Eurostars Madrid Tower 5***** Review

If we like the views of Madrid, what better than one of the gigantic towers of the Castellana complex? For that we can spend a night in this hotel, where they also have a high spa from where, while we take a relaxing bath, we can contemplate the city in all its splendor. I recommend the hour between 22 and 23. The prices, according to the luxury, but booking in advance they leave quite reasonable. Ideal to surprise your partner.

After all the great party of our wedding we decided to go to spend the wedding night and rest a few days in this hotel because we like its views very much and in the north of Madrid it is very well located.
The rooms are comfortable and very large, how we did not hire the wedding couple did not give us any special attention or decoration in the room.
The very varied and rich buffet while forgetting the impressive views of Madrid from the heights.

Nice modern hotel, closer to the Metro in Madrid. A little far from town, but handy for the IFEMA. Rooms are very contemporary, but a little dark for my liking.

Deception. Five star hotel that does not receive you even with a free bottle of water.
At breakfast they did not have gluten-free products, when they requested it they only had gluten-free bread that I did not drink because after 25mn of waiting I had to leave.
I expected more.

We spent the night of January 24 staying at the hotel and there was no heating, it was cold in the room. We notified reception and they told us they were sending a technician, but they never came. When we left I said it at the reception and all they answered was a 'I'm sorry'. Very disappointing to go to sleep at a 5 * hotel and be cold. Disappointing, I don't think I'll come back.

Attention and breakfast on the 30th floor included with the room

Everything very clean, very nice and very luxurious. In the hotel bar the food is very good but very expensive, and there is no option to find a restaurant in the surroundings because it is on the outskirts and there is nothing.

Disappointing for a 5 *! The hotel is very nice, but a lot is left to be desired. No toilet paper in the toilets! First time I see this! Cotton swabs and make-up removal discs were also missing. Only amenities: shampoo, gel and cream + dental set. Minimum for a hotel of this category! The TV was not working either. However, they were quick to come!
Varied breakfast but once again not up to its category! Industrial type pastries, bad coffee, breads that are not very diverse (almost all white and crumb, no rye bread for example). Expensive price quality! Apart from the height ... and again the views of the construction site and the tower opposite (however the hotel was by far not full, no interest! We will not be going back!

We spent the wedding night there as a gift from a friend.

The hotel has incredible views and the room with living room and suite was perfect.
I also recommend the breakfast that was perfect.

As for the price I can not comment because it was a gift but totally recommended.

I was literally offered a very low price and did not require any collateral or credit cards for pre-authorization, and this is at almost complete settlement when there was a queue for breakfast. I also liked the spa on the 29th floor. I advise everyone to choose this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

I was lucky to be able to give my girlfriend a night in this hotel, the hotel is wonderful, we stayed in a Skyline room, with wonderful views in an ideal environment like this hotel, a hotel where they treat incredible to his clients, I have not been in a hotel where they treated me better. Book a room, and before going for physical reasons, call the hotel to ask if they had valet parking and someone to carry our suitcases, they told me yes, and when the valets themselves arrived they did not want to park my car because it was not a car of luxury and they did not want me to bring my suitcases to the room nor did they let me park in the reserved for clients that they have at the door of the hotel, they made me go find the parking that is far from the hotel and badly located (almost impossible to find), the valets got aggressive and rude threatening to call the police if I parked in the guest area

We did not find the difference with a 4 star hotel. The rooms are spacious although I would watch the fan noise. The air regulator did not work properly. One of the nights they closed the bar area for a particular party and we had no choice of having a drink if it was not asking for it in the room itself. We were uncomfortable with this because we thought that a hotel with this category should think about the rest of its clients. In general the service very good and its workers very attentive and helpful.

SPA. We were given, one hour in the spa, the truth, to belong to a hotel 5 *****, we expected more than a small Turkish bath and sauna that even having good views also left to be desired in relation to the size, the jacuzzi It was not bad ... although it was not anything to write home about either.
