Monday at 8 a.m. But no one freaking listens to a girl. Especially not men working with cars(Joey). So 3 days later it's what I suggested (a loose wire in the ignition switch). I lost 3 days. Thankfully they didn't charge me. But they did leave me with a gift. Someone from that shop pissed on my tire. It's way too high to have been a dog and there aren't any stray dogs around there anyways. A professional from this shop peed on my tire!
Worst ever..cant believe with all the so called ASE TECHS that they ruined my car...two days after i drove my car to them i was told it wouldnt start and they pushed it outside behind the bussiness.had custom wheels and stereo equipment in it..i am highly pissed..its life rite WRONG..i want my car to be treated like everyone else cars...two days to tell me it was misfiring and might have jumped timing..we suggest you replace the motor..all these MIGHTS BUT NO REAL ANSWERS..MIND YOU I DROVE THE CAR THERE TO YOU..ONLY TO HAVE TO HAD IT TOWED AWAY FROM YOUR BUSSINESS...YOU WILL NOT GET MY BUSSINESS EVER..ONE CUSTOMER CANT CLOSE YOUR DOORS BUT I HOPE YOU RETRAIN YOUR TECHS BETTER AND GIVE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS @ HAND...THANKS FOR NOTHING

I found a used vehicle at Everett online. My wife and I live over two hours from the dealership, so I wanted to get as much information about the car as possible before I made the trip. I called and was transferred to Neil Parsons who was very friendly and helpful. He volunteered to do a walk around of the car and send detailed pictures of anything I wanted to see as well as any issues he found. He also emailed me all the information the dealership had on the car. Feeling well enough informed at this point, we decided to make the drive to see the vehicle. Upon arrival I noticed that this was the most organized, well put together lot that I have possibly ever seen. Vehicles were parked in perfectly straight rows and well organized. It is clear that the owners and employees take pride in this business. The showroom was up to date and clean and we were offered snacks and coffee. The vehicle was in just as good if not better condition than Neil described. We took a test drive and noticed a plastic cover loose and making noise on the underside of the car. Upon return to the dealership, Neil took the car into the service department himself and addressed the loose part since the service department was closed (Saturday evening). I had never seen a car salesman get their hands dirty. He allowed me to take a look under the car myself while it was back there. We made a deal under no pressure whatsoever. It was my understanding that the regular business/finance manager was off that day. The business manager we dealt with was Phillip. He was fairly efficient at what he did and had us on our way without a lot of hassle. I would highly recommend Neil Parsons. Because of him, my wife and I feel that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had in our lifetime of 20 or more car purchases.
I brought myself my dream truck here at Everett Chevrolet in Hickory, NC in December 2019. I live 33 miles away. After putting down about half what I paid for the truck which was high priced as a deposit I was back at the dealership 3 weeks later. My truck information system kept blanking out on me. I brought it back waited for it all day. They informed me it was good. I take it home. one week later the information system drops as I'm hauling my 30 ft Camper. I bring it back. They tell me they were going to.keep my truck and put in a new information system. They gave me a loaner to use the very next day they tell me to return the vehicle as the information systems are on back order. keep in mind I live 33 miles away. I returned the loaner. Guessing about a week or so later they call me and said the part came in. I brought my truck in they had it for 2 days. I got my truck when they said it was finished. I'm in my truck loaded with camper in tow backing up to campsite happy about the tow assist that again could not help me because the information system went blank again." They said they put in a new information system" OK, The Pandemic hits and were on quarantine after about 2 week of getting my vehicle so it's parked for 2 months. We are now off quarantine. I get in my vehicle the information system comes on I"m happy for about the first 10 minted into my drive the information shuts down again. I drive fro 30 minutes before it comes back on. Today 6/1/2020 I have another loaner. I spent more time at this dealership then in my truck. It's a nice looking 2019 Trail Boss. I'm just telling my story now while I trying to keep faith in this company. This is not good. I will let you know how this turns out. I'm not a happy camper buying a tow assist truck that doesn't work for my camper. I question if they really put in a new information system. This story is called they killed my dream. I gave two stars one for the excellent customer service that Mariah gives and for having my dream truck there. But they killed my dream of being happy with it. :-(
Immediately after leaving your location, the service tire pressure light came on. When I got home I checked all tires and pressure was correct. Apparently when they rotated the tires they did nor reset the computer or at least not correctly. I know tire sensors go bad but the fact that it happened right you facility is unlikely. If the light does not go out in a few days I will come by and have it reset correctly.
Was searching to trade my ATS Caddy for a SRX Caddy. Found one online at Everette Chevy and made a call. Cody Dula (sales rep) worked with me and we made a good deal over the phone. When I arrived, Cody had everything ready for me in order to save time. After a short test drive I was well pleased with the SRX. I was introduced to Cathy Crisp (finance manager) who worked with me to get me an outstanding interest rate and closed the deal. I live in West Virginia which is 2 hrs. and 40 minutes away. Cody, Cathy and Everette Chevy made it worth the drive.
I called Everett Chevrolet on Friday and representative Katrina said they had the GMC I was asking about.I told her I would be down Saturday and look at the vehicle. Katrina told me that the vehicle would be washed and warmed up when I got there. I told them I would be down there between 9:30 or 10:00 and I was running late and salesman Conrad Smith called me and ask if I was still coming to look at the vehicle. I said I am sorry I am running late and would be about a hour late Conrad said that would be fine he would be waiting for me. When I arrived Conrad greeted me at the door. Conrad showed me the truck and it looked like new it just shinned. Conrad went over the truck with me and explained things about the truck he even sinked my phone to the truck and activated On Star The paper work went smooth and fast Conrad is knowledgeable about his job and has a good personality. The financial people were friendly and fast as well. Best experience I ever had trading a vehicle. When I got home my wife thought I had bought a new truck it looked so good. Rick Matheson
I have been going to Everett for service for about a year. It is a 30 minute drive. But the Truck service center is Great!! Kris is a very good service advisor and helps keep the truck serviced and on the road with out trying to over sell. First Class operation there. Highly recommend Kris and Everett Service Dept.

Ashley did a wonderful job explaining the necessary services for my truck and showed me how having my vehicle s alignment adjusted would save my tires from uneven wear (new tires are expensive!). Our delivery van was stolen and recovered. We had to change locks and have some other things done and needed our van back asap. They got the lock kit in and got us done in 2 days to get us back to full operation!
