If you call up there, the first person you speak to doesnt listen to your needs, I was rerouted multiple times ont OP of getting hung up on, she argued about that when I brought it up. If you talk to Jessica in services be prepared for a ditz, I dint think her elevator reaches the top floor. If you talk to emily is the WORST OF THEM ALL in customer services, be prepared for her to say multiple time "I understand..." and then cutt you off while your talking. Never have I been so frustrated with a company, it is not worth your money nor the time. I recommend everyone to go somewhere else, you are likely to get a better deal and more quality service. I will be contacting corporate.
