Even though I didn't buy my truck there, Kyle in the service department really went out of his way to help me out. They have a big brand backing them but still act like a small town shop. Good people.

These guys responded with desperation before I bought a vehicle from them, since then, they have vanished, refusing to answer any questions. In less than THREE Weeks after buying a used vehicle, the Power Steering Pump had to be replaced along with the A/C Compressor. It appears they knew the A/C Compressor was in need of replacement prior to selling the vehicle. I would not recommend buying from this dealership.

The service department does good job in timely manner. Feel like job was performed as I wanted. Never had bad experience but I do think the dealership prices are outrageous! One thing I will be honest about is that when people have to take in there vehicles for service they shouldn t have to bring the bank with them!

Wasted hours with this joke of a dealership. Spoke with Kamby, Barry, and Phil. All of which were supposed to be professional managers. No wonder they work at this store. A deposit was given on a truck after the approval was received. This was on a truck that had been there for several months. On the day we planned to get the truck, they happen to have sold it after taking a deposit the day before. Barry s response was 10-4 after I asked how this happened and explained the frustration. How professional. Some training may help these people increase their sales and review score.

As always, Kyle was great to work with. He provided guidance on future work to be done based on mileage, which helps with my planning. My oil change and tire rotation was done quickly. Scheduling service, whether online or by phone is easy, and I like the reminders we receive. They are helpful for a busy schedule like mine. My home base is Chapel Hill. But, I will always bring my truck to Everett for service.

I recently purchased a GMC Acadia at Carmax in Hickory. The check engine light came on 5 weeks after purchase. I called Carmax s service department and was told rather than bringing the car back to Hickory, I could take it to Everett and Carmax would arrange telephone credit card approval for needed repair. This was late afternoon. First thing the following morning, I phoned Everett s Service Department and relayed message from Carmax. I was told to bring the car over and they would check it out. Check into the service department was efficient, painless, and pleasant. Within a few minutes of arrival, I was directed to comfortable waiting area with socially distant seating while diagnostic assessment began. A short while later, I was informed of the problem, that the part was in stock, and they would complete the work as quickly as possible. Approximately 1.5 hours later, I was on my way - well within the 1-4 hour window I had been advised it could take to diagnose and correct problem. And the best part - the part was under warranty and neither Carmax nor I incurred a bill and I didn t have to travel to Hickory. The experience was totally positive. They will likely get repeat business.

You know the stigma of a car dealership: high-pressure tactics, following you around the lot, trying to tack on useless protections, it goes on and on. But not here. Neil Parsons is the most laid back, congenial guy I have ever met. No pressure, very knowledgeable and courteous, a true gentleman. We could not find a vehicle that suited our needs, so Neil went on line and found exactly what we were looking for, had it transferred from another dealership, washed and detailed the car and filled it with gas. Seamless transition. I went in with financing already approved by my bank. He worked with his finance guy to get me a better rate. We did not know how to use some of the technology included with the car. Neil took time to show us every bell and whistle and how to operate them. All the while, making sure we were completely satisfied with our experience. We left the dealership happy with everything. If I am ever in the market for another car, I will go back to Neil, because Neil is the real deal!!!

Great people to work with on buying a vehicle. Ron was a great sale person, asked questions, and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. They respected me, not your typical car dealership where I am usually treated like a nobody because I am a woman. Thank you Ron and Neal! Very polite on the phone. Horrible in person. Took 30 minutes to drop off my vehicle. Ignored 15 of those 30. Got a phone call an hour later saying the part to fix the scheduled recall was not in stock, after all. I was called a week later to set up the appointment again. I asked to make sure the part was in. She said she didn t know and would call me back. She called back two days later and said Whoops, the part is not in after all. Scheduled the next week. Took another 30 minutes to drop off the vehicle. I have no idea if they performed the recalls correctly or not, but they do not give me any sense of confidence in their abilities.

Hands down the best service from a dealership i have ever received. On a road trip, check engine light came on with secondary engine problematic indications while hauling a uhaul trailer with kayaks on the roof and this was the closest dealership on the interstate. Thank goodness that the case. Kyle got me in and out of the shop in well under the expected time with top notch customer service. I am beyond impressed and thankful to this department. Really appreciate the help y'all!

Service center employee was very friendly but service was very slow and wasn't complete as stated on the receipt. Paid for the 3 Everett Cares is the only reason I continue to return. Thank goodness this was my last one because it took an hour and 30 minutes to change oil, rotate tires and do the 3 multi-point inspection. They are suppose to check air pressure as part of this service or so the receipt says they did but they never touched the air pressure. My air pressure was on 30 psi going in and was still at 30 wben I received it and the door plainly states they need to be 35. I'm assuming they did the other things such as rotate the tires but since they didn't air my tires up who can trust them to have done the other.

My husband and I went in with no intention of purchasing today. We spoke to a gentleman by the name of Kevin, he allowed us to test drive a vehicle. Of course after doing so I was in love with the car and we decided to buy it. Kevin was so nice we ended up buying 2 vehicles. Kevin was a great salesman! He not only kept us laughing with great stories, he was so sweet to our boys. He also made the whole process quick and painless for us. I expect more from a service department that charges over $50 for an oil change. When I ask for all my fluid levels and tires to be checked because I'm going on a long trip, then I expect just that. I took my vehicle to a near by tire store where they double checked my fluid levels and my tires. My washer fluid and antifreeze were low and three of my four tires had metal showing; however, I was told everything was good including my tires. All I can say is, WOW and I probably won't be back.

My car has a check engine light on yesterday, I took it in to get checked, and the part I need fixed is 900 bucks, plus I paid 106 bucks for testing.. only to be told my emissions warranty was expired. My warranty has NOT expired, it's good until 3/11/2021. So who ever told the guy that was working on my car was not listening to me when I told them it was still under warranty.. Mason Sheets is the person who I was dealing with and it was like talking to a wall. I'm not happy at all with the service I experienced yesterday plus I'm out 106.00.

Purchased new tires for my Camaro and the idiot that installed them scratched my rims with the tire changer and had his dirty hands all over my car. On top of that he placed the lift supports, from the first bay to the right, on my rocker panels and bent the metal strips where they attach to the frame. I went to the dealer so they would take care of my car and it did not happen. My car is 5 years old and has less than 30k miles and is show car quality. You won't get a second chance with me and I will tell everyone I know. You should terminate the bonehead that did this. Very disappointing.

Inquiring about a used truck seen on website and carfax. Talked with a person on the phone about said truck and was assured that a salesperson would either call, text, or email with asked information. Told the same person on the phone that was interested in coming by on Saturday. Then, on Saturday morning got an email about the truck. Telling that it was a great pick, and that they were ready to show the truck when I arrived. Drove 2 hours to the dealership, driving through the lot, couldn't see the said truck in the lot with all the other vehicles. Got out and walked around through the different vehicles, still not seeing it. Saw several different salesmen out and around, and not a single person asked to help. Went inside and walked through the showroom and not a single person there offered. Asked a grey haired gentleman if he could help me, only to be told that he was waiting for his lunch to be delivered and that he didn't have any time for me. Feel as though was led here under false pretenses, feel like there isn't any customer relations required at this so-called place to purchase a vehicle. All that was observed was that they were trying to get whoever came in, to look at new vehicles only.

Spent 30k on a 3 year old Ford expedition. First day I heard humming so brought it to my mechanic. I was surprised when he told me it needed a new rear end due to water getting inside and overheating. Brought it back to everett. The next day they said it was fixed. All they did was change the fluid. Still humming. Still bad. So after arguing with them and driving with them in the truck they say that NOW they can hear it, and would look at it. Next day they call and tell me it needs a new rear end. OK. They say they will pay half. Was not happy at all. They agreed to pay 3/4. Ok. Still not happy but It hurts alot less. Waiting 2 weeks for rear end to arrive, I dropped off the truck, 2 days later they are done. When I pick it up, drive home, look underneath.. I see my old rear end Still under the truck. After agreeing to replace it new, they installed a junk yard rear differential, claiming that this is a remanufactured differential and charged me the same price I was told for the new rear end replacement. Can't trust this dealership. Buy elsewhere.

One of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had, and I've bought over 50 cars since 1990. Jordan was very nice and we did everything via the internet. They gave me a great deal on a new 2020 Camaro SS 1LE, and did me right on my 2017 Camaro SS trade. The finance manager was painless, the whole deal was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. High recommend! No big city circus act here, just great small town laid back atmosphere.
