Modern hotel 5 *. Nice stay for Valentine's Day: you can play with the light in the room creating a very romantic atmosphere. Great views of Madrid from rooms like this one.

Excellent restaurant 30 floor very nice views and great food

I stayed a couple of nights and the truth was that the hotel was great. A small incident with the temperature of the air, it was a little cold and the first technician who came did not know how to fix it, I called again and another technician came up, one very nice vines. So in general very good experience.

Perfect to stay in Madrid working. Very well connected and easy access.

Ok hotel, the service to a five star hotel is lacking

I loved. All great, the staff, the included breakfast is amazing. I would repeat without a doubt. The only downside was the cleanliness ... Pretty dust.

Terrible management. Took about 40 minutes to check in, and upon leaving I was told the room had been prepaid and computers were down so could not be given a receipt. ONE YEAR AND A MONTH later I get billed for the room (again). This is a huge problem as it was business stay for a company I no longer work for, which would have billed it to the client. Hence I am left to cover the cost. The hotel was completely unsympathetic about the hassle and damage this causes me personally and frankly quite rude. For the rest food was not good, rooms were average, and the location... well! Definitely not where you d like to be if visiting Madrid. Avoid at all costs.

The meeting room is very good, but the rent is very expensive

Very good views and good service. It is not central but for meetings and visits it is very useful. The simple but very good buffet. The rooms are great.

Great spa in floor 29. Small but complete and with a stunning view from up high even in the sauna. Very recommendable!

VERY BAD.
It has been a gift from some friends for our wedding night. They have hired a double room along with a wedding pack. For what they have charged we have not seen any special details, they have also made many mistakes.
1- Do you need to wear a suit to go to the hotel? because they have stopped us where we are going when we wanted to access the room while staying there.
2- There is no privacy. My husband was taking a nap in the room, and house keeping came and they knew there was someone inside, and without giving them permission to enter the room they did what they came to do and left, sorry, in what 5 star hotel do this?
3-We have not been informed of what the wedding pack includes, but they have charged us, but well. on top we ask for breakfast to the room (this is included in the services we have hired) and above we are told that we have to pay a charge of 9 euros to take us breakfast. how?.
4- Breakfast was the same as any normal hotel, nothing special, in fact I was hungry :(
5- There is no communication between departments, because when you ask for something they do not know if you have hired them or they have to pass the charge, although they should do it automatically looking for the room number.
6- The girl at the reception was as angry, I would have liked to see something more kindness.

All this, when they arrived they wanted to charge the total amount of the stay and the contracted services being already paid by our friends. Anyway, without comments. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYTHING THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO SPEND A SPECIAL NIGHT.

Hotel of the Eurostar chain that almost said the confidence it gives you. Price with offer for booking that can be paid. Room with magnificent views on any floor and situation. The staff very friendly. Gym open twenty-four hours. Very complete breakfast Five stars well given. I will be back

I know the hotel about 3 years ago ... it is perfect price quality, attention to the perfect reception.I am almost every month, it really is from Madrid to heaven.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms with spectacular and spacious views and the hotel is very well located! The detail of the adjustable lighting we loved! The breakfast was fine but you could improve something, the coffee was not too good and little staff to replace.

Views to the Castilian and spa great attention from the excellent staff the treatment they give you.

Nice hotel and friendly staff but scored 1 star since it was very hot (that is solved with a / c) I put it and surprise at 3 am that the a / c sounds like a blender so I turn it off and sleep nothing.
Another detail the TV does not work and when you check out you tell the guy at the reception and very kind they tell you I'm just sorry .
I had good previous reviews of having stayed on this site but due to the bad night that happened and ignoring you at the reception when complaining instead of giving solutions tell you I'm sorry and do nothing I will not return.

One of the best in the world for hospitality, dine and stay. Hotel's interior design is so impressive and was a blessing to have the oppurtunity to feel the best it has to offer. Must have in the bucket list.

I stand for one of the best hotels in the capital ... by far. Both in attention and cleaning. Everything you need, you have at your disposal. Incredible views

Spectacular rooms on high floors, affordable prices in low season although quite high in medium or high. The restaurant with very high prices but very complete, breakfast is very varied and of great quality. The quality of the dream is the best I've been in Madrid, the room has domotic blinds and lighting, marble throughout the bathroom, wifi on TV, which even has Netflix. Fast lifts and of course very friendly and plentiful staff.

Business hotel closer to the airport (10mn by taxi) than the city center of Madrid, located in one of the great towers in the middle of the business district. Moreover, mainly business clientele. Nothing interesting around. Modern hotel, but without any charm. Nice benefits, but certainly not luxury. Panoramic view of the city (the suburbs?) From the rooms and the breakfast room. Spacious and well equipped rooms. Air co lacks, however, really power.

It only fails that the spa does not reach the size of 5 stars .... it is expensive and does not offer much apart from the views .....

Hotel really very nice. Some gadgets very nice in the room like electric blinds, different configuration for the light "Reading Mode" etc ... Good bedding.

Great hotel with amazing view over Madrid. Very kind welcome lobby, excellent restaurant Volvoreta at 30th floor. Wellness and SPA are available at 29th floor. Possible to book wellness treatment, massage or cosmetic with view over the city of Madrid.

For the price that has everything, it is improvable, especially the elements such as chairs, screens and others, which are somewhat neglected. The service and the situation if they are 5 stars.

I booked one hour of spa and went there with two friends from school. I booked the hour before the sunset and we could enjoy a very nice sunset. Worthwhile, the experience! We were 8 people in the spa. A bit packed, to the limit, in my opinion. Negatives: mobiles were prohibited and the only ones not using them, were my two friends and me. We complained but the ladies at the reception of the spa told us that they knew. We told them that it was very disturbing as the other guests were entering the spa with the mobile and you were in the middle of the picture. Intimacy, cero! We felt uneasy at moments. As we were not hotel guests we needed to take a shower after using the spa and hamman before going home. The shower tub in the ladies changing room was currently repaired (not in use) and we needed to cross the gym to use the ladies changing room there. For being a 5 star hotel they could equipped much better the changing room, putting shower gel and shampoo in the shower, at least. Thanks god we went prepared with everything. I was very disappointed with that. I was expecting more. Overall I enjoyed the hour with my friends, the stunning views (you are on floor 29), the hamman (here we were alone, the three of us) but the amenities could be better prepared, at least for non hotel guests.

It has very nice views, the room is well decorated and the bed is very comfortable, has a gym and spa I really like this chain of hotels always treat me great.

Good hotel but for situation and service I do not think of the best ones I've been to. Disproportionate quality-price ratio.

There is much to improve in that little hotel.
A shame that with the piece of facilities that they have and the good attention received that this Hotel is focused on men ONLY.
One does not have a bidet in the bathroom in the rooms that we choose. From the 23rd floor that has an extra charge, there is NEITHER a full-length mirror in which you can look or fix yourself, in the bathroom the light is minimal you do not have a mirror not even to put on makeup. Not even in a 3 star I have seen that. Too bad, THE BREAKFAST valued at 30 euros horrible a toaster for 100 people that there was impossible to heat the bread.
Be careful with choosing views of the Paseo de la Castellana that charge them and in my photos you will see the tower next to it that covers the whole view.
We chose it for the parking but the entrance to the same fatal seems a 3 star only.
The spa is very small, the views are positive.
Also positive is the comfortable bed but we asked for a double bed and they gave us two together which for me is extremely uncomfortable.
Hopefully they solve it.

Close to Metro station, lovely room, great view, friendly reception. Breakfast on 30th floor was excellent.

Hotel located in the four towers spectacular and with very good service. the spa that is located on one of the highest floors of the hotel is a bit small and simple for the price it has, although the views of Madrid are incredible.

Staying at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The bed was very comfortable and the room had stunning views over Madrid.

Very good service spectacular food and without words a different

We are from Galicia, my husband and I stayed at the Eurostars from 23 to 26 to spend Christmas Eve, the Cold room, the heating did not work, I ask one of the Kellys and SURPRISE they are not hired by the hotel, but by a subcontractor of ETT (temporary work company) Half of those there are no idea how the devices work, to be a 5 ***** hotel I think it's pathetic go to the hotel chain to hire TEMPORARY PEOPLE (no I recommend it to anyone) and why I can't give 0 STARS that if I don't give it to them

Top hotel, nice bar, modern decor. Breakfast very extensive with a view of the city. A little further from the center, but then again in a quieter neighborhood. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance, from fast food to culinary enjoyment.
With a bit of luck, you are just standing here with the FC Barcelona mannem on the rise.

During a weekend visit to Madrid, we were transferred by taxi to this hotel and because we did not have a very impolite reservation, we were told that when we did not have a reservation, they could not meet our request, so please ask us to ask for a taxi and They gave us a black vehicle which surprised us because when we left we saw that there were several taxis on the side of the door and when we paid for the car we understood why we charged a lot more than the taxi from the airport and the route was much smaller my question is Do these gentlemen take commission for cheating customers?

U superior hotel, in addition to the luxury with good rooms, to highlight the views .... especially the Rte located on the 30th floor. I only put a defect and is that it is located far from the center.

The service not that much I ordered a plug for my phone and they said we will send it to you then they said we don't have !! The bed not comfortable at all and the pillows are hard . Me and my wife we temporarily change our hotel because the bed and pillows and the service,, the breakfast they said to me its free then we had the breakfast they said we have to pay ???!!! Same as the parking.

This hotel is same like WeRChamartin located near to train station .The good thing is it is 5 star but with a low price..... If you are seeking for good dining then it is not a place where u should be....
