At the reception - very good staff, very loyal to the guests, always with great pleasure to help solve your problems. Very beautiful views from the rooms, the whole city in full view, good rich breakfasts. Separately, I want to note loyalty to regular customers. I am at the hotel 2 times, but I always talk a lot with concierges and administrators due to the heaps of my requests and requests. For the last time, I had to extend 2 rooms for 3 nights, with payment for eviction. I was literally offered a very low price and did not require any collateral or credit cards for pre-authorization, and this is at almost complete settlement when there was a queue for breakfast. I also liked the spa on the 29th floor. I advise everyone to choose this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
