My wife an I purchased a used certified 2012 SRX cadillac from the hickory store.we had the car an few days an was not happy with the size of the car try to trade for a different car but they tired too get me for $10,000 an wasn't about to get screw over,an now with only 57,000 miles on the car it just had to have 3 wheel bearings, my wife an 17 month old son ride in this car everyday wheel bearing is a safety an been a mechanic myself I don't see a car or anything with 57k miles have 3 bad wheel bearings then my extra $3000 warranty plan y'all sold me wouldn't cover the third bearing an I had asked to speak to Dave Everett an was promised to get to talk to him an never have yet so yea I'm very unsatisfied with this car until someone makes it right to me!!!! I still want to Dave Everett
