Five Star Hotel with a two star staff, except for the restaurant staff. They were excellent! Don't stay here without the free breakfast. It is the best. Many issues with the room lock and key. Overpriced bar.

Very good hotel with good food and very well maintained room. Small spa but with. Very good views, same as the massage room. It's not the best tower if you're looking for panoramic views, but still, it's pretty good. Can be repeated

Incredible luxury hotel, we had thought of celebrating it in our city (Pamplona) in the castle of Gorraiz and for a change we chose Madrid, the truth is that we have been very satisfied and this hotel has exceeded our expectations.
The staff was very friendly and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Exceptional buffet breakfast and beautiful views. We celebrate our thirtieth anniversary and the romantic pack is quite the size. My wife was delighted with the service they gave us. It is very impressive at sunrise and being above the clouds, our room was one of the highest.

What is expected of a 5 star, simply spectacular, very nice views of Madrid. The rooms domotizadas, super clean and very modern. Very large beds and in the center of madrid, the best restaurant on the 30th floor. I will surely return, since the place is perfect and in the center of madrid.

It is a beautiful, elegant and majestic building, it looks bigger on the outside than it really is on the inside.
I don't give it 5 stars for a little, the whole hotel is very functional for businessmen, meetings and company events, but the rooms are a bit small for my liking in a 5 star. The breakfasts on its 30th floor and with a cloudless daybreak in Madrid, are really spectacular.

With the AirB & B application there are better accommodations than this place so we are going to use taxis that pay taxes if we have black cars so we will use hotels if we have the Air B & B application that has better accommodations and everything cheaper because they do not pay taxes.
And then you complain about the Tourist Apartments when you do the same with the taxis ask the customer where they are going and if the service is long to the black car presumably to charge more commission and if they go nearby, they take to the taxi stop a hotel 5 stars doing these practices ....

I go frequently, the truth is that it is a great hotel without a doubt.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and offer unbeatable views. The facilities are incredible and the service by the staff has always been perfect.

Another thing to highlight is the breakfast buffet that has, is incredible.

Being five stars I thought the deal would be different. They had me waiting for quite a while at the reception, there were a couple of buttons at the entrance that I found somewhat rude. They put us in the room twice to bring us things they might have left earlier or given us at reception. Even so, spectacular views and a great comfortable bed.

To be a 5 star hotel leaves a lot to be desired. At reception not very good treatment, very modern without any explanation. We were in a meeting and we all commented the same thing and that served as an example, how to start the shower, we all took an eternity. I repeat, I think they are giving away stars

Sleep in the sky of Madrid. Excellent hotel I stayed in one of the top floor suites and I have to say that the room was amazing. I could also enjoy the Spa with views that have totally recommended to enjoy at sunset

Disappointing.

Last April 30 we stayed for our wedding night with the promotion "My Heaven and my wedding night", with a supplement of 121 which includes: access to the spa, bottle of cava and strawberries with chocolate and late check out at 3:00 p.m.

Days before we reserve the spa time for 8pm; when checking in they confirm it to us as well. But when we arrive at the spa, they tell us that we have the reservation at 9:00 p.m., in addition to wanting to charge us even if it is included ... Finally, after discussing a bit, we managed to enter the spa at 8:10 p.m. Total lack of communication between departments.

When we went up to the room after checking in, we thought that the bottle of cava and the strawberries would already be in the room, but they were not.
So we assumed that so that it did not heat up, they would upload it minutes after checking in, but neither.
So we took it for granted that the bottle and strawberries would be waiting for us in the room after the spa ... but it wasn't like that either.
Later, between going to dinner and other things ... we "forgot" about it.

The next morning, when we were checking out at around 12, we told the receptionist that the bottle and strawberries were not brought up. He said he was sorry and goodbye good morning.
We told him that we had paid a supplement of 121 in part for this and that we wanted compensation. He got in the back and told us that he would let us leave at 3:00 pm ... which we already had included in the promotion; laughing, they want to compensate us with something that we already have included!
So we tell him that we want financial compensation. The receptionist (A.S.) guarantees that they will make a refund to the account number from which we pay.

Over a week later, seeing that the refund had not arrived, we called the hotel. They knew nothing of the story. Even the receptionist no longer works there.
I tell the story to another receptionist (M.), he asks me for my information to contact me because he has to consult it.
After 4 days I do not receive any calls, so I call again. M. confirms that he has already consulted it and that they will make a transfer to me. It even asks for my account number.
After another week I don't receive any calls either ... I call again. And now he tells me that according to the administration it is impossible to make the transfer ... And that the only solution is to invite us one day to the spa, we don't even live in Madrid!
Incoherent everything!

For wanting to close the story I tell him that it is worth. I'll give it to a friend in the capital.

Totally disappointed with the treatment received. First they tell you yes so that you shut up and then no. They tell you that they are going to call you and you have to be behind them.
It seems more like a hostel deal (with all due respect) than a 5 * hotel.

As for the room itself, very normal regarding the price you pay, for that price there are much better ones.
Breakfast: good in itself, although the space is very small, narrow and cramped.

The clothes themselves are not a big deal either, since having the other tower so close limits it a lot.

Anyway, very disappointed and frustrated with the treatment received

What to say about a 5 hotel ...
The rooms with incredible views, the very comfortable bed, the huge bathroom and a huge bathtub.
The breakfast buffet; exquisite. There is everything, everything and everything. And all this taken in a very tastefully decorated room.

Staying at this hotel last year was a wonderful experience. Let's hope to repeat this whim in what remains of 2020.

Can you believe that when you check-in they demand that you pay for the stay already?
Can you believe that in the restaurant if the account is more than 200 euros you can not charge it to the room ???
Yes, is it true and boast a 5-star category? That is not a category, it is contempt for the client.
The girl at reception used the word "Regretfully .." 6 times.

Good hotel well situated in business area. Customer service is good and staff are polite. Rooms are spacious and they are well made up. The AC initially did not work but this was fixed very quickly. Breakfast has a wide variety of food, but a little overpriced. Overall, highly recommended.

It must be an expensive hotel, I've never been hosted but I was in a congress for work reasons and the truth is that on a very high floor that gave vertigo look down auqnue crystals are prepared so you do not dizzy. It is an impressive building.

Spectacular hotel and a deal of 10. We went to the spa with 15 minutes each massage (you can choose from several) and it was great. We were practically alone in the spa and the facilities are very good. The phenomenal views. To repeat without doubt.

The hotel and the great facilities. But transport a shit. It has cost me more expensive to go to Atocha in a VTC than it would have cost me to go in a conventional taxi. There is a taxi rank in the same door. A shame!!

Absolute incompetence and informality when booking Spa. They changed our reservation twice, they did not offer us the treatment we had booked and they did not even warn us, we had to find out because we had the precaution of confirming the reservation.

As a business center, it is not very well achieved. The meeting rooms on the 28th floor are unattended. Those on the ground floor do not have anything special. I do not value it as a hotel but as a venue for an event and there are many other places with better services and more charm.

Despite being located in the Four Towers of Madrid and having unbeatable facilities and overwhelming views, for me the best is the staff that works on the ground floor, behind the reception desk. All kindness, closeness and facilities.

The hotel has views of the city's skyline that are beautiful, undoubtedly a 5-star superior category within the urban area of Madrid.

5 minutes walk from the chamartin station and very well connected.

The decoration of the rooms is elegant and has some devices with home automation, such as blinds, lights, etc.

Very attentive room service, if you have any inconvenience they are here to solve it.

As for the price, it cannot be said that it is a precisely cheap hotel, but it is an affordable luxury that is worth taking advantage of.

When I stayed they gave me one of the rooms on one of the last floors of the hotel with views of all of Madrid and they were spectacular.

The views alone are worth spending one night there...

The views alone are worth spending one night there. The rest of the towers are usually closed to the general public. Waking up is quite an experience.

The four towers are buildings of rapid construction, they are a bit rough inside, but they have solved it with quite expensive designer furniture and very attractive masonry.

You can choose views of the mountains or the Castilian. Rooms from one floor are more expensive.

The service is correct, a bit weak for a five star.

In the room that I was in, instead of a bathtub there was a hydromassage shower, and due to a design problem, the room flooded (it didn't drain well). Insist on a room with a bathtub as it seems to be a widespread problem, and there may even no longer be rooms with a shower.
