Book a room, and before going for physical reasons, call the hotel to ask if they had valet parking and someone to carry our suitcases, they told me yes, and when the valets themselves arrived they did not want to park my car because it was not a car of luxury and they did not want me to bring my suitcases to the room nor did they let me park in the reserved for clients that they have at the door of the hotel, they made me go find the parking that is far from the hotel and badly located (almost impossible to find), the valets got aggressive and rude threatening to call the police if I parked in the guest area
Had to be fixed by the receptionist who was very nice and polite
The room they gave us was dirty, and poorly maintained, the distribution was very bad and the decoration was very dark.
The great bed, huge and comfortable and the average restaurant nothing to write home about
The nice but super small spa
Luckily when I left I ran into another polite and pleasant car park who wanted to lower the suitcases and bring me the car.
Disappointing all 5 stars
It is a rather 3-star hotel And the views are disappointing and we were staying on the top floor, the buildings that surround it cover the views
