2 weeks and still waiting..but they sure took my money fast.
For the refinance on my house an eValuation Zone appraiser did the appraisal. He was both courteous and professional and I was happy with the end result.
Most terrible experience with appraisal in my life... they double billed took over 2 weeks to send in appraisal to loan officer. Never use them ever... I will never recommend this group.
